I like the Idea yet I don't I though Toby Maguire fit Peter Parker/Spiderman role perfectly I guess we'll have to wait and see what happens. And if he is the New Spider-man well just how this new actor plays the role.

You can just bet that this will cause an uproar!

And I still want Spidey 4. I don't want another series rebooted...

I really doubt it's going to happen. I recognize that guy from a few hilarious skits on collegehumor/derrickcomedy. He seems to be pretty talented, from what I've read about him.

They do this for so many superhero movies it's not even funny. I've heard rumors like this since the 90s, when they wanted Wesley Snipes to be a Black Batman. Later, there were rumors that Will Smith would be Captain America (not Steve Rodgers, though), but the Black Captain America from the comic books.

They also want Djimon Hounsou to play Kratos in a God of War movie (ironicallly enough, Kratos' voice actor is Black).

The only time it has ever come to fruition as far a I know is The Avengers movie's protagonist Samuel L. Jackson playing Nick Fury. I couldn't care less, though. Ultimate Nick Fury's design is just Samuel L. Jackson.

Oh, and Jamie Foxx is playing Lynch in the Kaine and Lynch movie. I think he's playing Lynch, if that's the right character. He's playing the hick guy with the sunglasses and Hulk Hogan hairdo.

Me and my buddy was playing GOD, we thought to ourselves "man, they should really make a movie with these games."

I don't know if there will ever be a God of War movie. I just know they're trying to make one. With the way the $200 million budget Prince of Persia movie turned out, I'm thinking Hollywood is going to want to put a hold on throwing tons of money at trying to adapt these games into movies.

Basically don't count on it. Not anytime soon anyway.
