Maybe if we count Arthur just before his death. Dunno if it even counts

This is going current series so Arthur is dead, Sylar is not number 1 how so? Sylar has strong powers true, he has the most powers ten, but currently he is regaining control of his powers with the help of the Carnival. He is not at the level he was at the end of Season 3 before he became Nathan.

Hiro is dying the more he uses his power, but he can kill Sylar. Peter now has healing touch he can take life or give it away, so he could possibly kill plenty of people easily, although Edgar has super speed and can take Peter down.

Rebecca the invisible girl can own Peter, since he can't kill what he can't see right?

Oh Claude? He's not dead remember, he joined Rebel(Michah's team), Building 26 got him, then he escaped with Molly. He's alive with Molly, I hope he takes her back to India with Mohinder's mother.

Claude is alive so he's equal to Rebecca, but she can turn some things invisible, and others visible.

Seriously, so you had no idea Hiro went back in time again to save Charlie, and this time might succeed since Peter has a form of Biokinesis?

Or are you kidding me? Man come on you have the internet...... Also how high ont he list would Ando be? I think he can own Peter, possibly Rebecca/ Claude but not up against Edgar.

Well, I'm like this. I can't be spoiled, it's never the same unless I see it. Hiro has his powers back and there's a total of 11 episodes named but there will be more.

Hiro has his powers and is going to try and save Charlie again!
Peter has his crappy ability replication, but he might regain empathic mimicry again currently has a form of Biokinesis.

Claire's biological mom? Her powers are strong, but she can't be on the list. Sylar killed her, he injected her with adrenaline, and made her self destruct.

Damian's powers allow him to visually depict memories, he can show bad memories and stuff potentially he can cause mental stress and cause people to faint potentially.

He drove Sylar(With no memory) insane.

And when did that shit with Claire's mom happened...I think I remember that from the end of volume 3...but I'm not sure.

Well you see, they wanted to use Nathan to tell the President to tell the Government to stop hunting evolved humans. But Sylar killed Nathan, so Matt took Sylar's memories and replaced them with Nathan's. Then he was Nathan with Sylar's powers....

(Of course they could have used Claire's blood and they even mentioned this in the latest episode) Anyway he got killed for a crime Nathan did, lost his memory, and now the police are after him for the murder of his mom in Season 1.

He joined the Carnival(Brotherhood like group) and is regaining powers/memories. He SAW his memories visually and now he is upset that he is a killer, but later nearly killed a cop, but hesitated and Edgar killed him. He's slowly becoming a killer and now Samuel/Edgar are going to make a "new" Sylar, and control him since he's now the strongest and can kill anyone including Claire since he has disintegration.

Arnold works for the Carnival he has Hiro's power.

It happanned in the last episode of Volume 3.

If...if Arnold as Hiro's powers, why is he so low

And I knew that part about Nathan and Sylar.

1st - Genesis
2nd - Generations on something like that
3rd - Villains
4th - Fugitives

Because he's dying, although he can send people into the past without moving an inch so actually he has no feats that's why except sending a guy 14 years into the past..

5th-Redemption

Meredith/Flint are proboably alive according to BTE. There immune to pain from fire.

Lydia's dead as well, and we should add Eli to the list, he has Self Duplication so he can create his own personal army all armed and deadly. He can even beat Matt, since his clones are immune to mental control.

Also Hiro went to the after-life, and his mother healed him, so he's so powerful he can rewind time now.

Peter has Samuel's ability, so he's a city/mountain buster, and with Ando a planet buster. Sylar's regained full control over all his abilities. and Emma has acesended to higher level's. Then there's Rene, he's the most powerful.
