1. They can only use feats they have demosntrated in their respective universes such as Goku can't eat planets unless you show scan/pic/vid of him doing it.
2. You cannot deny proof if somone posts Goku destroying a planet you can't say he can't or it's an expression
3. Goku has all his powers including GT
4. Superman has all his powers except Superman 1 million for obvious reasons
5/ Personalites don't matter their both blood-lusted

Heck if I know. With GT, you then have to consider Goku got the powers of Shenlong at the end, but I never really figured out what happened.
I don't know, Goku maybe. Superman is overpowered, but so is Goku. Really can't say. Both can destroy solar systems, and both wont give up until the other is defeated...take out mercy and then I...I go with Goku for simply knowing him better.

No, you can only use feats they've used so he never did anything with Shenron. Superman is stronger physically one of his weakest forms can lift 900,000,000 tons and Goku had trouble lifting 40 in his base and at SSJ4 can only lift 100 tons. With instant transmission he can move at light speed and that's slow to Superman.

Superman can destroy Solar Systems by sneezing and Goku has to power up a large kamehameha. Superman can wistand the heat of a sun the red sun and not die. In fact he once tackeled Superboy prime and beat the crap out of him. He can fly Goku into the sun to kill him or rip him apart.

Dude I'm talking about how the dragon balls entered Goku's body. It made him immortal I think, cause then he was able to see the finals with his ancestor and Vegeta's ancestor. I'm not sure, but other than that, I concead Goku would loose.

how would he even do that, with his heath vision? no way, superman has no massive energy attack like Goku does, I don´t even think he could destroy a planet, and if he could it would take him a very long time, not like DB characters who destroy planets just like that.

This fight was done at wizard magazine and I agree with their decision, Superman and Goku are about equally matched at first, then Goku goes Super Sayan and it´s over for supes.

One thing, superman has terrible fighting skills, really he is always used to be the strongest one around so he never learned to fight, he is used to just overpower everybody, check everytime he is faced with someone at least as strong as him not to say stronger he gets his ass kicked big time.

For Goku figthing ppl stronger than him and overcoming them is a way of life, is what he does, even if supes was stronger than i don´t think so, thats it, he cannot get stronger than what he already is, Goku would always find a way to surpass his own limits.

Now you're wrong. Superman doesn't fight with martial arts, and there aren't 1.000.000 forms of martial arts. Goku is a better fighter. If you took away both of their powers, Goku would win. Goku is a martial arts champion.

I am going with Goku, because even if they have the same strength at a given case, Goku would win since he is actually has a fighting style thanks to his martial arts training; Superman never bothers to train or do something in case he loses his powers.

Actually that's not true Superman has trained and knows at least 1,000 forms of martial arts human and kinds from other planets. Without powers Superman has so much more training.

I have read a lot of superman comics, hell even in the Silver Age when he was bastly overpowered he could not sneeze away galaxies.

And I have never seen him train in any martial arts, dude he is not batman, he never had the need he has always been more powerful than anyone around him.

The few times he faces someone more powerful, he outsmarts them, because he is a very clever dude too, so he founds a way around them.

But on a combat, in apure fist fight, with someone more powerful he gets owned, it has happened with Darkseid (who is truly a God by the way, superman is NOT a God) it has happened with Doomsday, hell even Lobo can give superman a run for his money, hey even Batman a normal dude has beaten him just with some technology.

And i put the friezza example to compare resistance, the fight with frizza was harrowing really, superman could not take it, one of the hardest fights in superman´s life was against doomsday, who could not fly, could not move at superspeed, had no energy or breath attack or anything, it was just superstrong and superresistant and a vicious fighter.

They fought for like an entire day, supes was exhausted, dude died at the end.

And you think he could take frizza?, forget about frizza think Broly, compare Doomsday with Broly, seriously, Broly would use doomsday as a ragg doll, and Goku beat Broly in super sayan 1, he would own supes.

What I said about Goku is based on the actual anime, I dont know where is all those things you are claiming from, as I have never ever seen any of this things in any superman incarnation, and I have so far.

Actually they had several of those, it retconed all the things that don´t make sense, like superman sneazing galaxies and batman becoming a space zebra, and things as stupid as a superman sword.

So if you want to use superman please use the current continuity one the one that makes sense.
