Well at least it is tanking. ScarJo was a terrible choice. Karen Fukuhara would had been better.

What's wrong with Scarlet? I haven't seen the movie, but from what I see she looks as close as your possible going to get to the anime character. And she's the same person that plays Black Widow in Avenger's isn't she? So her acting SHOULD be up to par.

I'm not saying the movie isn't bad, but what's wrong with the actor?

The movie itself was weird, when in it; it was always a Japanese/Asian girl who later got a robotic body based on a western woman. In the original works it was vague.
