Hmm Don't know. Both are minor super-humans Joe killed Katy and brought her with him. Joe can create portals but Dave is faster he has pure teleportation while Joe needs portals. Dave is faster and he keeps guns Joe depends on powers. Joe can use portals to send attacks and others through portals. But Dave if he touches Joe can teleport him into the sun.

However, Joe has showed a few times that if he can trick a opponent to falling into a portal with him, he can seriously hurt them. Hell, it'd be impossible for Joe to physically get near Abigail in combat, she'd rip him up. Yet inside the portal, she received quite a heavy beating. As did Katy.

While that's true Dave is a teleporter he can teleport faster than Joe can create a portal. Teleportation is light speed movement to another location If Dave falls he touches Joe and warps him into the sun before he can do anything.How would Joe make Dave fall in.

It's all stragity, if Joe could find a way to make Dave blindly attack, it's more then possible. Everybody has a button to push to make them make mistakes, he just needs to find that button.

Well if this is a fight so far Joe dosen't know those buttons and Dave can keep his cool unless Sandra is hurt but that makes him more serious and less likely to attack blidnly. He can teleport him and Joe high in the air and than warp Joe into the sun.

And Dave doesn't have space manipulation. He can't warp Joe alone into the sun. If he does, he needs to go with him, and the second he steps foot in it...bye bye birdy.

No your wrong. Also this is a fight between Joe and Dave only them two so it's a fight who's stronger. Dave can warp others into the sun he can teleport them only. THat dosen't require space manipulation. He can't control space he has to be touching what he teleports away.

Well, Dave telepots by turning himself into light and moving. That's the classical teleportation method.
If he does it like that, he needs to go with the other person.

Hmm that's true well than I'll edit my post Dave teleported the weakened Shawukn above a volcano and than teleported away as Shawkun dropped into the lava.
