BTAS vs Spectacular Spiderman

Rules
1.All characters who've appeared in BTAS Batman the animated series the original The Batman vs Spectacular Spiderman verse
2. They can use all characters as long as it was in the BTAS verse even the cartoons
3. There fighting to kill not in character.
Well I gotta go with BTAS here? For obvious reasons.... They have Joker AND Harley! Those two combined have done crazy things.
If Joker has his millions he can hire an army to dispose of Spiderman or set up a giant cloud of joker gas to kill everyone

Well, Joker in the animated series didn't have the same resources.
With that said, I believe that the Spectacular Spiderman is also the animated series right? They had not only Spidey, but the occasional guest start of the X-Men and Daredevil.

this is the new series the old one is overpowered! THEY have hydromanm sadnman, half the X men, Daredevil, precogs, energy manipulators, and omnipotent beings(Beyonder/ Stan Lee)! this is the new one which isn't god mod!

I don't remember. I was a kid when I watched most of this stuff alright...I only remember Spiderman AS and X-Men original AS

Sorry if we include the original Spiderman I'd bring in the entire DCAU.... it's unfair spectacular spiderman vs BTAS can go either way depending on who bring up and stuff.
I'm interested in doing some Ben 10 debates.
