"Our story starts out as suddenly, a man, wearing normal Pajamas and normal looking in just about every possible way, wakes up in a normal looking apartment, in a normal looking street in the city of New York, in the United States of America. The man looks confused, dazed, and generally fucked up"

"The man gets up, and as if trying to do something, looks into the distance of the room. Nothing happens, but this only confuses him more, as if something should have happened"

"TOAA has gotten dressed and walks out of his house. Mostly, NY is still the same, nothing much is different"

"TOAA walks down a street and finds himself in another building. He walks in, and climbs the stairs. As he knocks on the door, Yamairo, now wearing kinda of a beard and an untidy look, answers"

Yama: What?

"Elsewhere, we find Jet wakes in a grassy field. He looks around in a daze."

Jet: What...happened...what am I...doing here?

(Jet is in a daze. For now, he has memories of both his real self, powers and evil past and all, as well as memories of his life out in the countryside, without powers and normal. Do whatever story you feel like for him, I don't really mind. But it's normal and human)

"Also elsewhere, we find Milo is in his usual mansion from the Ventro's. As he wakes up, he yawns"

Milo: "sigh"...another day...another day I suppose. Boring as usual

*Milo sighed, his life was boring. He was a cop, nothing excited happened. Sure all the movie's made it seem like cops had action packed lives 24/7 but this was Far from true. After getting dress, and such he headed down to the kitchen were his mother Angel was eating breakfast*

Angel: Hello Milo, I know you have to get to work..but why not have some eggs, bacon, maybe a glass of orange juice?

Milo grabbed a plate, and moments later he was sitting down at the table with his mother eating.

Yamairo: Whoa?! What are you on man?

"The silence fills the room. Upon closer inspection, we find it to be very untidy. The only area that seems clean is a shelve with various manga, anime DVD's and figures, mostly all of Asuka from NGE"

Yamairo: Alright...lets discuss this...what are you on?

*Jet gets up, standing to his feet. Looking around his surroundings, he seems unsure of whats happened to him.*

Milo left home after finishing breakfast, and met up with Michael and Lucy at the police station. He walked over to Michael, one of his closest friends.

Milo: Yo Michael what's up?
Michael: Nothing...like usual
Milo: XD....did you here that new gang... the Benjamin Gang is still active, I was thinking me and you can go on patrol. Hey maybe we can pick up some chicks?

"Lucy walks by and frowns on the two"

TOAA: Suddenly takes out a knife and throws it at Yama. Yamairo, reacting on pure instinct, teleports out of the way of the knife and straight over TOAA, falling on him"

TOAA: How did you get there? You teleported!

"Yamairo looks around. The knife has stabbed one of his figures. He goes into a crying fit as he rushes over to it"

Yama: No...
TOAA: Just calm down. You can reverse all that...wait since you don't remember, no you can't...damn this

"Meanwhile, we cut to Ikebukuro, a district in Tokyo, Japan. There, we find none other than Filipe. As he walks along, a long haired girl, brown, wearing a school uniform, bumps into him in the busy streets. He looks back, as if feeling something weird about her. He brushes is off as his own perversion and continues on his way."

*Jet makes his way over to a tree, standing under it's shadow, he stares at his hand before letting out a sigh.*

Jet: What the hell is this... why do I have memories of two lives...

Yamairo: Alright, explain
TOAA: So...I was just doing my job, running the multiverse, when suddenly...I start to feel my power slipping. For no reason other than because. I feel all the different realities disappearing as well, nothing remaining. The only thing I'm able to do is save everyone with powers regarding phenomenon
Yamairo: You lost me at the power part...assuming this insanity is truth that is
TOAA: Phenomenon. Time, space, light, darkness, speed, energy, life and death, fundamental laws of the universe, etc, etc, etc. I was only able to save those with connections to these...and you are one with a double connection so it was even possible for me to dictate where you would appear in the new world...I failed to safeguard your memory though...I was only partially able to do that with Darkness boy because his powers deal with absorbing light and matter, so I was able to cram his head with everything. Here's hoping he hasn't lost it
Yamairo: So...the entire world...is just a few hours old? Is that it?
TOAA: Pretty much.
Yamairo: And what caused this?
TOAA: A mutant...a mutant who's power...is basically being God

(Oooh..so Milo's Deus Ex Machina? U better name this character Deus.)(Although technically Milo had various connection's, but whatever)(So Can I bring in Kathy, and Benjamin? And what of Ray, and Vegeta?)

*Milo and Michael laughed*
Michael: Not that I don't wanna pick up chicks, but it WAS Milo's idea.
Milo: OI Lucy...calm down, were cops..in NYC. IF you survive as long as we have..your BETTER then Superman.

With that the two started laughing again, as the chief was seen coming out of his office.

Chief: HEY! Milo, Michael, Lucy! Get in my office NOW!

(phenomenon isn't exactly what you're saying. hmmm, Vegeta yes, maybe. I'll have to take a good look at the cast and see what we can introduce. And Milo and Zulan are out. Their entire power sits on copying others, so their connections never sit to any one thing, thus making it impossible for Zeus to save them. So basically, I just created a world without any sort of power copying power...yeah, I'm a sneaky little bastard)

TOAA: Well, we need to find others that have retained their powers, and then find the human responsible for this, and solve this. But for starters, we need to make sure YOU have control over you powers

*The trio gets called in the office, the Chief taking a seat*

Chief: Okay here's the deal.. NYPD sucks...when dealing with the Benjamin's gang..which ever station..does the most damage to the gang receives 1,000,000 dollars. You three are the best cops, I want you to get Benjamin

(Can I bring in Kathy, powerless or not she's fun to RP. Although "Size" isn't an element it's reallly important. What about Ray, and Elle? I myself just have Yamairo. I wont bring in Harry for a long time. He's just a kid now, he doesn't remember anything.
But it's true you need someone. You can bring in anyone. Just remember, the split happened at some point, where powers were completely wiped out. As such, Hank, Samuel and Fawkes never met. Hunters don't exist, the X-Men are truly fiction. Just think up normal human back stories for you guys and introduce at leisure. I don't really care much.)

TOAA: No it isn't...one thing I noticed about you before...your powers lack severe control. You should be able to do things at the level Kronos works...more so even. Your view of time as a linear line messes up your way of looking at the power

(no memories. This is just the start. I need to get a good look at the current character list. There's bound to be more. I'll post a possible list and we'll discuss it)

Yamairo: So...how do we do this?
TOAA: Alright...lets see if I can explain how time works...and how your power is affected by your level of instinct and control, more so than any other power I know

TOAA: Think like this...the time line isn't linear...it's a set of pictures

TOAA: It's like one of those old films. A set of still pictures moving so fast we have motion.

TOAA: Your power, in regards to this way of thinking, is to control each frame as well as your position inside them.
Yamairo: I see...I think...
TOAA: Basically, your are as powerful as your ability to isolate the frames. You can never truly reach a still frame, but the more control, the smaller the frame and the more precise and powerful effects you can pull off. On the other hand, the more training, the more stamina you build, and the more mass effects you can do...like controlling the most still frames at once.
Yamairo: I follow you so far...more or less.
TOAA: At the start, when thinking like this, you'd could only go into fairly large frames and mostly just stop time at that frame. However, as you power grew, you began to unconsciously isolate smaller and smaller frames. You had reached a point where you could isolate frames so small even light couldn't move
Yamairo: I follow...but then, space...
TOAA: We are assuming this frame mode of thinking is keeping to one point in space. In reality, you can control your position, but on any point in the frames, as well as any point in space. Furthermore, you can control any single frame at will, as well as any single single point in space
Yamairo: So why don't I delete the exact frame where the person deleted the universe?
TOAA: Because, while to everyone else if may seem there is still a past, there isn't. All frames from before the moment this person changed the world have been completely erased, down to the last small bit. I had never thought a being to possess such powers.
Yamairo: Only you right?

"Meanwhile, it's night time in Ikebukuru. We see Filipe walking along the street. The town is lively with shops and restaurants, having a night time look to it. As he passes an interception, a weird black bike suddenly passes by him, and he hears this noise similar to a horse. The bike speeds off. Again, Filipe gets this weird feel to him, as he crosses the street. He comes up to a kid, about his age (18-20) and they brofist"

Me: Hey Mika
Mikado: Do not call me that you asshole!
Me: ah ah! Sorry sorry. It's Mikado, or Kado...it's just Mika is so cute
Mikado: I'll get you for that one of these days. So, you done?

*Jet is seen walking into a wooded area, coming across a cabin.*

Jet: So this is the place I was staying...

*He proceeds inside.*

(Troy can still be an arsonist...he can have a flame thrower, and such..) (Anyway Milo's storyline has a plan...hehe)

Chief: Get moving, Lucy or I'll put you out of a job!

*Milo, Michael, and Lucy walked out, Michael slamming the door behind him*
Michael: Great..I suppose we move...we should all stick to one car
Milo: I'm driving!

(True. Though carrying a flame thrower aroud would be hard wouldn't you say. He could carry Molotive Cocktails around though.)

*Minutes later the police trio were on the move, using their police computer to search crime rates, when they suddenly got something members of Benjamin down town attacking some homeless people*

Michael: So now there attacking homeless people

Michael: But wait...that doesn't make any sense, why would Benjamin's gang attack homeless people..I mean
Michael: SHUT UP! MILO lets move! I dunno bout you guys, but Imma keeping my job
Milo: Right

He then sped off, the group heading to the area mentioned on the police scanner.

*A man was seen sitting down wearing an expensive Italian suit. The man known as Velon, crime lord who had one of the most successful drug trading agency in the world. His second in command, and best friend Dimitri entered his room*

Velon: Ah Dimitri you've made it? Alfred..
Alfred: Yes Master Velon?
Velon: Would you be so kind as to fetching two glasses of wine?
Alfred: Of course not sir.

Alfred walked out of the room, while Dimitri took a seat by his friend. Velon of course was watching CNN.

Dimtiri: Sir everything is going as planned, Benjamin's gang will take care of Nate..they took care of his family a few weeks ago, the Arsonist helped us.
Velon: Good..Good the aronist fellow Troy was it?
Dimitri: Yes
Velon: Well then..I have another job for him, according to my inside agents..a police station in NYC is about to take on the gang, but there are three main cops leading the operation. Milo Ventro, Michael *Insert last name*, and Lucy *Insert last name*.
Dimitri: Of course sir.

At this time Alfred walked in, bringing the two crime lords, there glasses of wine.

*Meanwhile Troy is seen in a apartment, he's on a computer overlooking what looks like blue prints of a large building. He prints out the blue prints, and conceals them away. He then quickly smashed the computer before laying back on a bed.*

Troy: National Bank of NYC. When I break this sucker I'll have one hell of a payday.
