Nope.
Milo can see the future, he'll know all their plans, and plus with Peter's ability, he simply steals the team's speed.
As for the Ultimate Nullifier, Prime used speed blitz, Milo can speed blitz her, Peter's ability + Rachel's makes him an extremely dangerous combatant.

However, combo of James plus mind gem lets him overwhelm Milo and prevent him from seeing the future

No gems, only Kairi gets UN. Recently Milo gained Sentry's powers, so he can speed blitz the whole team lol, plus Peter's powers.
