Yes and they can use powers from all their forms. I'm saying JLA wins easily because of Superman he's invunerable,light speed, and god strength. Of course Kyle Rayner can go Ion and erase them from existence. Let's not forget Batman who can wipe out the X men with a plan.

Well, I have no idea what the fuck is Ion...so I assume it's the one that gives him time manipulation right? Not enough to beat the phoenix

Ion gives Kyle Rayner OMNIPOTENT control of Reality,Time,Energy,Matter, Psoinics, oh and flight. He has no limit he can erase Phoenix from reality or erase it from time.
