Niiice...Fawkes has more experience for sure, but Dracarot is in his peak, so he can outperform him.

Dracarot is undetectable.
but Fawkes is invisible, so they have to rely on their senses..for this.

Drac would have this advantage over Fawkes, he could still theoretically hear or smell invisible Fawkes, where as Fawkes would have to come into direce contact with Drac before they could fight.
Heres how it would probably go, even with Dracs advantage considered
*Drac and Fawkes collide with each other, start shooting, and wind up giving both lethal wounds*

In the situation you are describing though, it means it isn't about physical prowess, in which case Fawkes is a better strategist by far

Yea Fawkes is the superior fighter.
Dracarot has more weapons, he now has mercury guns thank to Milo, so if he can kill Fawkes with one shot.
To make the battle easier, let's say there outside and it's raining? Who wins? I say Dracarot can "hear" or see the rain bouncing off Fawkes, and go for the kill shot.

That's not fair, your giving the one with weaker powers, this disadvantage. lol. Rain makes no difference for Drac, or at least I assume not, he is undetectable. Fawkes is merely invisible.

Problem with that theory, Drac doesn't like the idea of civilian casulties, so he'd just wander around hoping to hear something out of place until he made physical contact with something which would probably once again result in a draw with both very, very dead.
