He can summon any form of matter he's had any form of contact with, and to manipulate the elements(Fire,Earth,Wind,Water, (and sub elements(Sand,blood,ect). Bulleto :He creates a flower than fires multiple explosive seeds at his opponent.

Summon Explodo: He summons a large construct such as a castle around his opponent and needs explodo to make it explode.

Annhilun: He stands up in a full body stretch yelling causing a massive earthquake and he unleashes a giant windstorm filled with energy causing a massive explosion.




Story: Teson was born on earth he was born into an average family were strange things happened to him in preschool made the playground disappear. In second grade his teacher disappeared and never returned. In fourth grade field trip to an aquarium he caused bullies to be dragged into the shark’s mouth. His parents decided to tell him to the truth about his magic powers and he began training. Then he was sent to an alternate imension to fight a dark evil named Arklun after defeating the evil he gained a spell book and went to train. He began mastering the various magical spells in the book, and mixed his magical abilities with his fighting style. He's currently on a mission to purge the world of evil via fighting crime, dictators, ect and helping to end world hunger.

The shape of his saiyan armor,is similar to the kind worn by Vegeta/Nappa during the but it is Red and Black. He wears brown leather shoe’s which are brown has hair on the side but the rest of his head is bald. He has a golden tooth in the middle of his mouth and also has a golden glove on his right hand.


Power: He is rather skinny and not very muscular. He is very fast and fights like an assassin always going for the finishing move. He has learned several assassination techniques. Being fast, he enjoys briefly confusing the enemy before he finishes a fight. When desperate, he will have no problem usin human shields or perfomring other cowardly actions to win a fight.

He is FPSSJ tier.

Personality: He has been raised to think he should always get his way. He can act very rude and loves to brag about his material possessions. He will sometimes underestimate the situations he gets himself into, which can lead to his downfall. He is not very compassionate and when he makes mistake’s he blames others. He will act cowardly if overpowered and he is not very trustworthy.

Bio: Zudo is the prince of Leveon’s and when he was born there was a celebration party hosted by his family. At the age of three years old, his father began training him in the art of manipulating static electricity. His parents were very proud of him until the time the Kutsonray invaded his planet. The invasion occured when he was merely thirteen years old. The leader of the Kutsonray Kutan killed his parents and nearly killed Zudo as well. Other Leveon’s came to battle Kutan allowing Zudo to escape his home planet to planet Erundo. On planet Erundo He was raised by kind alien’s with telekinetic abilities. Weakness: Being a Mermen he has a quite a few weaknesses. Although he can breath oxygen and water, he can still be harmed by fire. Fire or heat of any kind severely weakens him, and reduces his durability. Long time exposure to heat can kill him, and electrical attacks can also damage him. Although he is not weak to electrical attacks as he is fire, Electrical attacks do much more damage to him then regular attacks.

Bio:He was born as a mermen who lived underwater in the secrete peaceful mermen society. Merdo was always growing bored, and developed a growing hatred to the peaceful times in the Mermen civilization. He trained to unlock the full range of his mermen abilities and then he wiped out his species to remain the only mermen in the universe. Over the next few years he traveled the earth, and then he took over an island. Power: His fighting style is odd as he has many strategies and can adapt to most situations.

Personality: He is a carefree teenager, who is very friendly and acts goofy. He is obsessed with girls to the point that he is very perverted (like Master Roshi). He can be easily manipulated by girls(pretty one’s only ) and unless they began beating his friends he will usually do what they say as long as it doesn’t involve hurting his friends. He is very protective of the weak especially girls and loves reading mainly magazine’s.

Weapon: The X sword is a sword made of hard materials it can cut through mostly anything. It can also heal the pure hearted and can use energy slashes, Chulance nicknamed Spirit slashes. Chulance can summon it out of thin air and when damaged it can regenerate.

Bio: Chulance was born in the realm of the dragons an alternate dimension where dragons reside when not granting wishes. His father was the powerful dragon warrior Shulto and his mom a Saiyan warrior.Both raised him in the real of the dragons for three years until his father sent him to earth. Shulto had sealed Chulance’s dragon abilities so he wouldn’t be able to unlock them until the time was right.

His mom took him to the planet earth where she raised him although his father would visit many times to help raise him. He was taught martial arts by his dad and learned ki manipulation and other useful skills. He mastered Oozaru by the time he was eight eventually when he became thirteen some aliens invaded his city searching for the “Spirit Detective”.

They thought Chulance was the spirit detective so they attempted to kidnap him but he wouldn’t go down without a fight. The aliens began to overpower him until he became super saiyan using his new form to defeat the aliens. He later confronted his mom about the aliens and things. She told him about her job as a spirit detective battling evil and about the super saiyan transformation. He was given the job of spirit detective and began to battle evil all the time. He wants to become the strongest fighter in the universe one day,

Basic Ki blast: He creates a ki blast and fires it.

Charged Ki blast:He gathers energy creating a blue ki ball the size of a soccer ball than throws with one hand like a dodge ball at his opponent.

Grab:He flies to the opponent grabs them by their shoulder pulls them towards him and elbows them in the head than he does a knee to their gut and finishes with a sidekick.


Abilities:

Dragonball Absorbtion: This is his strongest ability he can absorb a set of dragonballs.but he can't call them telekentically. He has to find a dragonball and touch it absorbing it into his body as he gains more power. If he only absorbs one dragonball he gets powered up and gains an attack called Dragon blast(An orange beam of magical energy). If He absorbs seven dragonballs he will go into Dragon form in which his eyes turn red and his skin turns white as he is encased in white energy. He gains incredible power which allows him dangerous wish granting abilties allowing massive beams,matter creation, ect but as with all great power-ups it has weaknesses.

For one it takes some time to absorb the dragonballs he can't move as he absorbs the dragonballs it takes about ten minutes so he has to have allies fight the opponent. After he uses it it leaves him weakened similar to how Goku was after using kaioken it takes a while for him to heal.

B1 Sapicient absorb - creates a black hole that can absorb ki attacks. If he uses this move more than 4 times a day he will be sucked into his own attack and remain trapped for 8 hours.

B2 Twister Beam: Chulance puts both his hands in front of his body (hands are fisted) and makes energy appear around half his fore-arms, wrists and fist. The energy starts to spin around (right arm counter-clock, left arm, clockwise). Then Chulance fires 2 purple, seemingly spinning, beams from his arms. (Can be combined into 1 beam.)

B2 Spirit Enbeshi- puts hands in front of him making them, both into the form of a palm strike creating a blue and black energy ball. He then gathers energy in his palms firing an energy blast pushing the energy ball at the opponent.

UB Energy rain- Energy sparkles in chulance's hand as he curves his finger in front of the energy the sparks began to spread over his fist as he swings his whole arm down vertically releasing the sparks as rain of energy beams.

B1 reflection - creates 16 energy mirrros around him and the opponent using his ki he turns his body trnasparent and splits into 16 images going inside the mirrors so now when eh attacks all 16 images quickly become solid and when attacking and transparent again. This move lasts 20 minutes and is very useful. Good to sue with x sword stratgies.

B2 final spirit gun- lifts both hands in the air( guns them.). Pushes them against each otehr gatehring yellow ki he fires a huge yellow energy gun straight at the opponent. ( blast.)

Energy bullet rain – raises hand causing energy bullets to fly at opponent they go above opponets head and rain down on the opponet with force. . ( this is a blast like hellzone gernade not a rush.)

Mega cruiser blast- does a full body stretch in mid air and whole body glows yellow he tunrs his whole body into a final spirit gun. ( blast.)

He wears white blue lined sneakers, with holes in the front. His brown tail is always wrapped around his waist, and he weighs 215 lbs. He has no fat on his body and is 6'1, 9 in.

Personality: Cabbon was once a care-free, fun loving kid who enjoyed fighting. Unlike many other elite saiyan warriors, he didn't have an elitist attitude to lower class saiyans. After the death of his father, he became very adamant in his arguments. He would always argue with authorities or higher up's, always claiming to be right. He tries to respect others when not in arguments, and gets very defensive when it comes to friends and family. He hates when some-one harms his friends, and has a serious attitude in fighting. He wants to end fights as quickly as possible, but when consumed with power he enjoys torturing his opponents, which can lead to his downfall. He is very impulsive often not thinking of plans or strategies aside from when in mortal combat.

Story:He was born an elite saiyan warrior, on the Planet Saiya. Being an elite, he was not immediately sent to perform a mission, instead being trained by the upper saiyans for the first five years of his life. After his training, he met up with his squad of saiyans consisting of two others named Kenshi and Rita. As soon as they began doing missions, he quickly befriended them. He'd also began to bond with his father once he reached his pre-teens, but around that time after his thirteenth birthday a sad event occurred in his life. His father was sent on an extremal dangerous mission, and months later he learned he had vanished. He went to Razien to get permission to search for his father, but was denied this privilege. After that, he began training hard in hopes of becoming the King of Planet Saiya, so he could go out to find his father.

Move set:

Jet-Blast: This is basically a speed increasing technique. He gathers ki in his right or left hand and opens his palm up. He puts his palm down aiming at the ground, and then fires a blast at the ground. He uses the ground to propel himself higher in the air and at a fast speed. There is another variation of the technique called the "Double Jet Blast" which is basically the same as the original. Both his hands are used, allowing two ki beams, and double the speed increase.

Energy Coating: Another technique he learned from watching Razien in the previous tournaments. He gathers ki energy, and increases the temperature of the ki. He then surrounds himself in a white aura of burning ki, and all his physical attributes are increased. When he comes into physical contact with another warrior they receive burns from the EC, and he can also make the EC self destruct. However he can be injured by making the EC self destruct, and this technique does not boost his durability. However when someone performs physical attacks on him, while this move is active they can burn their hand.

Mouth Blast: This is his signature technique, nothing special. He opens his mouth up and unleashes a beam of light purple ki. He is very skilled at using point blank, medium range, and long range mouth beam attacks. He can control the size of his mouth beam meaning it can be a gigantic beam capable of burning skin, or a normal sized beam used for damage. Depending on how wide his mouth is, the size of the beam is altered.

Thousand Phoenix: This is his ultimate fighting technique, and can dish out a lot of damage. The attack starts by surrounding him with a bright light that quickly assumes the form of a giant Phoenix around him. Then he begins to use elemental energy to surround the Phoenix in flames, and he can move around while in the TP form. His durability in this form is highly increased, and his speed is slightly decreased. As soon as he comes into physical contact with any being, he can set off a gigantic elemental energy and ki combination explosion. This is one of the three "Thousand Killer" attacks the other two are Thousand Lion, and Thousand Whale.

Appearance: A saiyan warrior he has light brown skin and spiky black hair. He has green eyes and has a slim figure although he is quite muscular. He has a scar on his stomach and he wears white pants.(Like Goku’s but instead of being orange their white) He never wears a shirt and has a brown belt wrapped around his waist.

Relation-ship- He is a son of Chulance’s mom and half brother of Chulance.

Personality: Beckoth is pure evil enjoying causing destruction and pain to others. He is insane like Buu as he has sadistic sense of humor but he isn’t stupid. He is intelligent although he chooses to act insane causing pain and suffering to anyone he can. Although he is evil he is very perverted and obsessed with girls. He will still kill girls if they upset him and he enjoys toying with opponents before destroying them. Similar to Buu he thinks pain is funny and causes it mainly for amusement

Story: He was born on the planet Sinzar and is the half-brother of Chulance. Before Chulance’s mom married Shulto she had another child named Beckoth with a powerful Saiyan named Gan-tosh. Beckoth was born with a high-power level and his father a scientist experimented on him trying to make him into the perfect warrior. At the age of five he finally killed his dad and his mom left eventually marrying Shulto.

Chulance’s mom never mentioned Beckoth and eventually forgot about him. Beckoth raised himself on the planet Sinzar and would go on uncontrollable rages causing destruction on his planet and eventually at the age of eleven he gained some control over his powers. He destroyed everyone on planet Sinzar and left the planet on a space-ship training in hopes of mastering his darker form.

He trained in his space-ship until he was fifteen years old when he went to the planet Jan-dock where he destroyed the entire population except for one female criminal named Salina. She become his boy-friend and he continued traveling destroying planets taking her with him. He has continued traveling and has mainly been destroying planets in the West Galaxy and East Galaxy. He eventually learned he had a half-brother named Chulance from one man who lived on Gan-tosh long ago.

His name was Leaker and he was also a criminal. He told him he would tell him about his family if he killed a powerful alien tyrant named Natkon. Beckoth and Salina began searching for him and eventually they found out what planet he was on. Beckoth went to the planet wiping out the tyrant’s army and he became a super saiyan killing Natkon. He and Salina returned to Leaker the latter telling Beckoth all about his child-hood.

Beckoth decided he wanted to destroy his mom and his brother as he believed they should have tried harder to raise him. He befriended Leaker who knew all about space weaponry and they left trying to find out Chulance’s location. During their search Beckoth trained harder becoming more powerful than before. Together with Leaker he plans to destroy Chulance and everything on earth.

Mutant Form: This is the ability gained from his father experimenting on him. This ability basically makes it so his skin becomes red, and he grows more muscular. His hair vanishes, and his tail becomes larger. Spikes grow around the tail, and his eyes vanish. His eyes become yellow, and glow brightly. In this form he does not wield the same abilities as his base form, and his body does not have control over his ki energy. At random times large amounts of destructive ki will be emitted from his body, but he cannot focus it into attacks, shields ect. All his physical attributes such as strength, and speed are increased. In this form, however he only has the power of an SSJ3. However, he has the power of reactive evolution.

This means once "What dosen't kill you makes you stronger" is literal for him. If you manage to kill him with a Kamehameha, his body will regenerate over a period of time, and then when he's revived he will be immune to harm from Kamehameha's. His adaption skills also help him grow stronger, as when he comes into physical contact with others. He mimicks their power level and adds it to his own. So if he touches someone with a power level of 1,000,000 he will be boosted 1,000,000 in his power level, and every time he touches them the same thing happens. Increase in PL also increases his physical attributes, and he retains some abilities from his base forms. These include flight,and controlling power level. He also has Self Sustenance, he can alter his size. His size can range from it's normal 10 ft to 100ft ranging from the amount of ki his body emits.

Personality: He can be very dull at times except when he's seen drinking alchohol. He is somewhat perverted and he is known to taunt opponents who are weaker than him. He likes to finish opponent's off as quick as possible.

Story: Zone was born on the planet Timegon but was sent away to the planet Aunsianian as a baby for unknown reasons. He was raised in a small village by extremely kind people who taught him many things such as how to cook, clean ect. He enjoyed his peaceful life until the age of thirteen when some bandits came to take over the village. Because the people were so kind they had no need for weapons and thus were easily bullied.

Although Zone managed to unlock his powers and manipulate time turning the bandits into defenseless babies. He had shocked the people of his village with his abilities and he was taken to see the wise village elder. He was given a necklace which was said to have the mystical ability to help people control special abilities. He began to practice using his powers discovering he could do all sorts of things with his time abilities.

He decided to travel the universe to find his biological parents. His quest led him to find master Zento who had similar abilities. Although they were different Zento was a drunk pervert who was extremely lazy. Although Zone convinced him to train him and he gained greater control over his abilities. He prepared to continue his quest he eventually found his home world were his people were enslaved by a cruel leader.

Zone tried to fight the leader with the help of Zento but stood no chance and Zento was mortally wounded. He eventually found his parents and managed to get them off the planet with Zento., but he stood no chance against the cruel leader that is until an accidental potara fusion with old but powerful warrior. He killed the leader and freed his planet. He now travel’s with Zento going on adventures.

Abilities:
Time manipulation- He can manipulate time to his will allowing him to teleport through time and to manipulate the age of things. He can speed up or slow down time around him or other things. He can even freeze time or freeze something else in time. He can use time to speed up things and he can even accelerate things making things move too fast. He can accelerate his growth allowing him to become giant sized. He can even reverse time.

Physic powers: From the potara fusion he has massive amounts of power allowing him to fly, create force fields, and use telekinesis.

He grabs his opponent’s arms and does multiple kicks on their back than a final kick sending them flying to the ground. Bio:Quell Travone was born in the gang infested streets of LA. His dad was a mail man, and his mother worked in a beauty shop. His father got fired when he was seven, and he started to sell drugs. After his father began dealing drugs, he started to hit his mother. Quell became scarred, and two years later he befriended a man named Ronald. After befriending Ronald he got involved with a gang. He grew more violent over the years, and during eleventh grade his father was arrested. His mom got a second job as a stripper in downtown LA, and his mother decided to move downtown to avoid wasting money on bus tokens.

He attended a new school, were he started to flunk.However this was the time when he met another student named Carl who invited him to Sunday School. After attending church he got saved, and planned to stop his gang activities. However when he left, one of the gang members felt Quell had betrayed them, so he shot Quell. He ended up in the hospital, and his mother suffered a stroke from stress. He recovered from the gun-shot wound, but his mother committed suicide. Quell became angry at God, and became depressed. He dropped out of school, and got a job working at a bar.

He then charges his opponent, leaping into the air, he releases both beams however as they near the opponent, the two beams split into a barrage of smaller beams, all knife shaped, and able to cut into the opponent's flesh

Strike 2: Corsone gathers ki in his feet, and forms the ki into roller skates of sorts. He then "Skates" forward, Leaping into the air, he does a flurry of kicks to cut into his opponent's flesh, before taking off the skate, and using it to cut the opponent in half.

Final Strike: Corsone focuses his energy to form a blade of energy. He says "SAY YOUR PRAYERS SCUM!" He then flies forward towards his opponent throwing the blade, which transforms into a net made of ki. He then focuses, and small blades made of ki grow on the net. He causes the net to grow smaller, cutting into the opponent's flesh, and cutting them into pieces, before exploding.

History: Corsone is a martial arts born, and raised in a martial arts school who's goal was to gain control over every martial artist. As a result Corsone was raised by his Trainer Madi, a former assassin who was recruited into Corsone's school. He was given private lessons due to his family's great wealth. Madi taught him the art of the three strikes, an advanced system that allowed him to develop ruthless killing techniques to vanquish opponents quickly.

However by the time he was in his teenage years, some Monks against the school attacked. During the attack Madi was killed, and Corsone escaped. With Madi dead, he decided he would wipe out the Monks. With that he began traveling the world hunting Monks, andeventually ANY and all martial artist in general. Now he is known as the Hunter a man who hunts down martial artists, and is one of the greatest assassin's on the earth.

Appearance:
Flash is a being made completely of Ki energy, with a humanoid shape. The color of his ki is yellow, so of course his body is bright yellow. His eyes are light blue, and he can assume a physical state if he so chooses. His skin is usually light brown, and he is bald of course. His clothing is mainly casual as he's usually wearing baggy jeans, and an orange T Shirt that says Change in blue letters. His height is variable while in his ki state, and physical state as well.

Personality: Flash is a being who demands complete obedience from his servants, and often will grow very upset when those under him choose to defy his orders. He does not hesitate when it comes to killing those who are disobedient, and can be considered trigger happy or "ki happy". He gains enjoyment from ending the lives of others regardless of their obedience factor, and this is due to his mental illness.

He is Bi-Polar meaning his behavior varies depending on his mood. One moment he can be calm and calculated, the next extremely violent and irrational. This behavior can lead to others trying to avoid him, and sometimes he even has mental breakdowns claiming he hates his disease, and just wants to have friends. He considers his only true friend and ally raw Ki energy, believing that Ki can even talk to him.

When others use ki, he may sometimes attack them believing they are trying to kidnap his friends. Aside from this he considers himself a first class womanizer, often getting women, and sometimes using force. However his behavior altering stints can lead to him being cruel to those he claims he loves including women. He's also a very prideful warrior, believing Kieings are the superior species, and all others are below him. His overconfidence can lead to his downfall, as he will often downplay his skills to compete with those who insult his pride. He may also have mental breakdowns during the middle of a battle, forcing him to leave or loose control.


Bio:Flash was born a member of the Kieing race, however he was born with an unusually high power level. He took an interest in martial arts at a young age due to the large amounts of raw power he possessed, and quickly built up his speed and strength. He manged to win his first Martial Arts tournament when he was only thirteen years old, making his family proud. However as he entered his teenage years he grew bored of the life on Planet Kiso. He trained hard gaining access to the Ki Force, and using it he manged to absorb other members of his species.

He attacked the original 12 Kieings, known as the Council of Kiso. He absorbed them, and then took over the planet. He decided not to risk letting other Kieings reach his level of power, and absorbed every other Kieing on the planet. Then he converted his entire planet into ki, and devoured it. With all the power he amassed he quickly grew Bi-polar, and began to travel the planet the last member of his god-like species. His abilities grew as he learned of the World Trade Organization, a group falling apart with Freiza, and his family deceased.

With his lust for power, he declared control over WTO, and began organizing the army and their operation despite the damage Vegeta had done to said organization. With the army organized he continued Freiza's operations having planets wiped off life, and selling them, as well as adding new species to his army. However he intended to build up his gigantic arsenal of attacks, via meeting new people from new species. As such he used WTO to build up his power, and after around 200 years he'd learned over 1000 different attacks.

His power continued to grow, as he was now the leader of the World Trade Organization, and was known as Lord Flash. He designed his own Elite Fighting Force, known as the Flash Force. He also developed friendships with some of his elite fighters, and around this time he began having vast amounts of women kidnapped as he developed an interest in the opposite gender. He would give out women to those who completed missions, and would often take the most beautiful for himself. He also continued to train in martial arts, and after training with various masters, he fled to the sun to train in self exile. He left one of his elite warriors in charge of the World Trade Organization, and after a long period of time he emerged from the sun to resume control over his organization.

Now a master of martial arts he set up Galactic Tournaments, wanting to learn new style's of martial arts as well as technique's, and to gain more subordinates. Still seeking power he awakened the ability to create dimensional portals, after tracking down, and absorbing an extremely powerful demon. He went into the Otherworld, going to Heaven and HFIL to accumulate power from the fallen beings from the DBZverse. He managed to absorb several deceased warriors via Ki Conversion. With his new powers, he escaped Other-world, as he was deemed a dimensional threat.

A resistance was formed to kill Lord Flash, as the World Trade Organization continued to rise in power becoming one of the most fearsome organization's in the Galaxy. Flash gained access to raw energy itself, and taking control of energy in all it's form he became comparable to that of a God. Now he continued to battle various warriors and formed a new habit cannibalism on a global level. He grew addicted to absorbing others to gain info, but also he enjoyed devouring entire planets for sport, often planets that challenged WTO, or one's that supported Resistance. Thanks to his Otherwordly trip he developed massive telepathic powers similar to King Kai's, and was able to monitor all of his operation's, and assist if needed. With the Resistance rising in power every day, he decided to get the Dragon Balls so he could finally become an invincible unstoppable Tyrant.

Self Sufficient- He can survive in space, underwater, in lava, and the like. He does not require oxygen, or any other substance to function. He can function in areas filled with poison gas, and other highly dangerous materials.

Power Level Manipulation- He can manipulate his power level, allowing him to raise and lower it at will. This allows him to also mask his power level from detection, and being able to manipulate ki as a result Power Level's are also something he can control. He can control his own, as well as his opponents. With his opponents he can control their power level reducing them to 1500, or placing them at 500,000 same with his own.

Ki Manipulation- Flash is one of the most skilled Ki manipulators in the universe. He can form Ki energy and use it for various purpouse's. He can form materials out of ki such as knives, fists, forming Ki constructs.

Ki Absorption- Flash can absorb Ki energy, giving him a near infinite amount. When he makes physical contact with others he can absorb their ki energy. When Ki attacks are fired at him, he can absorb them making him immune to damage from Ki Attacks. His body automatically absorbs any ki attack fired at him.

Ki Conversion- Flash has the Ability to convert physical objects into Ki, allowing him to convert a table into ki energy, and then absorb it. Using this ability he can also absorb physical beings, no matter their size or shape. This allows him to like Majin Buu gain the qualities of beings he absorbs including attacks, memories, knowledge, and the like. He can take on the qualities of objects he absorbs even inanimate objects, and shoot things he absorbs at others.

Ki Duplication: Flash has the ability to use any attack using ki energy after witnessing it only one time including Kamehameha, Special Beam Cannon, Devilmite beam, Spirit Bomb, Kaioken, Henka Beam, Death Beam, Destructo Disk, and various other technique's. He can copy any attack even attacks manipulating physical attributes, or draining life force. Due to being made of ki he can use said attacks near instantly.

Vast Speed/Strength: Flash is a very powerful being in terms of basic fighting power. He's incredibly fast, his speed surpassing the likes of Kid Buu, and SSJ2 Teen Gohan. He is capable of flying around a planet in a mere second, and time moves in slow motion when he moves. His strength is such he can shatter bones of the strongest warriors, and even bend the most durable material in the universe. He can shatter mountains, and even entire planets with pure physical force if he so chooses.

Dimensional Portals: He can create Dimensional portals, allowing him to travel into other dimensions, and bring "passengers". He can send people into Otherworld, and selectively place them in areas in the afterlife. He can also trap people in other dimensions, or self exile himself if he so chooses. He can even open portals into the Dead Zone, or transport people to places within a dimensional if he so chooses. He can also use the portals on attacks, and to transport people into space. This power is limited only his by his imagination.
Raw Energy Manipulation: Flash also has the ability to manipulate energy, not being limited to mere Ki Manipulation. Since Flash can manipulate near limitless raw amounts of energy he can control the following.

-Light: He can manipulate light allowing himself to create illusions. He can use the light to fire blasts, both concussive or capable of burning the target, creating a shield that burns anything inside, and create light constructs, such as swords or shield. He can also release blinding flashes of light to incapacitate his opponent. He has been shown capable of becoming invisible by manipulating photons. He can move at the speed of light, and convert his body into pure light.

He can also produce sonic screams, or an tighten sound waves around himself or others near him, making a barrier against outside attack. He has the ability to subtly influence people's subconscious mind by changing the tones and vibrations of his voice using sonics. Finally he can affect the fluids in someone's ear to render them unconscious.

-Seismic energy-Seismic energy means he has control over the earth, or any solid ground. He can also generate seismic waves or shock waves, which can travel in the ground, the seafloor, or even in the air. He can control other geological elements such as dirt, sand, and rocks. He can restore damage to terrains, and generate massive structure's. He can control daimond, and other minerals even using said materials to form armor. He can also take control of metal, and even control tectonic plates. He can rip open plates, trapping people in the core of any planet. He also has an "Earth-Radar" of sorts.allowing him to detect people walking on solid ground. Finally he can control, and manipulate lava and magma.

-Kinetic and potential energy: He can tap into this energy allowing for a wide field of effects. With control over kinetic energy has the power to take the potential energy stored in an object and convert it to kinetic energy thus “charging” that item with explosive results. He can charge any matter, even molecules in the atmosphere, enabling him to create explosions out of seemingly thin air. The only real limitation to this ability is the time required to charge the object. The larger it is the more time it takes. With control of Kinetic energy he gains

Ki Cannon: Flash laughs manically, as he spreads his arms wide open. He begins to gather ki in his hands, looking as though he is preparing for a full body blast. He gathers all the energy into his arms, and claps, releasing one massive beam of energy. The power of the beam varies on how long he takes to charge it.

Instant!: Flash raises his hand, and looks in a certain direction. His eyes glow briefly with yellow ki, then the glow vanishes, and reappears wherever he's looking. The glow turns into a massive explosion, basically causing explosions to appear from thin air.

Reproduction: Flash can create a copy of his opponent to fight for him. The copies of the opponent are made of raw ki energy, and have the same power level. They can use the same attacks, and abilities. Flash can choose to give them free will, or to be in complete control of them. He can also make the copies explode with a thought.

(New-clear)Nuclear: Flash rises his right hand, and gathers a small amount of energy in his hand. He forms an energy ball around the size of a gumball, and flicks it at the opponent. The ball moves at high speeds, and as soon it hits it causes a massive explosion capable of wiping out entire cities. He can also make the attack the size of a baseball in which case it can destroy an entire planet.


Ultimate:
Decimation: Flash glares at his opponent, and takes off into the sky building up speed, and also gathering energy in both of his hands as he takes off into the sky. Finally he stops flying, and raises his right hand which is now surrounded in ki. He screams out as he raises his hand gathering ki, the brightness of the attack causing the entire area to become extremely bright, the ground breaks apart, and rocks levitate. He then sends a massive beam forward, which causes a massive explosion as it slams into his opponent completely disintegrating him/her.

Eradication: Flash merely flies near his opponent, and does a full body stretch in mid air. He then screams like crazy, gathering energy, and starts claiming "I don't want this to happen". Finally he's amassed so much energy, he looses control and self destructs.

Transformations:
Ki-Force: Being a Kieing he can tap into the Ki-Force giving him supreme control over Ki energy, constructs, and even raw energy. Using the Ki Force he can gather ki to boost his physical stats including strength and speed. However he can also use Ki Conversion on himself, turning himself into a being made of Ki. He can remain in that state forever, and still retain a semi physical state. He can make physical contact with things, however he is immune to ki. He is also intangible if he wants to be allowing attacks to phase through him, and even letting things that phase through him burn up.

He can choose to "partially" phase as well. In this state he can also alter his size to gigantic proportions, or reduce himself to microscopic size. He can control the size of any Ki attack launched in battle as well, and can still mask his power level despite his form. He is able able to create clones of himself made out of raw ki energy, and he can reabsorb them as needed. He can also make the copies self destruct, and of course he can generate an unlimited number of clones. Also due to absorbing several beings via Ki Conversion he's picked up nearly all the powers and abilities from beings of the original DBzverse. Most notable is Broly's LSSJ state, meaning Flash's power is CONSTANTLY rising, even when he is not fighting. When fighting his power rises at a more rapid rate.

Kieng History

The Kieings are an offspring of the incredibly intelligent humanoids the Tuffle's. During the time of the war against the Saiyans, the Tuffle's worked hard to create a device that could convert humanoids into ki energy. They hoped if they could do this they could convert the Brutal invaders into harmless energy, and use them as fuel for their highly advanced weaponry. They began to gather test subjects for the project Tuffle's giving their lives. However there where only 12 Tuffle's who went through with the Process, and the machine worked.

Sadly that day the Saiyans had unlocked the Oozaru state, and attacked wiping out the Tuffle's before the Convertor could be used. The 12 beings who were "Dead" where actually able to regenerate, and become beings made of pure ki energy. They fled Planet Vegeta, and took over an empty planet filled with life. They discovered they had vast ki manipulating abilities, and, over the years their planet filled with beings known as Kieings, the Kai's detected their presence, and formed an alliance with them.

However after Majin Buu slaughtered the Kai's, the Kieings began a form of universal isolationism. They lived in peace for thousands of years, until the birth of Flash.

Appearance:
Death has no true form, having existed for so long he has forgotten his true form. His usual form is a very slim older man, with eyes that are nearly completely white, and black hair that goes down to his ears. He's so slim it appears you can see his bones, and sometimes he can appear as a Skeleton, and he always wears Expensive Dark Clothing, usually business attire.

Personality:
Due to Death's Age, and power he has developed somewhat of a Superiority Complex, comparing Humanity, and other beings as ants compared to him. He does not care for others, even murdering people in order to silence them, or using unnecessary force to deal with a situation. However he is somewhat civil, and more surprisingly manner able, reprimanding those who act rowdy, or are disrespectful. He hates annoyances, and is quick to use Lethal Force to rid himself of said annoyances. He has a craving for power, planning to gain control of all, but unlike most Villains he does not announce his scheme's, and depends on plans not relying on his powers, or mystical artifacts such as his Dragon-Balls. He enjoys traveling, and learning more about new worlds, due to this he has quite an impressive intellect, and a thirst for knowledge, to the point that he hates not knowing. He has a liking for any force that causes death, as the more deaths the more power he gains, as such he has taken an interest in the Saiyans, whom he considers his favorite Species, another being he quite likes is Freiza, the former leader of the World Trade Organization.

History:
Death has no recollection of his actual origins, but he knows he's as old as the Universe as well, and has been traveling for billions of years exploring every corner of the universe, constantly gathering information, in the early days he worked alone escorting souls to the After-life, but due to working alone it could take months, and years before a specific soul was escorted to the afterlife, so he created the Reapers a species who's job would be to assist him, and they took over his job, while Death continued to explore the universe, until the time of Majin Buu, who wreaked havoc, decimating many civilization, making the Reapers extremely active, Death himself assisting his Children, however during this time he learned with the more deaths, the more powerful he grew, and once every-one died, he could take over the After-life. He sought out King Yamma, and the Ogre's hiring them to take over the Check-In Station, and the rest of the Afterlife.

With them in charge he honed his abilities, and sought out to learn as much as he could, becoming a very capable fighter, due to training, and having limitless time to train. He took a particular interest in the Saiyans a race of powerful bloodthirsty savage killing machines, whom could help further his plans to gain control, and he also developed a hatred of the Dragon-Balls, and their Eternal Dragons, since it gave people the ability to avoid death, and once again he developed an interest in a living being this time the tyrant Freiza, and the leader of the World Trade Organization, also one responsible for bringing about countless deaths. He closely monitored the species, treating life as one massive television program, however eventually the Saiyans, and even Freiza were wiped out, and he began to monitor Son Goku, and the Z Senshi, who he saw as a threat.

With An era of Peace having come due to them, he has grown impatient, wanting to wipe out all life as quick as possible. He started by reviving the Saiyan Race, granting them all immortality allowing them to rise in power, as they wreaked havoc, The Reapers once again wreak havoc, and Death's plan to take over the Afterlife has begun.

Weapons:
Death is capable of using all forms of weaponry including fire-arms, explosives, bladed weaponry, ect. His main weapon is his Scythe which negates any form accelerated regeneration, and anyone who attempts to use it without his permission will be in immense pain. He can summon his Scythe to him at all times.

Life Manipulation-Death has the ability to manipulate life and death. Meaning he can kill people and resurrect people with a mere thought, and the revived he can convert into mindless Zombies whom he can control. He can give people immortality, as well as strip people of their immortality. When he revives someone, he can take life, meaning if he kills Goku, he can use the life-force to revive Vegeta, and vice versa. He can send Deceased Souls to Heaven or HFIL. He also has the ability to absorb souls, and manifest their traits.

Immortality- Being Death himself, he has no end to his life, and this also extends to his durability. While he can still be harmed by beings with immense power, he can instantly recover, and there is no known way to permanently kill him.

Techniques

Oblivion: Death raises his hand gathering large amounts of Black Energy before releasing one orb, about the size of a SUV, the orb nears someone then expands, the orb is capable of wiping out entire planets depending on how long it's charged, once Death was able to take out the entire South Galaxy.

Hell: Death using his powers over Life Manipulation, moves in, and punches his opponent, the blow transporting the opponent into HFIL.

Death Field: Focusing on his abilities of life manipulation, he sends out a field, that can kills anyone in the vicinity, the field can extend over an entire city.

Appearance:
He appears to be a regular Caucasian humanoid, with jet black hair. His build is regular, and he has no scars, and his eyes are red, his pupils, and iris. He is able to change his form to whatever he pleases, but normally assumes this form. His Black hair is cut low, barely coming down to his ears. He usually wears casual clothing, mainly Red, White, and Blue representing "America."

Personality:
Imperialist is mentally insane believing the world is a massive mission from The Government, and that his mission is to decimate any threat to the Government's Utopia, and to build a massive empire that his "government controls." He is Schizophrenic, as he often believes to be communicating with his President, and several high ranking Government officials, whom give him his orders. He has dedicated his life to his mission, due to living a life as a slave, his slavery is one of the main contributors to his mental instability. When not under orders he is a party animal, seeking thrills, and constant danger, as well as women. However if he feels threatened, he will immediately be given an "order" to neutralize any threat. Another Character defect of his, is his ability to be manipulated by others into doing "orders."

History:
Imperialist is one of the last members of his kind,a Bendet, beings who are capable of bending and warping Reality to will, living on a planet called Bendiz, a planet composed of several alternate realities, with each Bendet clan owning a different reality, each family able to control reality to a different leader, the most powerful runs the planet. That was until the planet was invaded, Imperialist was only a child when he was kidnapped by the hostile aliens led by Mudaro, who's species were known for their ability to assimilate, and contain DNA, using their massive arsenal's most of the Bendet's were wiped out, except him, and some other children with no control of their natural abilities, taken hostage, he was introduced to a life on slavery, where most of his other friends were killed for trying to escape or other acts of disobedience.

He befriended a Namekian named Pak who planned to seek out the other Namekians wanting to use the Dragon-balls to reverse the damage Mudaro did. Imperialist was trained by Pak, who was also training other Slaves in order to get them strong enough to plan an escape, Imperialist, and the other Slaves made a break from it, gathering weapons, and heading to a space-ship which they attempted to take over, it was then he tapped into his true abilities, taking control of reality he managed to wipe out several of Mudaro's men, allowing the "Rebels" to escape, heading down to Namek in order to use Porunga to revive their relatives, with Mudaro himself coming after them. Arriving on namek he came in search of the Dragon-balls, working with Pak, and Guru they managed to track down down before Mudaro, but were unable to restore their homes, learning they could only revive one person at a time, but they learned of the Dragon-balls on earth, as Mudaro moved in on him, they used the wish to give Imperailist control of his abilities.

He took out Mudaro, and headed back to his home-world in order to restore it, while the Rebels went to earth to get their dragon-balls. During his time in space, he found one of the Bendet's damaged space-ship, and tried to hack into one of the computer's, becoming overloaded with information with drove him insane, making him think he was on a mission to help the Bendet's conquer the universe. He came to earth, using his newfound abilities to prevent the revival of their species, and clashed with Pak, and the Rebels, but was unable to kill them, instead banishing them into another dimension, and quickly he also used the wish to learn of his orders, the wish merely enhancing his unstable mental state. He departed from the earth, and set out bringing down several civilizations, and enslaving them continuing Mudaro's line of business, but wiping out armies, and taking over the population single handily, he stated he would follow Orders, until meeting a man named Uldo who set up World Tournaments across the Galaxy.

He pretended to be one of Imperialist's men giving orders, and used him to win the tournament, and then to wipe out his rival competitors planets, but upon overhearing a conversation, and learning the truth, he tortured Uldo to learn who was sending him his true orders, the frightened business men giving him the identity of one of his business partners. He murdered Uldo, and sought out the woman for orders, and she used him once-more, until Pak returned having managed to escape the Dimension with the aid of some of the Rebels, who'd planned to start there own planet that accepted all species, Pak faced Imperialistic who lost it by then, and refused to believe Pak could be giving him orders. He planned to kill Pak, but was unable to, disobeying orders, he snapped loosing control, getting Pak to safety, as he lost it, he went on rampage demolishing several planets, until realizing he had destroyed places The Orders had not wanted him to destroy.

He restored the planets, and conquered them, determined to find out how Pak had caused him to disobey orders. He began a search for Pak, and the Rebels conquering planets along the way.

Reality Manipulation: He is able to manipulate, and distort reality to his will such as converting humanoid beings into inanimate objects, such as statues, or candy. His thoughts become true, the main example being Orders, which he mentally receives as a direct result of his abilities. Due to his beliefs come to life with a simply thought his power level can be the highest, and his opponents can be bellow zero, or he can even convert opponents into different species. He's capable of instantly wiping out entire planets, and being capable of doing anything he believes he can do. He is able to create Alternate Realities which he has Omnipotent control over, and can use the powers of anyone trapped within his pocket dimensions.

Appearance:
Kaji has a humanoid appearance, and his skin is very tanned. He is somewhat slim, although he is not lacking when it comes to muscle's. He has a scar right above his right eye, and often wears sunglasses with a purple tint. He has spiky brown hair resembling Son Goku's hair style. He is usually seen in his Orange Star Highschool uniform, or casual clothing.

Personality:
Kaji is a warrior at heart, and he is always seeking out a fight. He loves taking place in adrenaline pumping battle's with powerful opponents, and does not waste a chance to get into a fight with others, unless his loved one's are in danger. He has a moral code when it comes to fighting, which he seeks to uphold at all costs. He refuses to fight dirty, cheat in any way or form, or use weapons during a battle. Due to his addiction to fight, he can sometimes start unnecessary conflict, and can even insult people to get them to fight him. However despite his attitude he is very respectful of Elders, and studious, although the main thing he enjoys studying is martial arts. He has no set goal or destination, merely wanting to learn as many techniques as possible, and enjoys traveling. He loves training with people, and learning techniques, and hates encountering any sort of move he cannot use himself, such as a Namekian's Regeneration. He does however enjoy facing someone more powerful then him. He has a love for children, and does not like anyone who picks on people weaker then them.

Despite his violent nature, he is normally relaxed when he's not locked in combat. He usually exercises or eats healthy snacks. He is a Vegetarian so he never hates meat, believing it simply slows you down. He also does not like the smell of meat, and tends to avoid it. Ironically enough he does enjoy sweets, but on occasion. He does not enjoy being around people who are lazy, and will often berate people who act in a lazy manner. When it comes to the opposite gender he's a gentlemen, and does not like those who have no respect for women.

History:
Kaji was born on the planet earth, born into a family of Businessmen. Along with his brother Dome, his parents wanted them to take over the Family Business Musacorps. Musacorps was a billionaire company, and one of Capsule Corp's main rivals. He was privately tutored along with his brother Dome, and as such had little social interaction as a child, his parents wanting to raise him to be a very serious individual. However being rice they were also the targets of Greedy Kidnappers, one of the higher ranking members of Capsule Corp hired someone to go after him, and his brother. The Men hired beat him, and his brother brutally for several days, warning them never to take over the company, before releasing them.

They were taken to the hospital, and his brother was traumatize due to the pain he had suffered, while Kaji wanted revenge. HE refused to speak to the police, and months later, he gathered some money, and left home, heading out to a Temple in the Desert. He sought out the Monks Training, and that was were his training began, his goal was to become powerful enough to avenge his permenantly damaged brother Dome. However his parents were using all their resources to try and track him down, and he left the temple's, when police neared his location as he wanted to avoid the monks getting in trouble. He went out in a search of Master Suito, a man who was able to manipulate ki energy, and Kaji wanted to be able to control his energies within.

He made a companion in the form of a ninja who was searching for ways to stop violence, a ninja who was very secretive, and very skilled, this ninja was the one that helped him unleash his ki, and encouraged him to continue his search for Suito against all odds, while avoiding police, and every form of Government Agency, his parents had hired to locate him. Finally upon loosing control of his ki in a small town, the ninja revealed himself to be Suito. He had merely being testing Kaji's endurance, and patience over the last few months. The two went to Suito's training, where they trained, and Kaji discovered his large amounts of raw ki energy, and his inability to concentrate, and use it in an effective manner. However he gained a grip on his abilities, and departed, heading back to West City in order to reunite with his family.

He made up a story to explain his disappearance, and resumed studying in order to take over the Company, however he had no interest in the business, he simply wanted to attract the kidnappers again. However this time they come after his brother Dome, he managed to track them down based on their ki signatures, saving his brother, and beating the kidnappers to a bloody pulp, while Dome had escaped and contacted the authorities. As the police came, Kaji made his escape, and learned who they were working for. He confronted the Capsule Corp official, and beat him near death, warning him to leave his family, and Company alone. He left him, and returned to his family, announcing his desire to become a Martial artist much to his parent's displeasure, but Dome decided he would take over the Company/ Kaji thankful left and sought out Master Suito.

He resumed his training, and a few months later he went to the World Tenkachi Budokai. He easily passed the Preliminaries, but he lost in the Semi Finals against a powerful warrior who was able to manipulate poison. He was bedridden due to the poisons, but after they were cleared out of his system, he left the hospital two weeks later, his parents and Dome planning to use the Company to sponsor him, and even got a home for Suito at the Capsule Corp hotel. Kaji is more determined then ever to seek out the man who defeated him, and the secrete to his strange abilities.

Abilities:
"Flight"- Due to his lack of control over ki energy, he has not mastered the ability to fly. He is able to surround himself in ki energy, and fly for short periods of time, but cannot sustain prolonged flight, and while his own version allows him to move faster then regular flight, it drains energy at a rapid rate.

Power Level Manipulation- He is able to detect power level's, but has trouble bringing down his own. He is capable of lowering it with large amounts of concentration, but is unable to do much else while suppressing his power level.

Ki Manipulation: He has the ability to manipulate ki like most fighters, and unlike most fighters he has extremely large amounts of ki energy. However due to the amount of excess energy he has, he cannot control it, and sometimes releases blasts of energy randomly. However due to his large amount of ki, he is able to unleash massive amounts of ki without charging up, which is the main advantage of his uncontrollable ki, a bad side effect is he can be drained of his ki within a matter of minutes, due to his inability to use concentrated blasts of energy. He is unable to form constructs such as shields, but he is able to surround his entire body, or selective parts in ki to enhance his physical strength, while sacrificing some speed.

Techniques:

Double Ki: Kaji raises his right arm, and quickly gathers large amounts of ki, before firing a medium sized orb constructed of pure ki energy. As the orb flies at his opponent, he gathers energy in his left hand, he charges forward at his opponent, seemingly about to use the blast at his left opponent. As his opponent dodges the first blast, he launches the second one, as they go to deflect said attack, he delivers a powerful double kick, sending the opponent flying into his initial attack.

Soldier's Wrath: Kaji charges forward at full speed, as he nears opponent, he leaps onto his opponent, gripping them with his legs, he unleashes a flurry of attacks using his nail's in order to cut his opponents. He leaps off his opponent, and delivers a serious of a spin kicks, before finally finishing the brutal combo with a knee strike to the face sending the opponent into the ground.

Boom: Kaji begins running forward, locking onto his opponent's ki signature. He charges forward, gathering all of his ki, and doing his own version of flight, charging towards his opponent, he opens his arms, and tackle's the opponent, releasing large amounts of energy in a violent explosion that harms him, and his opponent.

Imapale: Kaji manages to gather energy in both hands, widening his arms, as he gathers most of the energy in his hands, after gathering the energy, he charges, flips, and once near claws at his opponent using his gathered ki to increase his cutting power.

Son Jiro has an appearance similar to his ancestor Son Gohan, who ironically he acts nothing like, nor represents in any way or form. His hair style is similar to "Ultimate" gohan, and so is his physical build. His muscle's are often bulging, and he has bangs on the front of his hair, and his eyebrows are pointed.
