Well over several thousands of life times have passed since the events surrounding Aizen Sousuke and the strange ryoka boy that changed the face of Soul Society and the Gotei 13 forever. In several ways, both are hailed as great individuals.

The Shinigami, however, are still carrying out their organization the same way. The Gotei 13 still acts on orders of the Central 46 Chambers and follows orders many would consider immoral
What right do the shinigami really have to judge those bellow them? Most of the residents in the Rukongai have become highly vocal. Aizen departed with words against the Soul King that have recently brought form skirmishes and revolt

And even within the Seireitei, distrust against the Central 46 has risen. This is the story of 3 young shinigami...and how they become entangled in a plot from within the Gotei itself that again will change the face of Soul Society for eons to come.

RULES:
We each start out with 1 shinigami, no more than 3rd seat, with Shikai but close to Bankai. We also each can have one Captain. Out of our reach are the Captain Commander, the Second Division Commander (at least for now), the Fifth Division Commander, the Eleventh Division Commander and the Twelfth Division Commander. Fill out the post if you occupy any seated office

Those starting characters are just a guideline, and the young shinigami are suppose to be, in a way, your main characters. But from there you can come up with anything, so long as it follows rules

For now, leave out arrancar and vizard, but they'll definitely be introduced.

"A lazy day in the 6th division barracks has started. A young man, with light brown hair, green eyes and a somewhat tall constitution is outside on the porch, just looking at the sunny day"

"A man in the 5th division was seen, his feet kicked up on a desk, he had a soda in hand, he wasn't doing anything right now just bored, he wanted to head to earth to go kill some hollows or something, his boss was a pretty lienant man, so maybe he could, he was a light skinned man, with spiky brown hair, and was dressed in the usual shinigami attire, he grabbed his Zanpakuto"

Man: Enough of this, I'm bored, I need to head out. no way is Shari Hanama sitting around.

"Shari hopped up, and leaped off the rooftop"

"meanwhile, as the young man rested, a voice was suddenly heard"

...: Wake up you lazy ass!

"As he turns around, he's meet with the 6th Division Lieutenant, Kaneda Wataru. He knows full well he's in trouble"

Kaneda: Damn it Kojirou! What have I told you about lazying about! Captain Kuchiki gets pissed at me for this divisions laziness!!

"The young man, Sasaki Kojirou, says nothing but smile faintly"

Sasaki: It's just...it was such a beautiful day and...
Kaneda: Save it! I need you to go on a mission. There's a hollow outbreak just outside the Rugonkai. This division was tasked with stopping it, and since me and you are the only ones of the seated officers available right now, it's up to us. But seeing as I have stuff to do...it's up to you
Sasaki: I have to go alone!
Kaneda. You're a 4th seat! Don't worry, it's just some weak hollows, it should be no problem. IF your slow ass does fail, just retreat and call for help

"Sasaki sighs and picks up his zampakuto, moving out. His higher ups were a pain, and sometimes he regretted being in the division he was. But in his mind, his Captain was the strongest of the Gotei, so he had no problem with putting up with it"

"Shari had already been contacted, Zanpakuto in his hand his mission was simple to deal with some lower level hollows, he was eager to fight fighting was in his nature almost to the point of obsession, only his love for ladies coming ahead of fighting"

Shari: WHOO! IMMA KILL SOME HOLLOWS!

"He leaped over some gates, and drew his sword, swinging downward at a fairly large hollow, cutting it's face causing it to dissipate, he landed on his feet, and smiled"

Shari: HEAD SHOT!

"Meanwhile, arriving in a flash step speed, Sasaki finds Shari already killing the hollows. He knew Shari from the academy, and he knew he had this covered. So he just sat back and watched for a while"

Sasaki: He's gotten good...

"Sasaki upon graduation was the best swordsman in the academy. Some said he would join the 11th Division upon entering the Gotei 13. But he preferred the more calm and noble feel of the 6th Division"

"A hollow moved in, and Shari raised his blade, pretty large signifying his level of reistsu, he'd always had an abnorally high level of spiritual energy, the reason was never known, with the sword raised he blocked the attack, but another hollow in a snake like shape moved forward pushing his back with it's Skull"

Hollow: "licks lips" TASTY HOLLOW! I 'll EAT YOU UP~
Shari: OH! NO FAIR! BITCH!

"Shari still reeling in pain, spins around slashing the snake hollow, but it's moved back so he missed it's skull."

Shari: Damn there's like four of them, the snake one, the large one, and two others.
Hollow: SCARED?
Shari: HARDLY!

"Shari leaped into the air, tossing his sword into the air, he kicked the snake hollow, and as his sword fell, he used his spiritual pressure to push the blade into another hollow's skull, leaping back, the snake hollow charged him, he grabbed his zanpkauto from the dissipating hollow, and stabbed the snake hollow in the skull, but the other two hollows raced towards him, and he let out a silent curse"

Shari: WHERES THE DAMN BACK UP!!!!!!!!!!!!

*Meanwhile a young man has sat outside in the shad. It appeared a average uneventful day as nobody had seemed to bother him at all.*

...: Sure been quite.

"Just as the two hollows are about to hit Shari, out of nowhere, three slashes take them down, with the left hollow taking two of them, and the other the final slash. Sasaki lands right between the two fading hollows, his zampakuto in his hands. He raises his head, showing focuses and haw like eyes"

Sasaki: That was a close one

"That one moment feel of murderous intent and enmity disappears, as he returns to the lazy smiling face, putting away his sword"

Sasaki: Sorry, I was just watching from afar...I thought you could handle it

"Shari grins"

Shari: Hey Hey, I was fine Saski, just wondering when the hell I would get some help. XD

"He put his zanpakuto i nthe case behind his back"

Shari: Why the hell are Hollows coming to Soul Society? Don't they know they'll get wasted, I mean they must be stupid and retarded, but whatever it was fun to do something interesting, haven't been to the human's place in weeks.

Sasaki: Hollows have always been around the edges of the city, that's how it works. Anyway, we should get back and report. My lieutenant will give me a hard time if I'm late

"Meanwhile, the lieutenant in question, Kaneda, was getting his ass chewed out himself. In front of him was a woman of regal appearance, wearing a white haori (with sleeves) over her shinigami clothing"

Kaneda: I'm sorry I didn't send backup with him captain Kuchiki it's just...
Kuchiki: No excuses. You keep threating that boy as if he has something to prove. He's just another shinigami. An expendable force of the Gotei. Don't try to make him out to be anything more than he is...even if he is has good as he is

"The cold hearted woman, Captain Fujiko Kuchiki. Descendant of the last remaining noble family of Soul Society, thus turns to leave."

"Elsewhere, in the Science Bureau, a young man with an eccentric look, also wearing a captains haori (sleeveless), seems to be on the computer"

...: Oh this is fun!!

Shari: Ah Ah mine's pretty loose, Captain Zouken he's pretty nice guy, I gotta go.

"The two shinigami are coming up to the gate to seireitei, when the notice something. There's civil unrest in the gate. The guard is attempting to calm it down, but to no avail"

Sasaki: Oh dear...another revolt by the rungonkai civilians"
Shari: Fifth one in a short time
Sasaki: And the captains meeting yesterday ended badly as well. Even within Seireitei things are getting out of hand...and the rumors of the revolt...

"Sasaki and Shari enter Seireitei soon"

Sasaki: Well Shari, see you around

"And both head towards their respective barracks"

"Once Shari arrives, he hops onto his bed, a bit tired, but pretty fine, he looks at his Zanpakuto, and grins"

Shari: ah ah Rasen your awesome, Sasaski still dosen't know what you can do, I just..can't imagine what a Bankai like you could do, but I'll find out, I'll prove everyone wrong, I'll get my Bankai.

"He lays his sword on a table, and stretches, wondering what to do know, life had grown somewhat boring."

"Meanwhile, it's nighttime. A young woman, around 20, is walking around seireitei. She takes a turn and enters a building, and then closes the door"

Woman: Woof...Zouken...you here?

"A fairly young Shinigami at least in physical appearance appears, landing near the ground, a smile on his face"

Zouken: Yes YEs, I am, ready to get things started I presume?

Kiriko: Yes. I've already made sure the Onmitsukidō will follows us on this. I am the Commander-in-Chief.

...: Precisely the reason we brought you on board

"two other men appear. One is slightly thin and tall, the other about the same height but much more muscular. Both are wearing captain haoris. The thin one has blond hair, long till his shoulder. The other is bald and wearing black glasses"

Kiriko: 3rd Division Captain...8th Division Captain. What an honor to see you here...

"She's obviously being sarcastic"

Zouken: before we get started thought...there are 3 individuals that have...interested me

Zouken: There all very strange beings, but they show great potential. Let me explain in greater detail, Shari, Sasaki, and *insert Justin's character* all have potential, we should make sure to sway them onto our side, if possible of course, but that's all? Are you all ready to get things started?

Kiriko: Oh those three...I have heard of Sasaki but the other two...regardless, I think we can arrange that. You'll obviously have to deal with Shari yourself. As for Sasaki and "Justin's character"...we can arrange for them as well...and if that's all, I say we put the plans into action

"Zouken smiles, raising his blade Kami"

Zouken: Then let it begin.

"The night settles. Next day, the entirety of seireitei is chaos. A captains meeting has been called, but no one bellow lieutenant even knows the reasons"

"Sasaki is relaxing in the 6th division barracks, uncaring for the events transpiring around him"

"Shari is asleep, snoring, he wakes up as he ehars some commotion, but thinks it's just Rugonkai"

Shari: Meh might as well find Sasaki, maybe see what;s up with "Justin's character."

"At the captains meeting, all but one captain is present. The captain commander, a man looking about 60, with grey middle length hair and beard, with red eyes, presides over the meeting. His name is Zelretch Holsten"

Zelretch: I hereby call to order this captains meeting...is every captain present?

"All the captains answer. The 3rd Division and 8th Division captain seem bored"

"Zouken looks on slightly concerned. Kiriko is silent without showing a hint of emotion. Also looking on emotionless is Captain Kuchicki of the 6th Division"

"The young eccentric man is also present, looking the most concerned out of everyone present. So is Kuchiki"

"As well as them, a man with white hair and a tanned skin, with a his captain haori ragged and battle worn also stands present"

"There are four more captains as well, assumed to be either from the 4th, 7th, 9th, 10th or 13th division"

Zelreth: Yesterday, at what the experts from the 4th division estimate, the captain of the 9th division, Sousuki Iwamasaki was murdered...we still have no idea who could the suspect possibly be...

"One of the 4 unknown captains, an older looking woman with her cleavage exposed and wearing a short miniskirt version of the usual shinigami robe, speaks up"

Woman: As the captain of the 4th division...I'll give the report. It seems that Sousy...pardon, Captain Iwamasaki was found impaled with several swords. They weren't zanpakuto but obviously had soul cutting properties

"The man with the tattered haori speaks up"

Man: So what you're saying is, beyond what's already circulating around Seireitei...you've got nothing Saori?
Saori: Captain Mouto if you don't mind...Captain Emiya

"The man moves his shoulders uncaring"

Emiya: Well, regardless...it seems that whoever killed him was skilled. The bastard wasn't exactly know to be a pushover...

"Shari makes his way to Sasaki's location, having heard the news amongst the crowds in Soul Society, some are panicked, but in general order is being forced, and he bursts into Sasaki's room, jumping him"

Shari: SAAASAAAKI!!!!!!! HESS DEAD! WERE ALL GONNA DIE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

"Sasaki hears him. Just as he jumps over the walls of the 6th division barracks, Kaneda shows up as well"

Kaneda: Oh it's Shari...that no good 3rd seat of the 5th Division. Can't Captai Zouken control his own men!
Sasaki: Who died Shari...and hello sir!
Kaneda: "sigh"...there's no hiding it I guess. Might as well get you two to calm down at least. The rumors are true, Captain Iwamasaki of the 9th division was found dead. The other Captains are focusing on it as we speak
Sasaki: Oh my...that's...concerning

Shari: OH HELL! I heard that that that some SUPER Hollow is running around, and it can EAT US ALL! Were all gonna die, it like makes these swords from spit, and they can even kill captains! That's what one guy told me! He was talking about how the Rugonkai made it, and how they have to kill them all! What do we do!!!!!

"He begins running around in circles comically."
