Tiger Woods on left. Golfer. Slept with at least 19 other women while starting a family with his wife while putting on a fake persona and getting tons of money from Nike, EA, Gillette, etc. (so basically if you got anything from those companies he got some of your money...and still does).
Ben Roethlisburger on right. Two-time Super Bowl champion quarterback of the Pittsburgh Steelers. Was accused of raping a woman I think in Minnesota. About a year later, he was accused of raping a drunk 20-year-old at a college bar. He got away with it both times (they shut their traps after he payed them off most likely). His punishment? He's suspended for six games which will turn to four if he has 'good behavior'.
Is it any surprise these two hang out together?

Agreed. Tiger's wife is about as much of a phony he is, from what I've read. That's why they're still married (for the $$$$$$$$$$$$$).

Woods admitted he's a sex addict (well who isn't). The guy obviously has problems. But his private life doesn't concern me much. I didn't know that his wife stayed with him...lol, who needs self-respect, we have money!
I also didn't know who that other guy is. You know what, if he's not found guilty I can't call him rapist. It's possible that the guy is innocent, it won't be the first or the last time somebody innocent is accused of something like that.
Why would a true rape victim settle for cash? Expensive trial and the lack of evidences come to my mind. But if something like that happened to me I wouldn't let it end like that.
So I can't consider those two women victims no more.

Well, yeah. The girl accused him of sexual harassment but couldn't even bring any charges to him because the evidence clearly showed him innocent.

- They are afraid of a little competition; if somebody makes, for example, a better football game than EA, EA buy out the company, or the football stufs so that the company can't make the games anymore.
- They buy out whoever they can and usually liquidate the company.
- They like teh product placement. A lot. "Oh no, the whole worlds being destroyed! Oh look, lets have a Pepsi!"
- Their games are shit.
- One advert they did for that stupid "Ty the Tazmanian Tiger" had the titular character walking through a hospital ward, past bandaged up versions of Spyro, Sonic and Crash Bandicoot. The three look afraid of him. Thing is, Ty sucks ass and his game was the least well recieved of the four, so HAHA!
- They hardly make any original games.
- They bring out a sports game every single year with next year's date slapped on the title. People trade in those games so often where I come from and its so annoying having to go past so many EA sport games when I browse through the selection of games the store has.

- 007: Night Fire.
- Burnout: Revenge.
- Burnout 3: Take Down.
- Medal Of Honor: European Assault.
- Medal Of Honor: Rising Sun.
- Need For Speed: Underground.
- Need For Speed: Underground 2.
- Need For Speed: Undercover.

EA was pretty bad until they got rid of replaced their CEO. They're still pretty bad, but they're taking steps to move in a better direction, though sticking with Tiger is a bad idea. Anything for the money, I guess. At least they put out new games like Mirror's Edge and Dead Space and I'm sure whatever the new Respawn Studios makes will be top-notch and a slap in the face to the true title holder of worst publisher - Activision.

No, of course I didn't say that. His cheating is important to me (I didn't say it should be to someone else), because it tells me more about what kind of person he is. Now, when it comes to Woods I actually couldn't care less about him, so I don't care about his private life. But in a way your whole life should also be important to the judges who give such highly subjective awards- and thus meaningless awards to me. I mean you can't call yourself a sportsman if you do drugs in your private time or behave anyway that's inappropriate for a sportsman, for instance, you support fair play but you fight in bars, etc. Because sportsmen should be role models for kids and kids do watch news so it's not just about your performance on the field.Domon Kasshu wrote:ningen wrote:Well, you know, awards never meant much to me. So like I said he's just a good golfer to me, that's all. I would never give him such award. I don't know who gave him that award and on which criteria, I mean what- "A black guy who made it in a sport that was generally considered "a white guy's leisure activity"?" If he was white he would never receive that much attention and that's what's positive discrimination is. Furthermore, whoever thinks that he's\she's entitled to give awards like "sportsman of the decade" can give him "sportsman of the century" for all I care. It wouldn't change my opinion of him at all.

You can't take one example of a rich and famous person escaping the justice and use it for every other case when somebody is not found guilty. There were also people who were found guilty like 2Pac that were innocent...

I don't know much about it but as far as I know he apologized publicly infront of everybody on his own initiative and said he is terribly sorry.
Sure he should be punished properly, sure its very bad what he did but as long as somebody is TRULY sorry and truly regrets that's enough for me.
Now the question is was he SERIOUS? for some reason I thin he was serious and truly sorry and wasn't just excusing himself so he can after that go right away and do some bad things again.

^ Not only that Vegeta_DTX but is that really our business or Tiger and his wife business. And All he did was have sex, he didn't really hurt anybody. He didn't beat up somebody for no reason, Killed somebody, rape them or any other Nasty things. I think people either have to much free time and just use it to hate because they're Jealous or they just love trying to judge other to justify their own lives and TRY to make themselves look better. I just don't understand people. =/

I would say that cheating is, before anything, morally wrong. Your behavior would hurt your partner and he\she would feel betrayed, unloved, etc. Of course the thing is that people give too much attention to the lives of others and that's why we have all this mania about the private life of a freaking golfer.

Yeah exactly it's is morally wrong but that between Tiger and his partner to deal with not the rest of this Nosy world.
