Etrigan wins easily he has telepathy he can make Inuyasha commit suicide or stab himself. The latter can use hellfire

Then how come Etrigan can't use that more often? Also when InuYasha has 100% beast mode, his mind can't be read.

Telepathy is not just mind-reading it's complete control of mind. Illusion creation, mind control ect.
Why use telepathy when he has sorceroy more deadly and quicker. Telepathy is just the easiest method for Etrigan to use.

But there was once a monster Naraku made which could read minds, and when InuYasha went full beast, he couldn't read his mind.

Inuyasha can send ERatagon to Hell is their battle is in hell or not Inuyasha ccan use the dragon scaled Tessaiga absorb his demonic aura to make his sword stronger.
