Akiba Kei magazine is a magazine from here in Mexico about anime and manga, in their past February 2009 they did some good comment.
This is the cover.
The cover is about their article on the latest Dragon Ball animation. Almost at the end on their cover article they say something, this is the page and it is the third paragraph going down.
Let me translate.
It is good to know that there are some in the media who are actually against this crap, unlike some who are in favor or remain silent in the name of (souless) "professionalism."

After the scare many of us got with the news of the live action Dragon Ball movie produced by James Wong and 20th Centrury Fox (which is pretty far away from the concept Toriyama has from this story), this OVA has arrived to us as a kind of relief, bringing back the emotion of the Dragon Ball we are used to.
