Batman vs Z fighters. I say Batman wins especially since I gave him 5 years prep he can develope a heart-virus to kill them all and use the JLA-laser to do it

Why is an explanation needed. Batman has PREP! With prep he is a god he can blackmail prescence to gain some of his omnipotent power he can use a boom-tube mime to warp them into space, a green kryptonite ray gun to kill them!

Batman can't fight strong superhumans without prep.... with it he's a god and few can stop him. He already has JLA laser and can find the dragonballs and make the Z fighters allergic to oxygen.

Why in the fuck would you give that much of an advantage to Batman.
Batman is a tactical genius. Even without all that bullshit AG tends to spoon feed, he could come up with individual strategies for each Z Fighter. Believe me, he's that good.

in all seriousness batman wouldnt need 5 years prep, not that hes the kind of hero to kill anybody thats not already against him or gotham or the planet, wait a minute, wouldnt that be A VILLAIN! why would batman prep for 5 years to fight HEROES!?
anyway if there was some reason batman went all evil and insane some of his resources (friends that help him) would abandon him. but say he manipulated them so that he had all his resources but he was still an evil bastard (the kind of evil bastard that would prep for 5 years to kill someone for no reason) all he would have to do is take bulma, chichi, every weak bitch (meant strictly in a non-gender kinda way) that dbz has to offer, trap the z fighters (or trick them like the joker did to superman in that animated movie with batman and superman vs the joker [when the joker steels the jade aka kryptonite dragon] even tho batman fought superman cuz batman would never need any help from supercheese anyway) and kill them using what superweapon AG has imagined him able to create.

Saiyans are vunerable to heart viruses correct? Well without prep Batman can't beat the Z fighters. He can collect the dragonballs and make them allergic to oxygen or become immortal. He can use a heart-virus though or the boom-tube. He's against killing and he's great with guns

It's what New Gods use for transporation. Batman has one and is able to use his increadible intelligence to use it. Not as strong as a Mother-Box but useful. He can use it warp time and space. However he only uses it when he needs it he's become more and more godly since he was unable to stop Emperor Joker. Batman can set it up and warp the Z fighters into the sun as soon as the fight starts
