1. This occurs in NYC, Ny
2. Alex has access to normal hulk, and Savage Hulk forms.
3.Yama gets Odinsword and Admanitum Blade

Anyway, let's assume Filipe can quickly elemental shift, and Alex goes Hulk on you.
Can Yama beat them already transformed?

Filipe yes. He can use his powers to send him into the sun, where there is NO moisture.

It depends on which Alex.
Alex hasn't mastered his powers yet. He has normal Hulk, Savage Hulk, and recently gained Guilt Hulk.
He can't control GH, and if he stays in SH too long he looses control. Normal Hulk enters SH once he reaches over 100 tons in strength and more.
Savage Hulk if teleported into the sun, can constantly regenerate, but he'd survive. He could use Gamma Radiation energy to get back to earth, but then again Yamairo has time travel so he could go back and kill Alex before he transformed.
But I doubt Yamairo can stop Alex if he's already transformed outside of reversing time,(Like Kronos taught him), creating an infinite loop-hole, or time travel.
Then he could also Teleport Alex to something like Galactus being born or something to kill him.

The guy's name is Harish.
Also no he's not nearly experienced as Yamairo, he's nowhere near Yama's level of space-time manipulation.
Yamairo could easily beat Harish, and Harish uses his powers much differently similar to a guy named Zoom.
