Iceman vs Atkatuski here are the rules.
Rules
1.Bloodlusted
2.Iceman has 1 week prep and full control over powers
3. The fight happens in Antarctica the Atkatuski are in a meeting.

In a polar region. You do realize that's the same as any other place. Iceman's control over the water molecules in the atmosphere make it sure he as a steady supply of ice anywhere he is.
I Have to go with Akatsuki on this one.
Iceman may have high regenerating capabilities, but the Akatsuki are much better at offense. Pain and Madara alone could do him in, and then had Deidara and Itachi.
Amaterasu, the fire that never goes out, Deidara's C4 that targets you at a cellular level, Pain ability to deflect all attacks with Shinra Tensei, and the teleportation and phasing abilities of Madara.

I know but Atkatsuki fighting in arcatica it's cold no humans can survive there. How could Pain and Madara do him in? Iceman can alter his size and can grew in strength when doing so. He can become organic Ice! That flame attack Ametasuro is overrated Iceman can regernate also Madara hasn't used his space-time ninjutsu offensively only to escape and Icemen could freeze him.

Don't forget, ninja's are trained to endure extreme environments.
