Personality: She is a young girl who rarely shows much emotion. When she was assimilated by the hunters, her normal personality was altered and she became almost robotic like in her interactions. Regardless, shown by the way she cares for her demented sister and allows her obvious physical advances she still has very much all normal emotions of a human. The lack of demonstration appears to be a coping mechanism for the assimilation, and possibly with her sister's overly sexually advances as well.
After the events that lead to her freedom, she seems to have bonded with Rachel, and Rachel has bonded with her, to the point of insisting that she move in with her.

-Technology Expert: She knows her away around any sort of technology such as computers and security systems, able to disarm them easily and without much effort whatsoever, as well as being able to easily hack into any data mainframe, even the SXM's mainframe which was constructed by Milo himself

-Swordsmanship: Even for a 12 year old girl, she displays agility and reflexes, as well as raw technique and dexterity to compare to some of the best swordsmen.

Weapons:

-She carries with her a katana, a bit over sized relative to her. This sword can be enhanced with her powers and can cut through most materials while in this state. It's bladed edged turns blue while being influenced by this power

Powers:

BRC is a mutant with the power to generate and turn ambient psionic energy into solid matter. When she manifests this power, her left eye glows with a blue flame. She can turn any psionic energy into matter, even one that originates from telepathy or telekinesis, thus making her immune to most of the standard users, albeit people on Sandra's level can easily overwhelm her threshold.
For some reason. she prefers to create a cannon on her left hand which she can then use to fire solid energy. It is concussive in nature but possesses explosive properties, said explosions at their strongest powerful enough to blow away the fist of the Titan Hunter General. Her other offensive method is enhancing her sword into a larger, blue version of itself.

She also possesses superhuman strength, speed and reflexes, shown jumping from roof to roof on Genosha with ease, as well as move around with the cannon she forms as if it were nothing. This is due to her hunter alterations

Bio:
BRS-22, or Stella Satellizer, was a normal human girl, who due to her powers, was captured by the hunters to make use of. Her sister, Silke, was also captured as well. It is unknown how long ago this event took place, but while being transported, she was hijacked by the splinter faction and made into one of its hunters. Since then she became a reserved and robot like person, her sister in turn developing a sadistic nature, as well as an unhealthy, borderline sexual obsession with Stella.

BRS-22 first shows herself on Genosha, Rachel seeing her and tracking her down. She finds her in Holst's apartment, with the painter unconscious. Rachel then lets herself get captured as well.

Later, Zach, Mikey, Metallic and Jim find the girl on the beach with the two captured precogniths. They all engage her, but after a brief scuffle, they are all sucked into a portal that takes them a yet undisclosed location.
It is later revealed she took them to the planet made of technologies usurped by the Hunter faction. She attempts to turn Rachel into a hunter on her Leader's commands, but also opens the cages and allows the SXM to escape and stop her. Following a fight with her, and later her sister, the SXM members are captured again, but Rachel, appealing to BRS's still existing humanity, gets her to reveal that she wishes to be saved, along with her sister

However, the events don't happen as desired. The group get separated as BGS-22 attacks again, and BRS, who until then was leading Rachel and Holst to the barrier control center, arrives just in time to see her be dealt the finishing blows. She tries to save her, but to no avail.
As the SXM attempt to escape, the Leader, now furious his planet's infrastructure is severely damaged, attacks the group. BRS tries to buy them time, and sacrifices herself to protect the escaping SXM. However, Milo quickly sdaves her as well.

Two weeks later, it seems Rachel has had her move in with her, and Filipe ends up taking to her as well. Stella, as she revealed her name to be, seems to show a sense of protection towards Rachel, probably due to her loss of her sister, and argues with the two of them over joining the SXM.

After several months with Rachel and Filipe, she seems to be mellowing out well. She also shares a very close relationship with her godfather Harry, who often helps her train, and with her uncle Milo.
