Nikku's prediction of the reception this movie will garner.

Upon it's release, Dragonball: Evolution was (ki) blasted by critics, fans and casual movie-goers alike. Much of the critisism came from the film's uber poor use of the source material, the acting, the set design, the white Piccolo, the cast desisions, the story, the subplots, the Kamehameha, the Goku that wasn't ready, the freaky fish guy, the high school scenes, the fact that Goku was in high school, the pronunciation of Goku (pronounced as "Gawku"), the rip off Matrix/Spider-Man fight scenes, the dark/gritty cityscapes, the direction, the "humour" and everything else.

It has been haralded by many as the worst film ever made and was nominated for every single razzie award. Justin Chatwin who plays the films protagonist, Gawku, stated that he "was not ready" to recieve the award. Upon viewing the film, George Clooney stated in an interview "Geez, and I thought I wrecked the Batman franchise!"

Siskel and Ebert "reviewed" the movie. Siskel was quick to lavish praise upon it and was officially owned by Ebert when the latter called it "a steaming pile of s**t". Siskel wound up at the hospital days later.

Some fans were so angry at the way James Wong and those involved had bastardised one of their favorite manga/anime's, that they waited outside for them at the premiere and beat them savagely with crowbars, batons, flaming sticks and more. Justin Chatwin was reportedly "not ready" for the assault and is now in intensive care. After the cast and crew all recovered, they went to the European premierre (which had more security). Once again, fans attended only to kick the living daylights out of all those involved. Unsurprisingly, Chatwin was "not ready" for that either, even though he should've seen it coming, the stupid bastard.

The movie set several records including; lowest gross revenue, least money made on an opening day, least money made overseas, most people leaving a cinema during a film, and more. Overall, the movie made a total of $25 and caused Fox to go completely bankrupt. All those involved lost what little credit they had as actors and disappeared off the face of the Earth. People wondered if Chatwin was "Ready" for his disappearence.

In response to the film's incredibly poor reception, people begged Akira Toriyama for retribution. He is now working closely with Pixar, creating a feature length CGI movie and it looks f***ing impressive!

As for Dragonball E, all copies of the unreleased DVD and the film itself along with all merchandise (and a heavily sedated James Wong), were sent on a spaceship to the sun. It is now a punishable offence to even mention the film and those who do so will recieve the death penalty. Yay!

I do hope things get like you say, except that just as the XFL, after they send everything related to the film to the sun, someone will use a satellite to erase from people's mind that the movie ever existed.
