Because that so called "kids game" is actually not for the kids at all.
I mean, I managed to explain the basics to my little cousin when he asked me for help with the game, but he still has problems understanding some of the more difficult concepts and I'm not even talking about the advanced gameplay. Language barrier is also a big problem for the kids here because there are no cards in Serbian, so after I explained him the effects of some of the cards he gave me that "you're awesome" look and that made it all worth it.
This Sunday there was a New Year's tournament here, I won 3 out of 5 with my old deck and had a lot of fun, unfortunately that wasn't enough to be in the top 8.

^ Unfortunately, I could only "afford" to play one expensive card game, so I only have some promotional stuff form MtG. But I love the illustrations on the their cards. If I ever acquire enough money to throw around, I'm gonna definitely order some of the prints (mostly landscapes) from the illustrators, I gotta have them on my walls.

yeah they look great!
I have alot of cards because jimmy lets me use his old collection (like 1000 cards) and he ordered me another throusand or two cards off of ebay for only like...10 or 20 bucks O~o and none of them were land cards!
