yeah naruto has great music (my fav too, Lol. well, that or death note...)
"rising fighting spirit" and "sadness and sorrow" are very effective in setting the mood

does i have to post the whole castlevania: symphony of the night soundtrack? na i wont. but thats up there with zelda, metroid, super smash bros (the metroid level with the dinosaur dude, forgot his name, br-something), sonic, any weird chip tunes from old 32 bit japanese games, princess mononoke of course, batman animated series, spiderman animated series, south park, aqua teen hunger force, the boondocks, harry potter (sorry god), official japanese dbz theme, cowboy bebop, blade n blade 2, rurouni kenshin, catdog, roccos modern life, underdog, darkwing duck, the weekenders (nobodys ever seen the weekenders besides me), OMG hey arnold!, and of course..., that was very... omissionful though, i remember seeing better ones but i cant find any for shit.
