Which picture was it? If it was a fan drawing of anything like Dragon Ball or Naruto or Bleach etc, it's legitimate to file a complaint against the picture...a dick move, but legit.

Dude, calm the fuck down and tell me which picture was it. I tell you that if it was, for example, a picture of Goku, no matter how unlike Goku it was, it would still be copyright material. Its bullshit but it's true.
