1. They can only use feats they have demosntrated in their respective universes such as Goku can't eat planets unless you show scan/pic/vid of him doing it.
2. You cannot deny proof if somone posts Goku destroying a planet you can't say he can't or it's an expression
3. Goku has all his powers including GT
4. Flash has all his powers from all incarnations
5/ Personalites don't matter their both blood-lusted

If I had more time I'd post the screenshot of Brolly destroying the entire Galaxy and then after that picture of Goku(together with strength of Z fighters fused inside of him) destroying Brolly 
That should beat it all
Also this rather should belong to some other section unless you add a voting option, then it would be more suitable...I mean its totally cool

Dude DTX, most people think Flash is weak but he isn't he can do blows that harm Superman and move faster than light. He can make people implode by running through them he can destroy all of DBZ easily.

Well, all really depends. I suppose Goku could keep using instant transmition to avoid the Flash. Like I said, teleportation is always faster, no matter how fast you move.
But he would run out of ki eventually. I would say the Flash by doing that stupid atom exciting thing.

Thanks now let's debate. Flash is faster than teleportation Lol he can attack somone before they teleport he's done it to many people. Flash can do that or use Infinite Mass punch
