Best and Worstt video games of 2009?

What is it?

The best one's I've played would have to be X men Origins for 360 suprising that one of teh movies;s I hated the most is my favorite. Others
Grand Theft Auto 4(Very enjoyable despite it being a 1 year old)
Naruto Ultimate ninja storm(Very great nice selction of characters. Only thing wrong needs more characters, jutsu per game, and longer storymode without having to do annoying missions. Some are fun)

Hated
Terminator Rise of Salavtion or whatever(Suck and very repettive)
Saints Row 2(Rip off of GTA, graphics aren't as good, great storyline but I couldn't save it)

I haven't bought any video games this year...sucks cause I don't have any next gen console. But, if I go with my guts...

Did Halo ODST come out this year? Halo titles are always awesome

I don't own none, but I've played Saints Row 2 and GTA 4. I find Saints Row more enjoyable.

New Halo game came out I'm going to rent it I'll tell you how it is.

TMNT Smash Up was bad for the lack of characters.

Graphics is good to have, but not if it takes away from the games content. GTA 4 is good, but there are better games.

Dissidia: Final Fantasy - Fantastic beat 'em up that reminds me of the Tenkaichi series. Difficulty brings its score down though.

Time Crisis 2 - I don't like Shoot Em Ups, but I love the Time Crisis series! My friend brought it round for me to play and I bought it (for £3!) a few weeks later.

X-Men Origins Wolverine (PS3 version) - Yes it's a PS3 game, yes it has almost nothing to do (as with with all PS3 games), but I really enjoyed the gameplay. And I think it de-sensitised me to violence! Minus points for having to pay extra money for the final few things unlocked in the game though.

Mortal Kombat Unchained - Delightful PSP version of Mortal Kombat with my favorite female character (Frost) playable! The only thing I hated were the god awful loading times, but other than that, smashing! Great fun!


Worst -

Dragonball Evolution - No, I didn't actually play it; I just saw it in shops for a rip off £30. The game based on the film based on the anime (apparently), based on the manga didn't need to be played to know how shit it was. Shame on anyone who bought it.

Yu-Gi-Oh! GX Tag Force 2 - That difficulty is just stupid. The A.I. just happens to ALWAYS have just the right cards for ANY situation, all the time.

Mortal Kombat vs DC Universe - Nothing to do, stupid online spammers and the hardest combos in any fighting game ever.

X-Men Origins Wolverine (PSP version) - Easy in some places and stupidly difficult in others, especially with those challenge rooms (defeat 70 enemies without getting hit once and they take about 30 hits to kill... each!). And the gameplay and graphics sucked.

King of Fighters Maximum Impact (Special edition version) - I decided to try out a KoF game when I found this in a shop for £3. I didn't like it.

Tomb Raider: Angel of Darkness - I found this for 10 pence at an outdoor fair thing I had to go to. It was in great condition and had the manual, case, everything. 10p and I STILL felt horribly ripped off! They almost killed Lara with this game. Trust me when I say it is virtually unplayable; I barely got past the first f**king level.

Undecided -
Resident Evil 4 - It's well done and everything, but the difficulty... I'm not used to having shit loads of enemies bombarded upon me at once with the Resi Evil system. I'm not dissing the system or gameplay or anything, I'm just saying I'm not used to it.

Street Fighter IV - Gameplay is responsive, the graphics are quite nice and Chun-Li has the biggest, sexiest thighs I've ever seen, but there is too little to do, Shoto spammers online, Seth (final boss), impossible challenges and the gameplay is exactly the same as what was done with SFII which was released over 20 years ago. Oh and you have to pay extra money for the alt costumes which are already on the damn disc.

I played Saint Rows 2 and it was epic! I plan to get it back and play through the story it's great!

Street fighter 4 was too hard.

I played Jax and Daxter 2, I plan to get back to the game despite how super repetive and freaking hard it is, it makes me want to beat. it It's a great game though especially boss fights.

I beat Mortal Kombat vs DC.

I played Naruto ultimate ninja storm and have one more arc to com[plete.

I plan to get Prototype, DBZ Raging blast, Resident Evil 4, and one other I can't remember. oh GTA 4. it's great a classic!
