For now, Milo. He can stop time, and he knows Zulan's weakness because he knows his own weakness.

Well Actually you need to remember the amount of powers dosen't make you unstopppable. Yamairo was able to own Milo till he got intutiive point is Zulan is a master of the powers he has and a strategist. He won't just barge in and try to kill Milo. Zulan thanks to Strade knows a little about Yamairo and Milo's powers.

Milo knows his weakness true but on a guess since he knows he can heal he never tried to stabbing himself in the head so he tossed Nate a knife. Zulan just got RCR and he knows he can heal but Zulan has telepathy he can use it on Milo to make him stand still and tell him their weakness so zulan can stab Milo in the back of the head.

Zulan doesn't speak Japanese, and while Yamairo talks in English, he thinks in Japanese because, well, he's Japanese XD

Right I was having a retarded moment. Now Zulan's newest power may help him he can create an illusion though to make it look like he's one of Milo's friends and than quickly stab Milo in the back of the head. Milo dosen't have telepathy so he wouldn't be able to tell.

In the latest battle Milo and Zulan duked it out Zulan fought Milo till he nearly burned his powers out and Milo won. So milo wins right?

Well, Milo needed to win. In an objective fight, I don't know. I mean, if Milo did all the shit organic ice and stuff, you forget Zulan also has Cryokinesis and as a result, can use organic ice as well.

While it's true Milo needed to win and Zulan is not very creative. He just uses it to freeze areas, people, or use shards. He wil llearn organic ice later Milo is an avid comic reader with a big imagination so you see the differences.

True, but Zulan has Intuitive Aptitude, and his a MASTER of the skill, so he can quickly learn how to do it

While that is true Zulan is also a killer therefore he prefers to use powers in murderous ways and if they happen to recruire more creativity than so be it. TK he use to only throw things than he used blades,shields ect. His favorite power. Despite being a master if you have no imagination you won't get far ice is power with imagination. Milo has an imagination and mastery making him more lethal. Milo is a comic book reader, imaganiaion, and intuitive. Zulan only has intuitive out of those three.

Now then Milo managed to kill Zulan in an epic battle by destroying all his cells.

Milo is dead but before he died he was sooooo powerful! HAHA! Zulan is killing but he cannot reach Milo's level. Milo can use power cosmic, light speed, and time travel at the same time to kill Zulan.

Zulan's gained numerous abilities since there last fight, who wins? I say Milo, Zulan's gathered a big arsenal, but Milo has more abilities. Amber was able to take down Shawkun, and Zulan at the same time.

Milo has Amber's magical manipulation, so he can do the same to them. Plus aside from magic, he's got Peter's, and Harry's powers wile I think Zulan only has Harry's, then again he has all the hundreds of powers Samuel accumulated.

There's abilities Zulan has, that we have yet to seen.

Well, the last time they fought, which was back around the start of this arc I think. It was when Zulan kidnapped Elle and Ezekiel. Milo went to fight Zulan, he took Sandra as backup which would turn out to be unneeded as Milo defeated Zulan mostly on his own, and fairly quick.

So unless Zulan was holding back BIG TIME. I'd call that a fairly good sign Milo is stronger.

Plus Milo has all types of magical powers, powers from the Madara arc, cosmic powers. Hell he even has phoenix powers, though I believe the only time they was ever used was in the phoenix alliance arc if I'm not mistaken.

Then he's basically the god of the general mutant would (this is excluding magic and such, just normal ability's). He has basically every ability you can think of.

That's right I forgot about that fight, well Milo and Zulan have tons of abilities. Samuel absorbed tons of abilities during the outbreak, Zulan killed outbreak mutants, and Milo mimicked various powers during the Outbreak.

So Milo has them abilities, so they both have a chunk of abilities they haven't used.

Anyway your right about all of the abilities Milo has, he'd pwn Zulan very easily. They use to be nearly equal, and yeah he has Phoenix powers, but he just dosen't use them, no need really lol.

Zulan was going all out, I suppose Milo's finally surpassed him. I plan to get rid of Zulan anyway. True there are others who can fight him like Kano, Son, Surfer, Amber, Namini ect..technically Namini is a mutant, but her ability is basically a form of Magical mimicry so lol.

Then Shawkun when he all those souls, could battle Milo on equal grounds, and nearly took his soul if I remember correctly. Then there's Sefirot who beat the shit out of Milo, but soon just wait for Milo's "Hunter Training". Heh..lol

Yep, Milo has well surpassed Zulan.
