Elen: That bastard isn't getting my ship!!

*Tizen looks at Kizan.*

Tizen: Will you shut up about the damn chicken, it's getting annoying.

*Kiya turns to face the new arrival.*

Kiya: I suppose your right. But who are you, and why do you want me, a stranger to join you?

Kizan: GO BACK WHERE!? Where can we find my nakama? where do we go!? Toshi tell me! And A King needs his chicken, AND his nakama!

"meanwhile, Elen is still staging her escape, when suddenly, she comes across a man dressed in a somewhat weird marine uniform. It's composed of a jacket over the regular marine uniform, but it's slightly darker color. He's also wearing goggles"

Elen: Isenwald...you bastard so you got into the marines?!

"Before he can finish, Elen takes a step back and shots with precise aim right at the head. However, Isenwalk propels himself forward with a large burst of speed, with something like fire coming out of his lower body, and rams right through the bullet. Elen barely dodges to the right"

Elen: What the?!
Isenwald: Devil fruit. Come on now...just give up. If you cooperate with Roshu, maybe he'll even let you join the marines...like he asked your father. I'll put in a good favor for you and

"Kizan leaps forward, kicking the doors to the bar open, Tizen, and Toshi following."

Kizan: WHERES ELEN!

Kiya: If you witnessed that battle, although I may be good, my brother is still a large gap ahead. I've waited years for that bastard to show his face back her, so I could reclaim the sword he tried to steal. Father was a fool to let him take it, he could of stopped Tizen. "Drew pointed to the ship, and leaped over to it, waiting for Kiya to the do the same."

"The bartender is cleaning up and sighs"

Bartender: Was she gone..."sigh" that girl

Bartender: I may not be the right one to tell ya about these things, she is. Anyway, if she didn't get caught...she'll be at home
Toshi: Wait...she's...from here?
Bartender: Her full name is...Elenore Slavin Ardlum
Toshi: Ar...Ardlum. I know that name
Bartender: Probably...Archibald Ardlum was a great scientist and made numerous advances in the fields of steam engines. Some say he even came up with an alternative power source, but...it was never confirmed. Anyway...check out the manor. She may be there. If not...she either tricked you, or she was captured

"Elen was again caught, and is taken to the outside of the base, to the docks. Roshu is overseeing the Steaming Dream's inspection. To the side, there's two other individuals that give off a certain presence. A man with a white sleeveless shirt and blue pants, carrying a pair of oddly colored swords, and another wearing a purple long garment, with long sleeves and a hat"

Roshu: She tried to run?
Isenwald: Yes...
Elen: Bastards! So touching my ship!!
Roshu: You be quiet!! If your father had just told me where to find it...I'd have been fine with it!! But he forced me to do this!! Start dismantling it!!

Elen: NOO! STOP IT! DON'T YOU DARE!!

"Elen is practically in tears and desperation from that last order. Roshu seems to take a slight twisted pleasure in that reaction. She signals Isenwald to let her go, and she runs to the ship. But just then"

Roshu: STOP NOW!

"Elen is forced to listen again"

Elen: You...bastard...don't...do it

"She's now crying, as the marine shipwrights start going about the ship. Just then, she notices she's just over the board of the docks, with the sea bellow her. She's still carrying her hidden gun. Her only order was stop, so she suddenly turns around and takes a shot at Roshu. Isenwald, and the other two fighters react at the same time. The bullet is cut by an unsee force, by the sword's cut through the very air, and the blocked by Isenwald with his rush attack. As Roshu grins, he then realizes far to late it was a ploy. Elen jumps into the water"

Roshu: DAMN IT! AFTER HER!

"As marines mobilize, Elen swims as deep as she can and away from the docks"

Kizan: Captured by who! the marines, were going to save her from them! Where's the marine base here tell me! She'ds never abandon us, Nakama never abandon!

Tizen: Lets get moving then. If she's caught we're just wasting time here.

"The bartender explains all the place's locations to the 3 pirates"

"Toshi pulls him by the ear, as the group goes through the directions the man gave them, crossing the large city. After about two hours of walking (due to Toshi not waiting to call attention to themselves), and after leaving the city, already on the outskirts they come up to a large abandoned manor, just on the side of a large bridge that serves as a train track"

Toshi: This is it...but...this looks abandoned. No way she'd come back here.

"She dries her tears and continues to walk"

"Kizan groans, and clenches his fists, they'd wasted time, he wanted to head tot he Marine's Base in the first place, he wanted to get to Ellen, he wanted to rescue her his nakama, they'd lost her, but he didn't belive she abandoned them."

Kizan: I'll find her, we shouldn't have left her, we should have stuck together! Look Good nakama do!..I'll find you Ellen, so we can all go. ELLEN! I'M COMING TO GET YOU! SO WE CAN KICK SOME MARINE ASS AND GO TO THE GRANDLINE!

"Toshi stops him from running and points. They find an old woman tending to the gardens, that were miraculously the only part of the house still somewhat managed"

Toshi: Or...we could talk to that old lady and figure out exactly why Elen never told us she was this rich...and why the marines would be interested
Kizan: I don't give a rats ass!! I'm going

"Toshi lets Kizan run off"

Toshi: He wont attack alone...he knows he needs our help, and he wants it. Lets just let our captain cool off...and get some useful information for when we DO attack

"Toshi goes up to the woman. As the woman looks at the two men, she's somewhat startled"

Woman: What do you want?
Toshi: Sorry if we startled you mam, we're looking for Elen Ardlum

"At the mention of the name, the old womans' face gets a shocked expression"

Woman: You know where little Elen is?!
Toshi: No...see, that's what we wanted to ask about

Toshi: What...this is the Ardlum house right? Archibald Ardlum
Woman: Yes...sir Archy...passed away some years ago. I've been tending to the gardens...it was the only thing he asked me. I was his maid, Berta. I'm sorry if miss Elen did anything bad to you...but she's a bit misbehaved
Toshi: Far from it ma'm. It's just we're her friends and when we got to this island she vanished, and some people saw her go with the marines
Berta: Those...Roshu...
Toshi: Wait...I know that name. Roshu's the marine captain of the local forces! What's with
Berta: He's the reason...sir Archy is dead and miss Elen is a runaway. That rotten good for nothing!

"Elen has stepped at the side of a tree. The house is already visible, but she doesn't go any farther. She just sits at the tree. She starts to dream of running about, with a strange flying helicopter like toy in the air above her, an old man who's face is obscured piloting it. Back to reality, Elen is staring at the sky"

Elen: Dad...

"Kizan groaned, putting his fists against each other, cracking his knuckles."

Kizan: I say we go pound Him!

"He ran off, bursting into the air with the mera mera, he'd heard enough, he had a simple goal get to the Marine Base, and save Ellen, after getting some distance, he was running full speed, he wanted to build up momentum so he could use a mera mera no jet to get all the way to the Marine Base, as he was rushing he saw Ellen, with dried tears in her eyes, and came to a sudden halt."

Kizan: ELLEN!

Toshi: Wait...but...what's her story

Berta: Well...miss Elen and her father used to live in this big house, the two of them. They were happy. But sis Archy was constantly harassed by that Roshu captain, waiting him to join the marines as their private investigator, like that other man, Vegapunk. But he wouldn't have it...

Archy: I said no
Roshu: DAMN IT!

"Archy was at the front door. A slightly younger Roshu was also there, outside the porch. They were arguing. A teenage Elen is looking on"

Roshu: I can give you unlimited funds Ardlum! You're research would
Archy: I'm not, with all due respect, intending to see my inventions be used as some war machines by the marines Captain Roshu. As I've seen you do with my college Vegapunk.

"He obviously said the word college with much effort. He probably hated him for selling out"

Roshu: You're going to regret this...

"Time skips by fast. Archy is running across the island, it's raining, and with the steam, the city is given a natural fog that gives it an eerie and mystic feel"

Archy: Come on Elen dear! We have to hurry!

"Elen doesn't understand. She had been pulled from her bed in the middle of the night. She couldn't understand. As they reach the docks, the Steaming Dream, brand new, is waiting for them"

Elen: Dad...why are we at the ship...
Archy: Listen to me dear. You are to get on this ship and sail...and never look back
Elen: What...dad you're talking nonsense...I mean
Archy: Just do what I'm telling you!!
Elen: but dad!!

"Just then, footsteps are head in the distance"

Elen: Dad...what's going on
Archy: Dear...get on the ship. Now!!

"Archy puts her on the ship by force, putting her in the bedrooms and closing the door, and the activates the steam engine"

Elen: DAD!!!

Archy: Dear...I love you. Take care of this ship...for me. And take care of yourself

"With those last words, he gets off the ship, and unbinds the ropes, and the engine makes the ship move fast. As Elen finally picks the lock, she's just in time to see her dad surrounded by marines"

Elen: DAD!? DAAAD?!

"Soon, Humburd is no longer visible"

"Later, Elen makes port in a small island village. As she runs to the nearest place with a newspaper, she sees the news...and her father's fate"

"We cut to Elen, still alone, looking at the sky"

Elen: Sorry...I didn't take care of the ship

"As she says this, she notices Kizan showing up"

Elen: Ki-Kizan!? What are you doing here?

Berta: That's...her story...

Tizen: So her father died at the marines hands, bastards.

Kizan: I'm here to get my Nakama! I know what happened with the Roshu bastard! But i don't care! Were going to kick his ass, and go to the Grand line!

Kizan: Get up Ellen, let's go! Nakama never abandon each other! So I'll never abandon you!

Toshi: They aren't getting the "Dream"...that ship is her father's only momentum. No wonder she's always taking such good care of. it means everything to her, any of us can tell.

"Toshi and Tizan head off"

"Meanwhile, Elen is alone with Kizan, tears still in her eyes."

Elen: Why didn't you leave
Kizan: You weren't on board yet. You're a crew member...a nakama
Elen: I thought I said...that
Kizan: Doesn't matter. You're still my shipwright. So...where's the Steaming Dream?
Elen: They...they took it...they're going to...they're going to

"Elen starts sobbing at the thought of her ship dismantled and broken apart. Kizan is looking on, without a word spoken"

Kizan: You...need any help?

"Elen stops sobbing and looks at him. With her face in desperation, she nods. As she does so, Toshi and Tizan catch up to them, passing by either side of the tree"

Kizan: Alright then...Crew...we're going!!

Elen: Guys...I...

Toshi: Just sit tight right there...or come along if you want. We are GETTING that ship back.

"Toshi lights a cigarette, as Tizan slowly puts his hands to his swords, slightly unsheathing them and sheathing them in a sigh of war. Kizan cracks his fists, and the 3 head continue to head towards the marine base"

*The 3 continue on until they near the marine base.*

Tizen: Lets show these guys they messed with the wrong crew!!

*They speeded towards the base side by side, all ready to strike.*

Kizan: HELL YEA! NO ONE MESSES WITH OUR CREW!

"Kizan leaps off the boat, gathering fire in his hands, he spins around throwing two large blasts of fire forward at the marine base, the blasts colliding into the base, he lands charging forward beginning to bring down Marines with punches, and kicks."

Kizan: GIVE ME BACK ELLEN's DAMN SHIP YOU THIEVES!

*Marines prepare to attack Kizan when there is suddenly a slash. The Marines heads start falling off as their bodies fall to the floor. Tizen now stands by Kizan.*

Tizen: As the captain said, pass over the damn ship.

"Toshi kicks his way past several of them, until the man with the purple robes stands up to him"

Toshi: You're not a marine...who are you?

"As Kizan prepares to continue, he's suddenly punched right in the face by a speeding cannonball...Isenwald. As Kizan smashes into the wall, Isenwald lands near him"

Isenwald: Lowlife pirates...I can see Elen's been socializing with the wrong crowds. That girl was always a bit rogue. I have no idea why I ever bothered with her

"Meanwhile, Tizan is faced up by the man with the weird colored swords"

"Meanwhile, Elen has gone back to the house and opened the doors. She hadn't been there in years, since that night. But she knew if her dad DID hide something...it was somewhere in here, not the ship"

"Kizan growls"

Kizan: DONT TALK ABOUT HER LIKE THAT! ILL BREAK YOUR MOUTH! I'll..break every bone in your body! I don't care what you can do.

"Driven by his rage, he charged forward, leaping into the air, and throwing a kick aimed at Isenwald's chest."

Tizen: Those swords are certainly... different, then I've seen before.

*With that he speeds forward to clash with the man, going for a double bladed neck slice.*

"Isenwald propels himself forward and with the increased force slams right though the punch, and takes Kizan along, first flying him in circles, and then driving him back into the floor, using his jet like powers to slowly descend down. As Kizan gets up, he propels himself forward again and punches Kizan with such force he goes flying again"

"Meanwhile, Elen has found something. Hidden in a secret drawer in her father's study, where he used to keep her sweets until she was older"

Elen: How the hell did that idiot Roshu not find this

"Roshu meanwhile is inside the base onlooking the conflict"

Roshu: Damn those pirates!! Are you done with the ship?!

"A man that's with him answers no. Roshu is getting angry"

Roshu: HURRY! Find me whatever plans that bastard had hidden!!
