Personality:
She was made an artificial human to toy with Yamairo's feelings, and as such was suppose to feel no emotion. However, over her interactions with the SXM and particularly Yama and Anna, she soon found herself experiencing the same things the original Isabel did. She is completely calm while fighting, able to fully use her powers to the maximum potential because of this. She is also able to retain her calm even in front of Troy, who, despite the fact she has Isabel's memories, doesn't phase her in the slightest
She seems to have a crush on Yama, however, she's unable to properly express herself in any possible way, getting angry and jealous at any mention Yama makes of the original Isabel. She is highly dependent on him for a lot of things, including helping her gain her own humanity. This slowly developed into love, and the two are currently in a relationship.

She can be called a sculptress. This is the best way to summarize her control over weather patterns. She has one of the greatest potentials for raw destruction. Due to her calm and emotionless state, her control is of the finest possible, increasing her potential to a much greater degree

-Atmokinesis. Isabel can see the world as ever changing energy patterns that she can mold to create a multitude of weather effects, even on global scales.
--Wind: She has the ability to fly by gliding on wind currents as high as the atmosphere can be stretched by using her mastery over wind. or create a dome of air pressure to deflect attacks. Her power over air pressure has also been used to crush entire house and buildings. She can even create powerful tornadoes, hurricanes, and various winds that are capable of moving a vast number of objects/people including levitating an entire building. Her control and awareness of air in the atmosphere even allow her to determine if nearby people are breathing or not. She has particular control over this aspect of wind manipulation and can use it at a much greater radius than Isabel could. She can take away someone air.
--Lighting: Her main choice of attack, she can summon lightning bolts from the sky that can be used to blind, stun, or severely burn her opponents, even to the point of death. She can also use this ability as a concussive force. Her power over thunder can even be used to create deafening sounds for distracting her enemies
--Water: Her ability over water and it's forms has been shown by her creating heavy rainfall, and instant floods. Seh can cause massive tsunamis and split oceans apart. Control over moisture and temperature allows Isabel to freeze/flash freeze objects and people in the blink of an eye.
--Concentration of Elements: She can also control the amount of certain elements in the surrounding atmosphere, and she uses this power mostly when countering fire users, but also uses it to increase their potential, or cause large explosions on her own. She's even manipulated the atoms quantity, and even electrons.

-Energy Manipulation: When using her powers, she becomes one with the energy patterns she manipulates. This gives her the ability to project weather effects through her body. For instance, she can generate lightning, intense cold, and intense heat, from her hands rather than from the actual atmosphere

-Earth-Link: Her powers has created a psychic bond between herself and the primal life force of Earth's biosphere. This bond with the Earth gives Isabel spiritual and material sustenance with an almost empathic sense towards living thing.

Bio:
After Isabel was killed by Yamairo during Iliria's awakening, Iliria herself became aware of it. Due to Iliria's own ruthlessness, she got a friend of hers, Maiza, to create an homunculus that looks just like Isabel, with all her memories. The clone was used to attack Yamairo. However, it backfired when Marie attacked and nearly defeat Iliria herself. She was forced to leave the clone behind, no longer interested.
She was kept in confinement during all this time, and during this time, Anna helped her to gain some measure of emotional capabilities. As the time passed she seemed to develop an emotional attachment to Yamairo.
As time passed, Yama himself also began to feel conflicted over her, not knowing if he should even be near here because of who she looks like. Her first instances of actual concern came with Yama's falling to the Legacy Virus.

Soon, the Hunters attacked, and she helped defend the island against them.
5 months later, she's back on active duty in Isabel's former role. During this time, she slowly came to grow close to Yamairo, albeit never seeing herself as more than a replacement for the original Isabel. While these events happen, Dark Reign starts, and she's captured. Soon she's freed, and proceeds to fight in the final battle against HAMMER. After these events, she takes up residence in Yamairo's old warehouse, all the only feeling more and more the effects of her attraction to the samurai. All this while, she convinces herself it is nothing more than residue memories and emotions from the personality given to her.

It is during Amadeus plan, when she is captured and given the essence of All the Evils of the World, that she truly realizes she loves him. At this point however, she is unable to control what is growing within her. But, thanks to the SXM and Yamairo, she's saved and lives to finally admit how much she does love him. From that point onward, she is much more open, and shows a much great range of emotions (albeit still very reserved). What doesn't change is her need for Yamairo to help her with her emotions.
She follows him as he joins the resistance against Milo, and as the SXM are finally fully reinstated as heroes and accepted into the community

She is present along the following arcs. During No More Heroes, Yama and her return to Japan. They get married there. After Harry and Filipe arrive to recruit them for the new team, she naturally follows Yama.
