Anime Raditz moves faster then the speed of light 
He's faster then Instant Transmission, which according to Goku, is basically light speed. So Raditz must win.

Anyway, I dunno to be honest. Raditz is capable of destroying mountains easily, and easily overpowered the combined might of DB Goku and Piccolo. Although in the Chapter Black Saga Yusuke become really powerful he could cause the same amount of damage and even "walk in the air" I dunno.
Raditz might be able to win, I really dunno.

Well I mean, I haven't watched Dragonball in a while.
But Goku dodged a lot of attacks in the Piccolo saga, and it was in Dragonball during their tournament match.
Also Raditz was faster then anything they ever encountered, so of course they'd be shocked.
Anyway Yusuke is pretty powerful, can stand in air, and all that jazz, but.. you know I think Raditz wins.

Well yeah, but I was stating Yusuke can as well. Genkai stated Yusuke had enough power to destroy the planet, and that was before the final saga. Yusuke also has sacred energy, but I think Raditz wins now.
Think about it, Raditz is superior when it comes to flight. He can easily unleash beams of energy capable of destroying mountains, and easily outclassed High DB Level Goku and Piccolo. I'd put Yusuke around the level of the Piccollo Jr saga fighters, around Goku and Piccolo Jr's level.
Tis all. Raditz should take this.

How so?
Yusuke has enough energy to destroy the planet,and he demonstrated the power to fly, but he still needed the Spirit Gun to cause large amounts of destruction. Raditz..could destroy mountains with single beams, and tear Piccolo's arm off.

Yusuke was able to beat that one guy who could fly. I think his name was Jin and that was before he got those ridiculous demon powers awakened.

Yusuke and Sensui were causing destruction to mountains with mere shock-waves from there punches. And of series Yusuke would most likely kill both of them at the same time easily.
