I'd nominate Itachi for this 1 cuz Superman's doomed once he had eye contact with Itachi's Mangekyo Sharingan plus Itachi can use the Amaterasu, the black flames cannot be put out, even Superman can't resist it.

Superman is immune to burning, but these aren't normal flames. Either way Superman wouldn't be burned, there not of magical nature?

Amaterasu can't be stopped. Its defined as such, so we HAVE to consider that it can't be stopped in vs debates. I mean, if we assume shit like that, we could say that the yellow suns in the naruto world don't have any sort of benefit for Superman or other stuff like that.
Anyway, that said, Itachi wouldn't be able to even HIT him. Look at my sig...this hurts to say, but Supes wins. I mean, only way he'd win is...

Or, he can use a normal finger genjutsu, paralyze Superman just long enough to use the actual Tsukuyomi

Your treating Superman as though he moves at the speed of ninja's in Naruto, he can race around the planet instantly, fly to the moon and back. He can just take out Itachi before he can react.

C'mon while superman and itachi are still arguing over the last slice of pizza, itachi will already have him under a genjutsu, so by the time sup's attacks its to late.
I only say this bcoz to me itachi thinks like batman and batman with mangekyo sharingan is more than superman can handle alot more.

As a person, before superman throws a punch especialy with someone hes never fought before he talks bcoz hes invincible, like "you dont wanna do this" ....or..... "am warning you"

This is a fight. Between who will win in a fight. There's no talking involved. Superman takes down Itachi before he can even react.
