^ You know, this last filler was standard Bleach material, I think that you and anybody else with a elitistic-I'm not watching fillers-hurr-durr attitude were wrong not to watch it.

But I did watch it...I'm mostly hating on bleach in general lately...what they did to Tousen in the manga was epic fail...Kubo's now basically a troll

Also, Bleach was never something great. It' a standard Shounen anime where you basically turn off your brain during watching.

Bleach was easily the best shounen during the SS arc. It's themes were easily borderline philosophical, especially Kempachi's takes on fighting.
Now it's basically there for the art and for the fighting...plot is non existent...which sucks

Bleach went downhill after the Ichigo vs Ulquiorra, with the Start of Yammy being the strongest. Man that was Kubo kubo'n at his worst.

Nah...I agree that the SS arc is a bit better than the rest of the stuff that was presented later on. But even then I had to turn off my brain for most of the time. Even then they did a sloppy job, so they formed a certain Bleach standard that later regular and filler episodes follow, so to me that arc is not much different than the other arcs. Because Bleach is full of cliches I often say that (like Naruto) it's great for those that are starting to get familiar with the anime culture. I mean, him, Aizen and Gin are supposed to be the leaders, the final ranks of the attacking wave...how did one get beat so easily?

But Bleach as an anime is amazing... its not about the story.. its the characters (powers and personality) and the action that make it great!!! The story is only an excuse to make godlike action.. just like the Tony Jaa movies!
Naruto is cool too, but the fillers and the same flashbacks over and over again ruined it.. at least Bleach have some good fillers.. the last one (about the zanpakutous) was incredible!! the Cpt Amagai arc was funny with good action, altought i admit the fillers about the Bount arc were very bad.. it makes no sense and it was boring!
PS: I cant wait for the battle Ichigo Vs Ulquiorra... that is going to be
