Just had my first graduation as a teacher

Well just some hours ago, I had my first graduation as being a teacher. Sadly I don't have any pics or videos.

After it, all of us teachers had a taco party and some got loose despite they had no beer.

How is it in your contries that new teachers get in? Here in Mexico it is very odd. You see teachers prefer to retire like around October/November to get "more payment" instead of the end of a school year, and I just got started this past Friday at the end of the school year.

But for now I am just a lab assistant, who knows when will I get in the true battlefield.

Not sure if you want to be a teacher Jessica, now I regret it and should had been a doctor. (Not to mention that maybe I will never be a great artist/writer/film maker). Maybe you should look at this.



And I started up too old at 26, I don't think I will stand to the 30 years of service awards like my parents did. (My mom did in 2006 at 50 and my dad this year at 54).

Not to mention that it makes me feel so old...

I've had my heart set on being a teacher since I was 4, so yes I'm sure.
hehe wow I have so much in common with Osaka it's not even funny...allergies, spacing out, weirdness, chasing the dust in my eyes, appearance, and even job plans...

My best friend is a teacher. She always wanted 2 be one since we were kids. I'm so proud Tlo.

My boss, the principal scares me. If you knew how traditionalist conservative mexicans with authority are, you would understand. Even Celia my co worker warns me on her.

And the janitor is a naco and terrible sense of humor.

No I didn't. Also these days we are having a lot of work. We are moving all the materials as they are supposued to remodel the labs. And when they are done, we have to count every single thing when we return to work on August 10.

Hope they do something great, the labs are crap. Maybe I will take pictures.

But the bathrooms are terrible. Restrooms of mexican public schools are nightmares. When I was in elementary, I tried to avoid them as the toilets were floating with...

I saw that in the mall once. It was so big, I was afraid 2 flush it cuz it would've flown out and ate me.
