Playing Burst Limit again...

Good god, it still sucks as much as ever, haha! The gameplay is nothing compared to the Shin Budokai series, the SB series also has much smoother animation. I'm using my best character from SB1 and 2, Trunks. They've royally screwed up his moveset! I also can't play this game well because of how... weird it feels. Oh yeah, and the drama pieces are still annoying. And there's no ki charging, it costs you no ki for special attacks, hence all the Vegeta Big Bang Attack spammers online.

The A.I. is also really stupid. Right now, the game isn't paused as I casually type this. Vegeta is just dashing backwards and forwards like an idiot. Seriously, thats all he's doing.

I know, it's clear they didn't have a clue what they were doing. The gameplay is like... a messed up version of Shin Budokai, it feels so weird and stiff with its controls that I find it really hard to play the game. And for some reason I have a hard time seeing whats going on, on screen and I refuse to buy a HD television just so that the graphics look a little bit different. On my TV the graphics look really blurry and the characters blend into the backgrounds too well... and when two Super Saiyans are fighting each other, they blend in so well that I can't tell who I'm controlling!!

There's also nothing to do in the game (as with all next gen games) and there's nobody online. Nobody in the world was playing the game at the same time as me yesterday!

Its really sad that the only good thing about the game is the theme song...

Hopefully Spike's newer Tenkaichi style game is much better, Raging Blast if I'm not mistaken. From online video's I've seen, I looks to be good.

Hehe! while it is inferior to BT2, Raging Blast is actually fun. And unlike other next gen games, there's *drumroll* STUFF TO DO!! It's not just "complete the story mode in 1 hour and then thats it", there is actually stuff to do. Much more than in BT3 as well. Any questions, just ask me!

What kind of stuff is there to do?

There's;

Story Mode; Split up into different sagas including a hefty amount of what if's. It's so much longer than BT3's inferior and extremely short story mode.
- World Tournament
- Online stuffs such as normal battles and online world tourny
- Quite a few characters to unlock as well as in game BGM
- An extensive tutorial
- Character customization
- Infamous inclusion of SSJ3 Vegeta and SSJ3 Broly
- Videl punching mini game
- Duel mode with team battle, battle point team mode (from BT3) and more
- Battle trial with several different conditions to fufill

...and more!

Sounds cool.

Its roughly the same as the last few games; that being there's not really an explanation as to how the characters got into that particular predicament. For example, the last What If? story is when Vegeta gets Super Saiyan 3, he just sort of has it. Then he fights SSJ3 Gotenks, then SSJ3 Broly (who just turns up with SSJ3 and nobody questions how he got the form or how he came back) and then SSJ3 Goku.

Some of them are funny though, the Yamcha vs Vegeta and Future Trunks one was great! Yamcha becomes a bit dillusional and wants Bulma back, so he challenges and beats Vegeta for her heart. Then Trunks turns up and thinks that he won't be born if Yamcha gets back together with bulma, so he fights Yamcha and loses. It is then that Trunks realises Yamcha will always be a bit of a womanizer so he has nothing to worry about!

Another good one was the fight between Goten and Trunks and then Goku and Vegeta which breaks out over Goten catching Trunks eating his food at a picnic.
