Wow Tlaloc you really know japanese cinema, how about Takeshi Mike? jajaja donīt really like his super bloody, super gory stuff, but loved The great Yokai War, is a great fantasy action adventure, with a lot of amazing creatures based on japanese folcklore.

Or Takeshi Kitano. he is awsome, has a taste for comedy, drama and action, and he would be great as master Roshi.

I donīt see a Bergman or Kubrick Dragonball at all, I think it would be completely out of touch with what dragonball is.

In that case how about Takovsky, jajajaja this will be a weird dragonball.

But then, Tartakovosky from Samurai Jack would be awsome, it would rock, Toriyama fuzion Tartakovsky=GOD.

If we are talking dead directors too, how about Jim Henson, please donīt think the muppets, but Dark Crystal and Labyritnth, it would be freaking sweet.

Beat Takeshi made Yatterman, which is a kids movie...its based on the anime, it follows it real close to the original...great movie! he gets my vote if they made a Dragon Ball movie

Hey Luffy where did you read about Kung Fu Hustle 2?, here in asia no one has talked abou ti, after the first it was said there was gonna de TV series but it never happened, there was a semi sequel with a lot of the supporting cast and kind of a very similar story with similar characters, more like a cheap remake (or maybe the pilot of the series) than a sequel, and i donīt think chow had anything to do with it.

Hope he does a sequel or something good, cause he needs to get in everyoneīs good side after being involved in evolution, and CJ7 is not that great, he also produced a japanese movie that was basically Shaolin Lacrosse wich everyone says is pretty bad.

So he bettter do something good soon.

Oh and "Beat"Takeshi Kitano is just awsome.

Ronnie Yu, ok he did Bride of Chucky wich is crap, but he also made one of the best hong kong kung fu fantasy movies ever, Bride with White Hair, and this unknown movie called Warriors of Virtue about some anima like kung fu warriors in a fantasy world, wich i never saw but looked cool, now he is making the Blood the last Vampire Movie, and it actually looks pretty cool to me, the scenes I saw look very faithful to the anime.
