They made Duke into a young underdog instead of the mature millitary leader he is. Ripcord was changed to being black (and a Wayans to boot) when he was a red headed cracker. They gave a stupid identity to the Baroness instead of making her a sadistic mysterious femme fatale. Stupid Scarlett-Ripcord relationship. Covergirl had a small role and was killed. Sgt. Slaughter replaced by Brendan Fraser. They made Commander Cobra into some guy named Rex. They also added the little marroquian guy for extra political correctness. They made the Cobra ninja be around without mask.
