With the quick version, the Mayan calendar, the one predicting the end of the world at 2012. IF it hasn't already ended, which apparently is possible, according to this the relationship of the Mayan and modern calendar could be anywhere from 50 - 100 years off.

So now people can keep claiming the WOrld is going to end "legitimately for another 100 years even after 2012?

Seems so.
None of these wack jobs live around me, if one moved down, he's gonna get a punching in the face. The media will eventually get tired of it to, End Of The World is just a hot topic right now and blown way out of proportion.

I actually want the LEft Behind books made into movies. I'm also looking forward to seeing Skyline.
