2. Batman has full prep and knowlege of Straw hats
3. You can't make things up
4. I make the rules
5. You must explain how and if somone says so and so can do somethign come up with a different strategy
6. Straw hats are on going merry

I fixed that for you.
Here, you don't make rules. You follow them. Being a mod here gets you little to no respect if you don't respect the others, which you don't do.
On topic, well it depends. I suppose the straw hats, but since Batman had prep time, then he can come up with strategies to beat them all.
I gotta go with Batman on this one. If he didn't had prep time, I would say the Straw Hats

I make the rules of the debate I can do things like speed being equal. The fight is on Going Merry so Batman can use JLA laser to destroy the ship

I can and am. Batman can use JLA laser to destroy straw hats or use a wheather machine to cause a tsunami

To start, Batman can't just use the JLA or whatever. That's way unfair. I mean, I've made all sorts of concessions so matches don't end to fast. Make some your own. Give the Straw Hats a level playing field.

I don't care unless stated otherwise Batman can use all weapons and stuff. The Straw hats are on their boat and Batman has prep and all weapnos. He can use JLA laser to destroy the Straw hats
