Sandra is very dangerous, especially with Cosmic Fire, which can do helluva lot of damage to Kano, both of them are god-like, but lack any form of healing factors.
Kano has way more durability tho, he can generate very powerful energy shields, and he has the speed advantage, but Sandra has Psinoic powers, so she could mask herself, and barrage him with cosmic flames, but he could always create shields, or speed blitz her.
What do you think?

Sandra doesn't have a healing factor, she can however use her powers to heal, she've done that before.
Hmm, the combination of telepathy and cosmic flames is quite powerful, not to mention she's a extremely powerful telekinesis as well. I'd give my vote to Sandra right now.

Sandra's healing isn't passive, she has to do concentration. I'd give it to Sandra as well.
Kano can kill Sandra in one hit, he can shatter planets with one punch, imagine what he does to Sandra lol. Also Kano absorbs cosmic energy, so cosmic flames pump him up lol. I dunno if psionics work on him possibly, I think Kano can win via speed and a punch.

I made a mistake.
Just checked Kano's profile, forgot about his cosmic energy absorption. That's how he beat Silver Surfer in the Secrete Wars arc.

Kano can speedblitz Sandra before psinoic powers, plus he's pretty much immune to them.
He's immune to matter powers, Only thing Sandra has over him is time control, she only used it in the christmas special, and Titan wars.

True, but it's there. none the less. She manly uses it as a teleportation means. She hasn't had much experience with digger deeper into the power.
(I had her using it in the story I created though, but I imagine your only looking for stuff related to the actually rp's story, in which case, that isn't.
