Power: Pulse Manipulation.
Level: Alpha

Effect: Users of this ability has the power to create and cancel pulses. They can do everything from creating pulse just big enough to interrupt a persons heart beat, to creating massive pulse waves big enough to do longer range attacks.

When devolved, the ability can create attacks to cover much larger areas.

Weakness:

Power: Cryokinesis

Effect: The power to create and manipulate ice from thin air, shaping it into different constructs for both attack and defense.
People with this power have a practically unlimited supply of moisture at all times since it is always present in the surrounding air or environment. Even desert air has sufficient moisture content for one to make practical use of.

Weakness: A person cannot create ice indefinitely. Hot temperatures don't allow the ice to remain for long

Power: Plasma energy manipulation.
Level: Alpha

Effect: These people possess the power to absorb ambient cosmic energy, process it and emanate it from there body as waves of energy that heat the air in it's path, turning it into plasma in the form of a blast or discharge, with a tell-tale concentric circle pattern. These waves will normally emanate from a users body in all directions unless they purposefully tries to channel them in a single direction, usually along the length of there arms. This results in control over an extremely powerful sort of destructive force.

They are immune to the adverse effects of most forms of radiation and heat, and are immune to other plasma attacks.

Users of this ability can cause opponents severe headaches when directing the plasma at it's lowest level. At it's highest level, the extreme temperature change in the air caused by the plasma can cause a opponent to explode, Shatter, or disintegrate.

Weakness: The energy is hard to direct and can exhaust the user quickly.

Power: Nature Manipulation.
Level: Alpha (potentially omega)

Effect: Users of this ability can control the aspects of nature and natural materials and manipulate them at will. This includes manipulation of the Earth, wilderness, wildlife, and weather to an extent (Though are not as powerful as a person who solely uses weather/atmospheric manipulation as there main ability).

This ability also lets the user take and natural material and turn it into other natural materials. So ground to lava, lava to water, water to ice, etc.

Weakness: Unnatural materials cannot be controlled.

Power: Unnatural Precision.
Level:

Effect: A very low level skill, but still deadly skill. Users of this ability's can often pull of maneuvers that any regular humans can't. They are also far more deadly with weapons then any human could ever hope to be.

Anything they use from throwing knifes to guns, they use with perfect precision. They can effortlessly hit a persons vital area and kill them without even focusing on it.

They can spot people who are hidden much more quickly then humans, and they can spot when a attack is coming much quicker then humans. They also have a much quicker reaction time.

When armed, just one of these could take out a group of armed men without to much effort.

Weakness: The ability helps the person little in unarmed combat, making the best choice to be to hit a pressure point and immobilize the opponent.

Power: Metal Manipulation.
Level:

Effect: Users of this ability has access to a wide range of skills. They can;

- Create and manipulate metal.
- Turn there own body into metal or liquid metal.
- While in metal form, they can create blade and hook like weapons with there hands/arms.
- They are capable of spreading liquid metal over very large areas and converting it to solid metal quickly.
- They can manipulate all existing metal around them.
- They can create metal projectiles and weapons.

Weakness: Extreme heats capable of melting metal. Or extreme colds.

Power: Diamond manipulation.

Effect: The hardest know substance to man, users can cover themselves in a diamond crusted skin for unmatched durability. This also allows for the user to hit hard as well. They can also encase others in diamond as well as create diamond to the point of being able to make weapons.

Users of this power can manifest a special eye condition that change their eyes into this shape



It his said it mutated from the Samsara eye of the Rikudo sage. This eye grants the "Power" portion of the Samsara's power.

The power granted by this eye is the ability to see energy to a limited degree. Izoru could see Filipe moving as a mass of air by seeing his energies.
Then, the user can copy the flow and use the abilities witnessed. However, the inability to understand doesn't permit the user to fully use the power he/she copies. And of course, one can't copy what the body simply can't do.
As a result of the advanced perception, the user can also track fast moving objects and even predict the movements, allowing for counter attacks, but the user needs to have the speed to counter. The more a user trains, the more the eyes can follow. Izoru had trouble following Filipe's teleportation, but Madara can follow even Peter and his speed manipulation.

Weakness: The Wheel Eye doesn't have any general weakness, other then the limitations already stated for each power. Also, one doesn't have the Wheel Eye from birth, unlike the White Eye

Power: The Samsara Eye

One of the three sacred powers of the Valley Village, the user can manifest these eye patterns:


These eyes are considered the strongest amongst the three scared eyes, however, they are only inherited by the first born of each generation within the Rikudo clan. They say that the Wheel and White eye were born from the Samsara, and that the first older of the power was the Rikudo Sage, hence the family name.

Scientifically, the gene that causes the passing of the power is only dominant in one meiosis process. Why this happens is unknown, and probably due to a secondary mutation, but the final effect dictates that all other newborns are born without the gene to express the eyes

The user has access to two powers that can be defined as "Power" and "Knowledge"
The eyes allow the user to witness and instantly understand any and all forms of energy that flow within the universe. While the body cannot be trained to manipulate these energies through sheer power, one that possesses these eyes can manipulate them through the use of magic.
This thus makes anyone with these eyes a "magic mimic", able to copy and perfectly use any and all magic one sees, no matter how powerful or beyond human it may be

Weakness: It causes a massive expenditure of energy and stamina to use the eyes. However, people of the clan normally train from extremely young ages in the power, allowing to somewhat bypass the strain. It still possible to reach a limit of course. Namini nearly died using the Gedō's rebirth technique.

Power: White Eye

Effect:
The weakest of the three scared eyes, the users pupils manifest the following pattern, and the veins near the temple bulge slightly:


The power this eye gains has been described as the "Knowledge" portion of the Samsara Eye's two basic powers.
The power lies in the ability to see energy, and also see the "energies" that flow within the human body. By understanding this flow, the user can attack the internal organs with mere flicks of the wrist, causing massive damage. Also, by using pinpointed strikes, one can block the energy flows and cause complete stop of several thing suck as heartbeat, brain functions, member response, breathing and even power manifestation

One also has a 360º Degree field of vision, except for a blind spot near the back vertebra.
The user can see through solid objects and also possesses a degree of telescopic sight. The range differs from person to person, depending on training and skill.


Weakness: Mostly, it pales in comparison to the other two sacred eyes. It also requires the users to both have great martial arts skills and always fight up close (Shiyo has eliminated this limitation)

Power: Kaleidoscope Wheel Eye

Effect:
The Kaleidoscope Wheel Eye is a heightened form of the Wheel Eye. The Kaleidoscope gives the user access to powerful forms of energy manipulation. One obtains it by forcing the mutation, either by experiencing huge stress or causing that stress. It is distinguished from a normal Wheel Eye through its appearance, which changes the form of the tomoe seal. Unlike in the case of the normal eye, the Kaleidoscope changes from user to user, reflecting the unique gene pattern of the person
Some of the known patterns include:

Over time, use of the Kaleidoscope deteriorates the user's eyesight to the point of blindness. Only by taking and transplanting the eyes of one that is genetically compatible, (the one preferred is a sibling)can the vision be restored, a process that results in the creation of the Eternal Kaleidoscope Wheel Eye, a further mutation. Not only does this process restore one's eyesight and assures permanent Eye powers, but it also gives the person greater power.

The three Basic techniques that the Kaleidoscope gran are:

Tsukuyomi:

(Someone tortured by the Tsukuyomi)

A powerful telepathic illusion. Tsukuyomi requires eye contact to be performed. When executed, it traps the target in an illusionary world that is completely controlled by the user. While it only takes a few seconds to complete in the real world, the user can make it seem as if days have passed for the target. Depending on the user's whim, they can either torture their target for what seems like days on end, or make them relive a traumatic event over and over. When the attack ends the resultant psychological trauma will render the target unable to fight for an extensive period of time, and possibly suffer a complete mental breakdown.
The process of the technique involves using the eyes to push a huge amount of psionic power through the eye nerve channels right into the brain, overloading it with information at such speeds that the effects seen in the illusion happen. One can manipulate the psionic signals to mold the illusion to their whim
A common feature of illusions created by Tsukuyomi is a red moon that casts a red light throughout the illusion, giving the background a blood-red appearance while the figures within the illusion are in a grayscale, inverted color

Amaterasu:

(The flames of Amaterasu burning around the old Uchiha stronghold where Izoru and Shari last fought)

A powerful flame attack. It creates jet-black flames that are said to be as hot as the sun. The flames are extremely powerful, capable of burning through almost anything. Not surprisingly, it appears to use a large amount of energy, and strains the eyes to the point of causing blood to spill out from the retina. It can burn anything that is within the users field of vision, or be concentrated to a single point by the users own perspective. It can even smother regular flames easily. Wherever the user focuses his eye, the flames will appear at the exact spot without moving, making it unavoidable as long as the user keeps his vision trained on the target. However, the delay in which it is launched makes it possible to evade.
The function of this technique is using high end energy manipulation to create a rapid increase of ambient heat, so quick it causes the flames to absorb all light on the point of origin instantly, causing the black color effect. The fire is then manipulate as if regular pyrokinesis, with the energy manipulation happening through the right eye's field of vision

Susanoo:

Susanoo is a technique that creates a spiritual being resembling a yamabushi. It wields the sacred Yata no Kagami (Eight Span Mirror), a mirror that's considered one of the three sacred treasures capable of reflecting all attacks, as a shield in its left hand. In its right it wields the legendary Totsuka no Tsurugi (Ten Hands Long Sword). The Totsuka no Tsurugi, commonly sheathed in a sake jar held by a third hand growing from Susanoo's right forearm, is an ethereal weapon with an enchanted blade capable of sealing anything it pierces in a "world of drunken dreams", sealing them for all eternity. The combination of Susanoo's Totsuka Sword with the Yata mirror essentially makes the user invincible, and has thus lead to the techniques label of the "Raging God of Battle".
The process of Susanoo is basically using energy manipulation to create a gigantic personification of battle. The Shield, while sacred, merely works by the same power Chulance possesses, rapid adaptation. It adapts to any and all attacks thrown at it, allowing for instant reflection. The sword functions on the same basis as Tsukuyomi, but on a greater level, releasing psionic energy through the nerves of any body part it comes into contact with
The user can project only parts of the warrior for certain uses, such as only the ribcage for defense. However, to materialize a certain part of it, one must materialize the proper support. Meaning, for example, if one wants to materialize the muscles, one must do so with the skeleton. The order of materialization is:
Skeleton->Muscles->Skin->Armor and Weapons
Like the other Kaleidoscope techniques, Susanoo comes with its own risks. To sustain Susanoo, the user must act as a medium for the spirit, allowing it to consume their life force energy. This puts a severe strain on the user's body. Prolonged use will lead to the user's death.

Weakness: The use of the Kaleidoscope Wheel Eye not only wastes tremendous amounts of energy, but it also puts huge strain on the eyes, more specifically the blood vessels. This strain eventually binds the user. Prolonged use of Susanoo will lead to death

Power: Empathic Mimicry
Level: Omega

Effect:The user can copy any powers from other mutants he as come into contact with. He doesn't need to be near the original users to call on the power. He can copy the powers of other beings aside from mutants such as aliens, and or magical beings. When the user first gains the ability they can only use the powers of those near them, and then to summon abilities without others has to think of them. The user can recall any ability they've been exposed too, and they do not have to see someone using an an ability to mimic it.

They simply get the power when they met a being with a super-human power, but the user cannot mimic powers from inanimate objects.

The user wields the ability to use multiple abilities at the same time, and artificiality or Synthetic powers can also be mimicked. The user cannot gain powers from mechanical objects, and if someone with this power gets amnesia they still retain their control of their abilities. If someone with power Absorption uses their ability on a user of this ability, they absorber gains all the absorbed abilities, even the one the user was simply exposed too. Also to really gain control of the ability you must have the ability to connect with others.

Also the user even mimics abilities that can suppress skills such as mental manipulation. Meaning the user can use powers like MM, and de-activate them if there active to retain the use of their powers. Also as a side-effect of the mimicry they become immune to certain abilities such as time stop, Invisbility, and Telepathic Commands.


Weakness: If you can't connect with others, you can't really control this ability. Also, you retain the powers of the abilities you mimick. (For example when using the water elemental shift, the user will still retain the weakness of electricity)

Power:Self Propelled Flight
Level:Delta

Effect: The user can fly at supersonic speeds( meaning they can break the sound barrier). A side-effect of the user's ability may include some protection from extremes of temperature and atmospheric pressure as well as the ability to perceive their surroundings while flying at such speeds.They c an fly for a good amount of time, but can't go up to very high altitude or they will start to feel the adverse affects. Those with a high degree of control, can dodge and move very well in the air.

He can carry others when flying, and take them across large distances. He can use this ability offensively to fly someone into an object such as a car. The user can simply hover over objects, or use their ability to stand in air, not having to move to sustain flight.

There are also other methods of Self Propelled Flight such as using elemental powers, Biokinesis,Telekenesis, Magnetokinesis, Instantaneous Adaption, Magical Manipulation, Power Cosmic, Energy Manipulation, and winged people.

Weakness: Too high and they'll feel adverse effect.

Power: Organic Ice

Effect:Ability to not only cover the user's body body with ice, but to actually become organic ice. Though the appearance is similar,the user is now actually translucent in their ice form. The user is virtually indestructible in this form: they can reform there shattered body, and even if the rest of their body is completely destroyed. Some users have shown that their control over their powers are so great, that they simply cannot be killed. They have shown that even when they were incinerated completely in their human form, they were able to instantly remake themselves and have even had their entire human body incinerated besides their head as and simply remade it. In this form they will be able to use the moisture in the air to form spikes, shields and other extra appendages to their body. If this icy form is shattered, they can rebuild himself through the same process. It is currently unknown users would be considered immortal.

This is a Secondary Mutation

Weakness: The user's only limitations are their stamina, and once they run out of stamina they can no longer maintain this form. Despite being nearly invincible the user is weak to electric, and pryokientic attacks.

Power: Enhanced Strength

Effect:The user has enhanced strength. They can break down walls, and shatter bones with ease, as well as rip people apart.The user can resist the force they apply, so they are not injured when performing feats of extreme strength. A user can control whether to want to shake someone's hand, or tear it off. Un-experienced users might not be able to control this ability, which can lead to disaster. The range of how much Enhanced Strength a user has varies, and just like normal strength, the user's strength can grow over time.

Some skilled users can move larger objects such as planes, or even entire cruise ships. Those with extreme strength can shatter objects with simple blows, or even pierce objects with their fingers.

There are various methods for enhanced strength including elemental shift forms, alien/magical bodies, or even magical manipulation.

Weakness:This ability can lead to users developing split personalities.

Effect:
Alchemy the power of altering matter by using natural energy. This act is known as "Transmutation" and its sequence is usually described as:
-Comprehension - Understanding the inherent structure and properties of the atomic or molecular makeup of a particular material to be transmuted, including the flow and balance of potential and kinetic energy within.
-Deconstruction - Using energy to break down the physical structure of the identified material into a more malleable state so as to be easily reshaped into a new form.
-Reconstruction - Continuing the flow of energy so as to reform the material into a new shape.

The proper application of this craft requires not only a full understanding of chemistry and ancient alchemical theory, but also a sort of natural talent towards recognizing and manipulating the physical objects with energy, which require uncommon levels of intelligence and aptitude


Weakness:
Alchemy, unlike matter manipulation, is bound by the laws of physics. It is, to an extent, a science and as such is subject to certain laws and limitations, all of which fall under the concept of Equivalent Exchange: "In order to obtain or create something, something of equal value must be lost or destroyed."

In standard practice, Equivalent Exchange is separated into two parts:

The Law of Conservation of Mass which states that energy and matter can neither be created from nothing nor destroyed to the point of elemental nonexistence. In other words, to create an object weighing one kilogram, at least one kilogram of material is necessary and destroying an object weighing one kilogram would reduce it to a set of parts, the sum of which would weigh one kilogram.

The Law of Natural Providence which states that an object or material made of a particular substance or element can only be transmuted into another object with the same basic makeup and properties of that initial material. In other words, an object or material made mostly of water can only be transmuted into another object with the attributes of water.

Power: Spirit Energy Manipulation.
Level:(s) Potential Omega. (depends on users skill)

Effect: A lot of the effects of spirit energy are not that much different from ki energy. It can be used to greatly increase one's power, push there speeds to great levels, even teleportation type speeds. It can be released in wide spread destructive attacks or channeled into deadly piercing attacks.

However, there are differences. For one, a weapon flowing with spirit energy can not only attack a opponents physical body, but there spirit directly if the attacker wishes to do so. Channeling the energy through a weapon is also a easy way to condense and amplify the power to greater levels. In can be amplified through normal means seen with ki energy, but it's harder to manipulate in that way.

Another noticeable effect is that the aura of spirit energy can be used to weight down a opponents spirit, putting pressure on that spirit and causing a gravity increase effect (although the world itself is not effected, only the opponent). Referred to as spiritual pressure by some, this can greatly reduce a opponents speed or reaction time, or even immobilize opponents complete. It depends how strong the opponents spirit is.

Where spirit energy can be used to attack a persons spirit, it can also be used to attack people who have already died, given the person has a means of crossing dimensions into the world of the dead. At last, it can be used to attack the spiritual barrier between the world of the living and the dead. If that barrier is broken, it will, in a basic sense, allow the dead to walk along the living. And until said barrier is repaired, the threat of death is all but non existent.

Power: Electricity Manipulation
Level:Alpha to Omega

Effect: The user is able to control electricity to attack or defense, as well as for a vast range of use.They can generate and manipulate electricity to create blasts to stun, burn or kill others. The user can control the amount of volts released with each electric attack, and is immune to electrical attacks. The user can form electrical constructs, and can even generate lightning storms.

The user can control over electronic signals as well, giving slight control of humans and electronic devices. The user can also become living electricity, and turn other objects into electricity with physical contact, The user can also use a form of size alteration, by altering people's size while they are electricity.

Weakness: "With Great Power, comes Great Weakness". The user of this ability when drenched with water, cannot effectively use their ability without shocking them-selves. They also cannot damage rubbery substances, so people with elasticy are able to defeat them easily.

Power:Ability Supercharging and Manipulation
Level:Alpha

Effect: The user can augment any mutant powers, allowing for greater effects or more precise effects. The effects depend on the effort the user put into the supercharge. One can supercharge an already supercharged person, increasing their strength even more.
At high enough levels, this ability can go as far as completely manipulation any mutant ability within the users line of sight.

Power:Molecular Manipulation
Level:Omega

Effect:The user possesses the ability to mentally control, transform, and manipulate the molecules of all matter and energy. The user can rearrange molecules so radically, he can use his power to reconfigure all forms of matter and them into different substances and forms (such as, for example, turning air into glass), and can change matter into energy and back again.

The user can also use this to control energy,allowing him tocreate force fields and energy blasts. He can also open up worm holes through hyperspace and traverse them, thus traveling faster than light. When the user transforms substances it remains that way unless he repairs it or others with matter altering powers. They can affect all forms of matter mystical, cosmic, and indestructible. He can accelerate molecules to disintegrate living creatures or accelerate matter.

Power:Induced Radioactivity

Effect: The user can emit radiation of different spectrum (gamma rays, microwaves, etc). Their powers can match the destruction of a nuclear bomb. They can send out blasts of pure radiation to burn targets and emit bright flashes of radiation to blind people or melt things. They can also send out electromagnetic radiation to disable electronic devices.

Power: Gravitational Manipulation

Effect: The user has the ability to open up portals at will to quickly transport themselves or objects from one area to another in an instant. How this ability works has not been determined,but inside portals the user can easily defeat their opponent's in physical combat. The user cannot remain inside their portals for more then a few seconds, and the user can use portals to summon objects. The user can also use portals to suck up objects and make them "vanish forever".

These portals have a strong gravitational portal, and the size of each portal varies. The user can also control other effects of Gravity such as increasing or decreasing it's pull on objects,

Power: Rapid Cell Regeneration

Effect: The user can spontaneously regenerate any tissue in their body. Their blood is capable of healing anything injury or sickness alike and capable of resurrecting the dead, provided them haven't been dead for too long. This ability also slows down the user's aging process, effectively making the user immortal.

Weakness:The user's only weak spot is to be stabbed in the back of the spine, stopping the ability itself. However a shape-shifter who has this power can move the weak spot.

Effect: The user can steal the powers of any mutant through touch. The mutant looses the power forever. When the user absorbs abilities from someone with multiple abilities, they take all the abilities the multi-power user has.

Power:Sound Manipulation
Level:Omega

Effect: The user can create various sonic effects through the combined action of their vocal cords and limited psionic powers which can only be used in conjunction with the sounds one produces.The user can also transform themselves into sound, or selectivly turn certain body parts into sound. They can turn others into sound, and leave them as sound. The user can absorb sound, or control the volume of sound.

-Sonic Scream: The user can cause their vocal cords to vibrate over a wide range of sonic frequencies and produce a volume of sound ranging up to at least 140 decibels. The user has thus the ability to shatter solid objects with a sonic scream

-Flight: The user can use the sonic vibrations of her scream as a carrier wave.

-Sonic Lance: By focusing their sonic vibrations while screaming into an intense beam. This is used as a sort of "battering ram" that can stun or even destroy most solid objects.

-Sonar: can use their sonic powers as a form of sonar. By sending out a precise, pure note and listening to the returning, altered wavefront of the note,they can evaluate her surroundings in total darkness with varying degrees of resolution.

-Sonic Null Field: can project a field of silence in a area making no sound reach outside the area or no sound outside the area in.

-Sonic Amplification: can amplify sound carrier waves allowing them to hear conversations or noises from far off.

-Sonic Shield: can tighten sound waves around themselve's or others near them, making a barrier against outside attack.

-Vocal Disorientation: ability to change someone’s balance, by affecting their equilibrium using her sonic scream.

-Vocal Trance: ability to subtly influence peoples subconscious mind by changing the tones and vibrations of their voice using sonics, the effects tend towards blatant hypnosis

-Vocal Unconsciousness: ability to affect the fluid in someone’s ear causing the person to go unconscious.

-Siren's Song: ability to influence human beings with a certain pitch of their voice, causing them to fall in love with them without regard to gender or sexual orientation.

-Sound Immunity: Their hearing and equilibrium are unaffected by the effects of her scream and similar abilities.
