Katy vs Troy.

So, fire vs water.

How do you say the fight would go.

I'd say Katy wins.

She's grown more powerful then Troy. She still hasn't learned to alter size of course..but she can became water...she can extinguish Troy's flames, if he does the elemental shift..he's screwed.

Katy may have the stronger, though I'd say when it comes to it Troy is a better fighter. And if he gets off a Fire Dome, I doubt Katy would survive something like that.

It almost defeated Isabel, and she used a air pressure shield at full power if I remember right.

Didn't Milo teleport in, and stop Isabel from killing Troy?

Also Isabel isn't Riya, she can't perform an elemental shift. Filipe is a better fighter then Milo, can he defeat Ventro? No...same case here. Troy can't defeat Filipe...and Katy has Filipe's powers.

She can control water in all it's states..she's better with liquid water. I'm sure she can generate tidal waves, and hurricane's faster then Troy can pull out a fully powered fire dome.

Heck when they fought last, Troy resorted to trickery to win.

Katy can preform simply moves with ice, such as spikes and what not. She is no where near Filipe's level when controlling a solid substance. Her inexperience in this department could leave Troy a opening to take advantage of.

Something Katy has leaned though is to "weaponize" her power. While she can't create something like sword (say like Tesla) Nor a club (such as Jim), she's been seen before using a sort of water whip (it was in one of the invasion). So this gives her a long attack range.

Good point though, a FD takes a few seconds to prepare, and having seen the attack before, she'd know what's coming. So yeah, logically she would counter attack right away.

As for the last time they fought against each other, I believe that was when he was under Kelly's control. I don't believe either went full out there, I don't even remember them powering up.

Through the odds does seem to stack in Katy's favor.

Of course Katy is not on Filipe's level. But remember her various matches with kisame, the humanoid who could absorb water attacks? She used a combination of her vapor and Cryokinetic state to defeat him in their later fights.

She used the water whip in the Predator Invasion..correct? And of course against Akatsuki, possibly against AVALANCHE.

But she can use heck..a barrage of water attacks, while Troy is charging FD.

She didn't use it that often, once or twice I think. I believe she first showed it when they was fight the Asgarians (spelling) in a later arc, at least I think it was them. They was helping Aaron and them if I remember right.

Actually, I think Troy was having a tougher time in that battle then Katy was, though they got help from Sandra for a while.

With Kisame, yes he gave Katy a very hard time, even when she started using ice, she still had it hard with Kisame.

And yes, she has come to the point where she can gather attacks rather easily and fast. Hell, maybe she can even form the Jet Cannon in time now, though I'd say she'd be pushing it.

It all depends, Troy can't even harm Katy. He has to use giant attacks like FD to evaporate her. She first gained control after her trip to the future, but she used it on the Asgardians..during the Phoenix Alliance arc.

Still she's capable of using Early Filipe's level of Cryokinesis, no organic ice, or vapor transmutation but yeah.

Heck only Milo's demonstrated Complete Moisture/Vapor Transmutation. Filipe needs to learn this, so he can have a broken move to deal with higher level elementals like Harry, and Jet. But Katy's quicker with stuff like water orbs, and water whips. I'd give it to her, but then again Troy can fly, send out aerial attacks.

It's hard to decide..for Troy to win, he has to evaporate Katy. She just has to go all out.

The only way Katy can fly is if she breaks herself down into a mist like substance, just a collection of tiny water droplets. This is how she can move over large areas. However, she can't attack in that state.

She can create water pillars/platforms in the sky to stand on, to keep her up. But that's not flight, that's merely being lifted. Another thing if Troy was to take flight, he'd have a quite drastic speed advantage over Katy at that point to. Still, every attack he'd use, like you said, would have to be large attacks. Otherwise he can't destroy her.

However, Katy would have to use fairly strong attacks of her own. Something like a small water orb won't do much, if anything to Troy. Those attacks would probably vaporize before they would actually hit his Plasma form.

I suppose Troy would win.

He can easily form gigantic pryokinetic attacks when he's in his plasma form, although water attacks can kill him quicker in that form. He'd have a speed and height advantage, so he could pull off FB.

They both have weaknesses to exploit. I guess in the end it really comes down to who makes the best use of their powers. Both could potentially win or lose.

Katy has some bad luck on her side if you ask me. Troy seems like the better fighter.

In raw fighting strength, yes he's the best.

Then again Katy has learned martial arts, she only trained consistently for two months though.

Even before then, she did a little training.

Troy got more combat experiences, he can think and react quicker then Katy. Troy has pretty much fought his entire life, even before powers.
