Rules
1:This occurs in the DBZverse
2.Heroesverse has prep
3. All people in Heroes have are at full power meaning Hiro has space time, Peter has mimicked powers, Sylar has full power and memories ect.
4.DBZ can use all cannon characters
5. Heroes can use all characters from show,Graphic Novel, and Webisodes.
6.Heroesverse has blood-lust, DBZ in character.

Heroes, although, Hiro never learned to use his Time powers down to a full stop, and other than the powers, these are regular humans we are talking about. I would say either than Sylar, Peter and Arthur (and Claire, but she can't attack) everyone gets their asses handed to the.

Well no that's not true guys. Peter has intuitive meaning he's mastered that power and any he copies if it's a battle he copies all the powers and has insta mastery. Arthur is second strongest since he never unlocked intuitive. Regular godly humans for example Bob can turn people to gold he can take down people who can't fly easy. You forgot about Daphne Ando can supercharge her since they have prep and she can move at light speed go back in time and kill most of the DBZ-warriors as babies.
Matt has Telepathy he can trap DBZ guys in illusions and make them fight each other. Hiro can travel back in time and kill them as babies. Sylar has TK Blade and Maya with posion emission can kill them.
