Rules
1. Spiderman has his power up from the comics before Mephisto altered reality
2. Vegito can use all feats
3. Speed is equal in this fight.
4. Both are bloodlusted

No, he cannot. Buuhan can and when he yelled and nearly destroyed earth. SSJ Vegito was owning Buu he had trouble breaking the shield he created from his reality warping yell. Vegito is no reality warper or else he could alter reality like Haurhi and free those abosrbed, destroy them, and do a Shenron feat.
Spiderman has Deadpool level regeneration and therefore can heal from all Vegito's attacks and has more physical strength. He is a genius and he can do tons of things. He has Stingers that killed Morlun who's nigh invunerable and much more durable than Vegito. Therefore Spiderman can kill him with stingers since speed is equal and Vegito lets attacks hit him since he thinks he's invincible.
Spidey can tap into phoenix force and simply kill Vegito since he controls life and death.

I meant that since SSJ3 Gotenks created a hole in dimensions, so can Vegito SSJ by assimilation. I didn't mean literally reality warping. Sorry should have been more clear

Oh well yes but that won't help against the Phoenix force now will it. Spidey can transmute matter and can increase his speed. I made speed equal but Spidey can use PS to speed up and finish Vegito with stingers.

Regeneration and stength won't do shit against Vegito when Vegito can vaporize him with a ki blast.
Vegito, according to anime, = Super Buu, the most powerful villain in DBZ. SSJ Vegito was toying with said Buu, which means we have no idea how strong SSJ Vegito is. Logically we can assume Vegito could go SSJ2 if need be, both Vegeta and Goku could use that form, so no reason Vegito couldn't. Lastly, it's possibly (I'm not stating a fact, this is just a mere possibilty) that Vegito could have even gone SSJ3.

Goten and Trunks could both only go SSJ before fusion, no high. But with Goku merely showing them how to transform to SSJ3, Gotenks (fusion of Goten and Trunks) was able to pull it off after some training.
Now, Vegito is a fusion of Goku and Vegeta, Vegeta can't reach SSJ3, but Goku can, which should result in Vegito at least knowing how to transform. So if he knew how, it isn't to much of a stretch to say that, with as powerful as he is, he could.

Um first this is Spiderman powered up and he can't die. Spiderman has unlimited regeneration and Vegito's ki attacks won't stop him. PF Spidey's durability is far beyond Vegito's. SSJ Vegito was toying with Buu but struggled to break his dimensional barier and PF Spidey can create stronger ones.
PF Spidey controls life and death and can take Vegito's life or erase him from existence. He can go back in time and destroy Goku and Vegeta before they fused. this is SSJ Vegito only feats he has demonstrated i nthe anime/manga. He can't create dimensional portals lol simply because Gotenks did.

even grammatically thats a dumb rule. if two people are in a fight (not sparring) chances are they dont care if the other dies, especially in the case of spiderman fighting someone ridiculously dangerous (in terms of what would be dangerous for spiderman, here he cant take any chances). vegito could kill somebody no problem, gokus killed before and so has vegeta, and im sure vegetas fuck-ur-life attitude would transfer over due to this fact more than gokus "second chances for everyone" attitude. but anyway...Anime Goku wrote:

Well no this is different there are personalites Spiderman isn't a murderor and neither is Vegito neither are blaming each other for any crimes or anything like that. This isn't regular Spiderman by the way just for people who don't read the rules SSJ Vegito could kill the regular Spiderman in a fraction of a second. Spiderman can drain all SSJ Vegito's life or drain all the life from past saiyans preventing Vegito's existence.

So if Vegito realized the situation he was in and say used a Final Kamehameha or some ultimate move and erased Spidy from existence, he can regenerate?

Well remember I made their speeds equal SSJ Vegito's speed is equal to Spiderman so it's a fair fight. This isn't the regular version of Spiderman this is before he got godly but Mephisto altered his power to bring him back to normal but he was still more powerful than base but not SSJ Vegito level. Well yes but for sake of debate I limited him to skills he used in his fight and what he is capable of. Vegito never demonstrated dimensional warping he's more powerful than Gotenks but he proboably dosen't know he can Gotenks just figured out at that level of power you can.

I'm not saying he can't I'm assuming anyone can do it since Gotenks do it and so did Buu. Vegito never did it however in the show so I prefer it not being used in the debate and how will dimensional travel help in this debate against PF Spiderman?

Spiderman taping into the PF is bull. Only Psychics like Jean Grey, Rachel Summers and Emma Frost can Do that.
And is he did...then Vegito is not that screwed. Spidey won't be able to use all of the PF's powers, and much less than what other mutants can use.
Vegito can blow up a planet, and instant transmit the hell out of there.

Spiderman can tap into PF and use ALL powers he was a god he can control life,death,energy, matter and some of the other things. He can regernate from anything and defeat the Hulk. He can regernate and speed is equal by the way! Spidey can fight Vegito and than use stingers to kill him.

Well spidey sense + the fact you said he can speed up and hence his faster then vegito. That basically means he won't get hit.

Correct with phoenix force he wins without it his power-up makes him strong but Vegito has ki so would win powered up spiderman wins normal of course gets owned.
