Rules
1) Everybody fights everybody one on one
2) Marvel characters by chance of a godly entity's mercy are equally as powerful as our beloved Z Fighters
3) Z Fighters by chance of a godly entity's evil self-amusement are as weak as superman super-fanatics and db bashers seem to think they are (and thats after that first godly entity's mercy takes effect)
aaaand go!

Galactus can use power cosmic and is invincible. Even if he was equally powerful which is impossible he can use PC to disintegrate the Z fighters or turn them into statues. TOAA is omnipotent,omniscient, and omnipresent his power can't be altered he owns them all. Red hulk can defy logic and kill immortals. He can absorb the power cosmic and any energy Z fighters are screwed.

Can we have movie and (as much as i hate it) GT villians and power levels, just to equate the numbers?

One on one is still a win for Marvel. The strongest characters in the Marvel universe could destroy the strongest from the DB universe.

Only because in the manga universe, te stories have an end and the characters stop evolving... in marvel they are always producing new stuff and overpower the characters like superman... if for example the DB story was not ended yet, Goku would be so strong that nobody could match him.. remember... the guy is a sayan.. sayan powers are unlimited... they always become stronger

well i agree with this, I think Goku could surpass any limit
but still the characters in DB even if overpowerd, they are but a handful compared with marvel which is as a real universe of characters.
and altough many of them are not that powerful, some are godly or beyond godly.

Every time he seemed to have reached the limit of his strength he went beyond. That's what saiyans are capable of. Always growing stronger and stronger with every fight. They know no limit. The stronger the opponent the stronger Goku will become to face him

Let's look at it this way
If another STRONGER opponent appeared and threatened the Earth, again, Goku would need to raise to the challenge. He's always done this. I mean, if Dragon Ball would have lasted as long as Superman or even X-Men, Goku may have very well been the strongest character EVAR!!!
But I think that would have been to much overkill XD
