Personality: Zulan is a man who believes in being special. His whole life he has been obsessed with being special, and as such will wipe out anyone who challenges him. Despite his obsession, he still has the capacity to work with others. He actually enjoys working with others, as working alone an grow boring. However he also enjoys manipulating others, which is one reason he enjoys hanging out with others. He enjoys causing chaos, and loves abusing his abilities. The three things he loves most are abilities, money, and women. His endgoal is to be the final mutant alive, and control the planet.

Powers:Zulan is an omega level mutant and possibly one of the strongest beings in the universe. He's one of the few beings able to fight Shawkun on an even ground.

Intuitive Aptitude. He can instinctively understand and manipulate the workings of a complex system. For systems that he already understands (like watches), he can detect and identify flaws in the mechanism with only a cursory inspection. He uses this skill to analyze his victims brains and steal their powers. Zulan does not need to kill someone to gain their ability. However, a physical study of the victim's brain requires direct observation necessitating the removal of the upper part of the skull, so the victim soon dies of blood loss and trauma.

Victims with rapid cellular regeneration, however, can survive this by repairing the damage. Zulan has demonstrated that can also "emphatically" copy abilities without injuring the source.Zulan can also detect some medical conditions, such as someone's aneurysm or brain tumor. He had enough knowledge about it to remove someone's aneurysm without hurting them.

A side effect of his power is the "hunger". In his case, the "hunger" manifests itself in the need for more powers.

Pyrokinesis: He has became able to generate fire at will, manipulate it into various attacks, and has become immune to the effects of fire attacks. He can manipulate fire and create massive fire attacks, or pin pointed accurate attacks. He can also raise shields for defense. He can envelop himself in flames in order to fly.

Signature Attacks.

Fire Ball - Simply gathered flames that has been manipulated into a ball or sphere that is shot at the opponent.

Flame Tunnel - He can concentrate the release of his flames thought the palms of his hands. These flames travel in a circular like motion create a tunnel effect.

Fire Bomb - For this attack Troy fires a very highly condensed ball of fire from the palm of his hand. This highly condensed ball explodes on contact with the ground or a opponent, setting a very wide area on fire.

Ignition - A very good move for surprise attacks, Troy doesn't send actual blast of fire at his opponent, instead he transfers the heat a fire creates and positions it on a part of his opponents body, or surrounds a opponent fully if desired. On the command "ignite" the transferred will take effect and set a opponent on fire.

Fire Pillar - Troy builds up flames underground beneath his opponents, when ready the fire cracks through the Earth surface and erupts upward in a pillar of fire.

Fire Dome - In this move Troy releases flames from his body, spreading outward in all directions rapidly creating a huge dome of fire. Temperatures in this attack has gotten so hot in cases it would of killed Troy himself if he had not stopped the attack.
Very few people has been caught inside the dome and survived.

Fire Dome Encase - A modified version of the above attack, the dome is designed to encase both Troy and his opponent in a area of steadily increasing temperatures instead of outright destruction.

Personality: He is pure evil and has no guilt in taking the souls of others. He enjoys causing pain to others and is very cunning and manipulative. He is a genius and prefers to manipulate others and avoid battles than to fight himself. He is not a coward instead wanting to gain power. He seems to have no friends, and a God complex.

Skills: He is skilled manipulator, and enjoys the pain he cause to people

Powers:Soul Manipulation. He can take the souls of others, leaving them in a coma like state, but alive. When he takes the souls of evolved humans, he takes their powers as well. Any soul captured and in his body experiences torture. He can return souls to theirs bodies, if the later remains unharmed. He can also give souls, and as a consequence, abilities, to other people other than himself, or the original possessor of the skill. He can even return the souls of the dead back to their bodies, provided said bodies can sustain life.

Absorbed powers he are know to process includes.

- Immortality. (he has gained the power to never age.)
- Vast physical skills and enhanced physical strengths. (This is due to all the people he has absorbed the souls of.)

Personality:Strade believes powers are a curse, and that they are only around to bring misery and pain. He thinks mutants are individuals who deserve freedom, but don't deserve abilities. He has joined Samuel's team who's efforts are to rid the world of abilities to bring about a state of peace, he does not support the Government's treatment of mutant-kind. He is a master of strategies, and as such...does not believe in things such..as dictatorship, racism, sexism ect.

Skills: He is a master of armed and unarmed combat. He knows about several powers and abilities, and is capable of teaching mutants how to master their abilities. He is also skilled in defeating mutants, as he knows the weaknesses to the various powers they may wield.

Powers:He can take away or return the powers of other mutants back to their original state. He does it by controlling the brain areas that manifest the powers and turns it "off" or "on" He can't return powers to individuals that never had any to begin with. He can return powers to those who have had it absorbed.

Bio: Strade was born in Beijing,China born into a family whose parents were high up members in the Chinese Triads. From a young age he was home schooled, and his family began to train him to be a warrior. By the time he reached middle school he gained his first blade, and was sent on an assassination mission to stop a man known as Kochi, an alchemist who used his abilities to help make weapons for rival crime syndicates in China. Strade's power manifested as he took away the mutant's ability, and killed him. After that he helped his family take of the Chinese Triads, by removing the power of the leader of Triads.

He realized he could take mutant's abilities, but later he accidentally returned the leader's power, aka Seismic Waves. His parents were murdered, and Strade fled to Korea to escape the Chinese Triads. After this he was kidnapped by the Government, but he met Jason who allowed him to join the Anti Mutant Movement. He moved to America, were he quickly became a high ranking officer in MRD(Mutant Response Division). Recently he met Samuel, and learned of his small group with the efforts to get rid of abilities. He joined growing tired of the slaughter of mutants, and is now a double agent.
