I never really felt like bringing it up until now, but why are there so many mods on this site? I could understand if ALL the members on this forum were active, but at this point the mod rate almost outclasses the regular member rate. That should never happen on a forum minus the beginning of it. Some of the mods aren't even active. I've never seen a few of them. Raziel's Domain has over 190,000 posts and only 4 mods. My place has 3 (and a half) mods.

No offense, but don't you think 13 is a little much? Shocked

I do agree that the moderator rate is high here, me, Jessie, Lol, Nikku, anmd Chu are the only active moderators here, or the only ones I ever see on pretty much a daily bases. But coming down to it, the admin decides the moderators. So best he answers your question.

When DTX created this place he needed some people to watch over it and so, a couple of members applied for the job. As the time passed those members (Iceman, Superman, GokuSSJ1...)became generally inactive. Because of that some other members became mods. Later on some people asked DTX if they could be mods too and he was ok with it- the third wave of mods. And that is how we have so many mods, although a lot of them are inactive today.
It's unorthodox, but you should just ignore it.
