Heroes verse vs One Piece verse

With Heroes recently defeating Naruto-verse, who wins this?

Can we assume that the current characters are all top shape and not in their miserable beat up selves?

If so, I gotta go with One Piece here. Kizaru does what E did in Naruto vs Heroes and then I doubt even Sylar can match the logias and others. Peter is reduced to one power of course, and Tracy might be a match. But seeing as Aokiji is currently stronger than her.

I kinda like the keep debates current, so the tide can change and all. But I mean it's not a fight if OP chars are all beat up. Anyway this should be fun . Well for starters, Peter and Sylar can both fly. Then while Aokiji is more powerful then Tracy, does that stop her from killing other OP characters, and even then Aokiji can't hurt Tracy, and vice versa right?

Yes, but he can counter any attempts Tracy tries on the others.

By top shape I mean, current, without any injuries and such. I did this mostly for Whitebeard, Jozu, Luffy, Marco and the other guys that are beat up from the fighting.

Hiro has his brain tumor of course, just like Whitebeard, Garp and other old guys have their age restrictions.

Devil Fruit alters your body. So...for example. Kizaru, he'd still be light, he could still notice he can't manipulate light cause of Rene, and he'd use his light body (which travels at near light speeds) to kill Rene before he can react...but at the same time, we've seen Sea Stone negate devil users...but that's different. Sea Stone emits the same energy as the sea which is the only true weakness of the DF...so, I doubt Rene can actually...

Well, we can assume Parkman gets the info, and the Sylar uses TK to quickly put Sea Stone shackles on the DF users. Now, some of them woudl escape, but if the Heroes verse did this fast and with team work, they'd be able to take out the major players fast, leaving the others at a HUGE disadvantage

but again...where'd they get the sea stone cuffs from? Where's the actual battle taking place? Can the heroes get some sea stone cuffs fast before they One Piece guys catch up to what they're doing?

I see your point, I just assumed since they are Devil Fruit POWERS, and he can suppress people who can perform elemental like shifts but I see your point.

Well yeah Sylar and Parkman working together they could use sea-stone cuffs to take down the Logia's. Let's assume around the same place the current war in OP is. The Marines have access Sylar can fly now since he got nathan's ability, and I'm sure they can get there, get the cuffs, and then Sylar uses TK to send out the cuffs. Again Matt can set up a telepathic illusion so the OP verse won't even know what Matt is up to.
