Enma Ai (HellGirl) VS Dr. Manhattan

OK, what if someone self curses with Enma Ai to send Dr. Manhattan to hell. Would Ai be able to send him to hell? Or would she be nothing but a pest for Dr. Manhattan. And if Dr. Manhattan gets to hell, would he be able to defeat Ai's boss the diabolical spider?

Dr.Manhattan is unstoppable Dr. wouldn;t be affected if he didn't want to be if he did however he could wipe out anyone there come back and kill Ali. Very few can beat him only those like Kami Tenchi can fight him

Hell is a different plane from the normal universe. I don't know Enma Ai, but if she DID manage to send him there, he wouldn't get back that easily. I would even assume he couldn't get back, making Enma the winner.

Dr.M can teleportn ANYWHERE he is much faster than Emmi and can turn her into a chocholate bar and eat her

No he can't. If you were just joking fine, but Dr. M cannot turn people into chocolate. And he can teleport anywhere in the UNIVERSE. You fail to see that in fiction, Hell is on a different plane than the universe, as such, you can't just teleport back. It's not that simple.

It's not the same. Tell me where in the comics did Dr M teleport into a different plane of existence. Heck I don't think Watchmen have different planes. If he didn't do it, you can't prove he can.

He can that's not how debates work characters abilties can be used in different situations Samuri Jack never cut ice oh so he can;t cut ice makes no sense when he slashed through robots ec.t Dr. M can do so and he is based off of Captain Atom and has his abilties. He can control Quantum meaning he can absorb matter,create a universe, and destroy it ect

See that's the problem. Dr.M's abilities are based on science. Power like Enma's are based on magic and the supernatural. You can't just assume that Dr. M's abilities to manipulate quantum and absorb matter would work.
