WHY KAMINA! TTGL fans

I was rewatching TTGL some of my favorite episodes are the first eight my two favorite characters are Simon and Kamina. They killed the latter why?

Because he was to awesome to stay alive. His existence would have lead to the implosion of the universe.
In all seriousness, I think it just made Simon stronger. If he had been there, Simon would have never fulfilled his mission to destroy the anti-spirals

Well yes Simon might not have killed the Anti spirals but I got sad when Kamina died. Why couldn't his death have been a kidnapping and Simon and the group wipe out the anti spirals and save Kamina or the latter he helps in the final battle? Sure they had Kittan who tried to act like him but come on.

Oh right well I forgot and know one taught me how to use mod features the only one's that are obvious are the ones I can see like edit and stuff.

Yeah lamenting and neodomen might be TTGL fans this thread will get more powerful. Anyway I realize something there normal humans but gopdly Simon had his core drill at his so called "trial" couldn't he just use a massive spiral blast get out get in Gurren Lagann and leave he's the strongest human or was he just trying to abide by the laws? He's one of the best fighters in the show?
Come to think of it Simon and Viral had a battle and Kamina had sort of a battle. So who are some of the best fighters without mech's aside from Lord Genome who was a spiral knight and had tons of training.

Hand to hand, the generals (minus Guame), Viral, Lordgenome, Simon, Kamina and Yoko were the best. Maybe Kittan too.

This one is simply so sad, but so epic. The subtitles are off, but it's HD
The first moments I watched of the anime, back when I saw a list of top 10 anime moments. Sent shivers down my spine, and I didn't even quite know why. Also HD. If it doesn't work in here, go to youtube. The scene is SO worth it. And the music actually makes me cry. It's the culmination of Simon's growth.
Watch from 04:08 onwards. That's why Yoko fucking ROOOOOOOCKS!!

Well isn't Lord Genome the best he mastered spiral power and had increadible strengting damaging Lagann with one blow and fighting and beating lagann with spiral power. Simon has the best spiral power he can use Lagann alone to battle increadibly strong beings. Yoko was pretty strong fighting off perverts and stuff.
I think it's Simon and Viral. Simon can fight especially with core drill and Viral's immortal Simon can use massive blasts fo spiral power leading me to believe he could have easily escaped his trial Rossiu gave him why didn't he?

Also couldn't Simon learn to form the Lagan''s stronger forms out ioof pure spiral energy ilncluding Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann? In movie 2 everyon's getting a TTGL maybe Simon will be the only Super TTGL.
