Force is a scientifically phenomenon.
Borg would adapt after first attempts.
Same for super planet destroying laser. The Borg Cube power source (it's inside it) would survive and build new cube that would be able to take the laser. It's how they work
Plus, Borg would also send drones into Death Star, and assimilate the clone troopers.
