Okay, Lol here. I thought it would be a good idea to put a list of all the characters and super powers, just so we don't get lost.

Lol1991's characters:

Filipe(myself):
Cryokinesis. Consists of lowering the kinetic energy in atoms and freezing them creating ice and freezing anything. He can't manipulate the created ice, instead he can fire burst of "cold" to freeze the air in his path. He also seems capable of firing thin blasts of ice that fully freezes anything that they touch. He is capable of surrounding his body in very durable armor made of ice. (only Milo as demonstrated this skill). His best skill is to convert himself into pure "organic ice" and control his own body, at which he point he can change his state, either to liquid or vapor.

Yamairo:
Space-Time Manipulation. He can slow time down until it appears to be stopped and travel back or forward in time. He can teleport himself and others to anywhere on the planet. He can teleport things to other locations without actually teleporting himself. He can apparently completely freeze time, but this tires him out quickly, and turns off his powers momentarily due to the strain.

Anna:
Induced Explosions. Consists of manipulating potential energy of an object, turning it into kinetic energy. This causes the object to explode. She can do it to anything, even humans, and the explosion depends on the objects size. She can also alter the energies in her body to give her increased strength. She is capable of charging an object without touching it. Her eyes turn red when using her ability

William:
Biological Manipulation. He can control all aspects of an individuals biology, human or otherwise. He can manipulate things down to the molecular and genetic level. He can induce tumors, heal any wound, and even turn people "off" and "on" by controlling their nervous system. He has been shown to control single body-parts, such as causing heart attacks, or lung collapse. (Only Milo has demonstrated this skill)

Holst:
Precognition. He can uses his painting skills to paint future or past events. He now controls the visions, but sometimes gets them without warning. His eyes turn white when using the ability.

Fawkes:
Invisibility. He can become invisible at will. He can still interact with the surrounding or be heard. It only affects the visual sense

Isabel:
Weather Manipulation. She can control all aspects of the nearby atmosphere. She can aim thunderbolts directed at a specific location, create blizzards or rain storms, and conjure winds and cyclones. She can float by manipulating the wind around her.

Hank(status deceased):
Clairvoyance. He could locate anyone by merely thinking about their image.

Harry:
Light Manipulation. He has been shown capable of manipulating pure light. He as used it to create concussive blasts, and burn things with either single blasts or light beams. He can also create shields of light, that don't take a physical shape, but rather burn whatever touches it or gets caught inside. He has been shown capable of becoming invisible by manipulating nearby photons, showing an atomic degree of control. He can create different objects of pure light (only Milo as demonstrated this skill)

James:
Telepathy. He can control all aspects of the mind. He can read minds, scan memories, and create elaborate visions. He can also send thoughts into other peoples brains to control their actions. He can also sense and block out intrusive mind skills. The present version can now control the mind reading and create illusions for a room full of people, and maintaining it when not in their presence.

Erica (deceased).
Shape Shifting. She can change her appearance into any person she has meet.

Lucy:
She has no powers. A partner of Milo and Michael. She\'s a skilled marksmen.



Anime Goku's characters:

Milo Ventro:
Empathic Mimicry - He can copy any powers of other evolved humans he as come into contact with. He doesn't need to be near the original users to call on the power. Powers he has copied include

Nate
Self Propelled Flight. He can fly at supersonic speeds. Meaning he can break the sound barrier. He can fly for a good amount of time, but can't go up to very high altitude or the will start to feel the adverse affects. He also has a high degree of control, meaning he can dodge and move very well in the air.

Ledge:
Rapid Cellular Regeneration. He can spontaneously regenerate any tissue in his body. His only weak spot is to be stabbed in the back of the spine, stopping the ability itself.

Dave
Teleportation. He can teleport anywhere on the planet and bring others with him. He is a very fast teleporter allowing him to use this in combat for sneak attacks or teleporting people into uncomfortable places.

Zulan:
Intuitive Aptitude. He can understand how things work by simply looking at them. He uses this skill to analyse his victims brains and steal their powers. For now, we simply know he can copy powers. Power he has demonstrated included
-Telekinesis
-Liquification. Power to liquify any object.
-Cryokinesis
-Shattering. He can shatter solid objects by pointing his finger. He recently learned to shatter even bones.
-Telepathy.
-Clairvoyance.
-Rapid Cellular Regeneration.
-Induced Radioactivity
-Super Speed.
-Shape Shifting

Ben (deceased):
Induced Radioactivity. He could emit radiation of different spectrum (gamma rays, microwaves, etc). His powers can potential match the destruction of a nuclear bomb. He could send out blasts of pure radiation to burn targets and emit bright flashes of radiation to blind people or melt things. He could also send out electromagnetic radiation to disable electronic devices.

The German:
Brain Manipulation. The German can manipulate the brain, either to suppress the powers of other evolved humans or to erase certain memories from the person. He has been shown capable of suppressing the entire gangs powers, including Milo, who has multiple powers at his disposal.


Strade (Future Version is deceased):
Power Return: He can take away or return the powers of other evolved humans back to their original state. He does it by controlling the brain areas that manifest the powers and turns it "off" or "on" He can't return powers to individuals that never had any to begin with

Benjamin:
Super Strength. He has enhanced strength. He can break down walls, and shatter bones with ease. as well as rip people apart.

Velon
Magnetic Manipulation. He can manipulate magnetic fields to control any object affected by said fields. He has been shown capable of moving metallic objects such as spoon or even moving around an entire parking lot of vehicles. He can also manipulate the iron in an individuals body and create magnetic fields to repulse matter, forming a sort of shield. He can manipulate the Earth's magnetic field to fly.


Dimitri.
Technopathy. He can control electronic devices with his mind. He's shut down an entire prison security system, and as stated he can shut off the lights of an entire city. He can also hack into computers with his mind and can give any vehicles commands through thought.

Wave:
Sound Manipulation. He can control sound waves to create blasts of concussive property, or even disintegrate soft tissue. He controls the frequency of the sound waves he emits. He can also turn into pure sound which is a form of invisibility and allows him to move at the speed of sound.

Ray
Matter Manipulation. He can manipulate the matter of individuals, surroundings., or of himself. He has been shown capable of altering his body state and turn to liquid form. He can apparently turn into any form of matter and do the same to other things.

Rail:
Phasing. He is capable of phasing his body to walking through solid objects. He can phase only individual parts of his body.

Blot:
Electrical Manipulation. He can generate and manipulate electricity.

Kathy.
Size Control. She can reduce the size of others by thinking about it or by physical contact. She can choose how small she wants something to be whether it be doll size or one inch tall. When she shrinks an evolved human, their powers become weaker

Micheal:
He has no powers. He his, however, a trained cop and capable strategist. He runs the police department Milo works at.


Justin's Characters:

Sandra
Telekinesis. She can move objects with her mind. She as been shown capable of moving several objects at once, push people considerable lengths, as well as deflect attacks like Troy's flames.

Troy
Pyrokinesis. He's able to generate and manipulate fire. He's been shown capable of causing an entire building to erupt into flames. He can surround himself with flames for protection and attack. He has been shown creating a fire dome that is not only large, but burned down sand.

Frank:
Bone Growth and Manipulation. He can grow and manipulate bones for either attack or defense. He uses this skill to create claws for attack, bone armor or spikes for defense, etc.

Abigail.
Vectors. Abigail has what is know as vectors, invisible extensions that can be used for either defense or offense. She can use them directly for attack, or simply use nearby objects as projectiles. Her vectors are unaffected by Yamairo's powers, suggesting their invisibility is due to them being on a different plane of existence, hence being immune to time manipulating effects. However, when they attack, they seem to gain a physical, albeit invisible form.

Katy:
Hydrokinesis. She can manipulate preexisting water with her mind. She has been shown capable of moving even a lakes worth of water. She can also utilize the moister in the atmosphere to fire a water jet that packs extreme force.

Joe
Gravitational Manipulation. He can create wormholes, or portals, to absorb attacks and send them back at the opponent. He can uses these portals to move similar to instant teleportation.

Jessie's Characters:

Jessie(herself):
Darkness Manipulation. Jessie appears to be able to control pure darkness. She can use it to create concussive blasts, shields, and even child like demons to protect her. She can create giant hands and summon shadow demons of various shapes and sizes.


Sephi's characters

Bota.
Empathy. He can sense and control other peoples emotions .His power as allowed him control of a bunch of crazy Serbs, with guns, kalashnikovs and bazookas. He can also manipulate the women fairly easily. He tends to use a killing smile killing smile, strong enough to kill someone of his mental strength or weaker. He can also use empathy to detect lies.

Milo Ventro an average hero no not super an average hero. He had dreams to be a \\\"Super\\\" hero but was just an average cop and that\\\'s all he would ever be. That\\\'s what others told him but he didn\\\'t care he was raised in an an average home with a father who was an alchoholic and would often hit him and his mother. He hated it and wanted justice but there was nothing he could do.

One day his father severly injured his mother and it was the same day the bullies came and made fun of him and his mother. He finally snapped attacking brutally and beating them nearly to death and the police came and he wondered why he was captured for getting righteous revenege! He later studied law and eventually grew smart and he had to sneak to school.

He contacted the police and got video proof of his abusive dad and he was arrested and he learned they would inherit a large sum of money from his death. Milo become a skilled cop and when his father died he and his mom moved into a mansion. Milo knew the world was rotting and cops weren\\\'t helping and he quit his job. The next day he saw some gang activitiy and saved a homeless man named Nate and escaped by flying.

He flew and headed to the hospital and went home discovering he \\\"lost\\\" his powers but befriended Nate. They became best friends and later when there was a gang fight Nate fkew Milo to the sight and the leader of the gang had superhuman strength and Milo flew at him taking down the gangster shocked he could fly again and by his strength. He grabbed Nate and flew back home knowing there were many with powers and he had to find out his.

*In a city streets we hear a bank alarm going off. Walking out of the back with a sack of money over his shoulder is a young man probably in his early 20's. Inside the bank, everybody is dead, there body's burned. Soon a police car arrives, the officer gets out pointing his gun at the suspect.*

Officer: Troy, freeze.
Troy: No... burn.

*Troy quickly launches a fireball at the officer, on contact the officer burst into flames and burns. Troy walks away.*

Milo:Nate come here! more burnings
Nate*Flies over to Milo* Again these burnings continue what kind of arsonit is this
Milo: I don't think it's an average one it's probobably somone with powers like us
Nate: Well yeah but I fly and you can too when your near me and you were also really strong once what powers do you have?
Milo: Don't know but we have to stop this criminal*Puts on bullet proof vest* we need to go after him*Grabs a gun*
Nate:Right*Grabs a gun* This should be fun
Milo: Of course

Meanwhile
At a police station police are worried and discussing the large amount of burned bodies. One officer Michael is angry his parents were murdered by this criminal but he was keeping his cool and spoke as they needed peopel on the case.

Michael:I'll go we need to find this Arsonist and stop him before he kills more innocent people!
Chief: Right we need brave men like Michael in times like these

(Little question, what's the character limit on this? If any.)

(There is no character limit in this rp. You can have as many heroes,villians, and normals as you want. my guys are milo.Nate, and Michael for now)(I might use the Chief when neccessary but for now he's minor)

"In another completely different country, a young 17 year old is walking down a street, at night"

Me: Well, this is just great. I let the time pass by and now it's very late

"A pass by a couple of thugs, that start following me"

Thug 1: Hey kid! You have some money?
Me: No
Thug 2: You little liar. Come on, its just for some booze
Me: "Sigh" No choice then.

"I turn around and face both of them. After a while, the first one approaches me and puts his face next to mine in challenge. I headbutt him in the noose"

Thug 1: You little bastard!
Me: Who says I'm done!

"I open my palms and strike him in the chest, knocking him down. The other one pulls out a knife and attacks me, but I use my left hand to grabs his writes and deflect, and then I punch him in the gut with the right. He bends over in pain, and falls unconscious"

Me: You threatened me, and you got what you deserve!

"However, the other one also pulled a knife. By the time I notices, he stabs me. I manage to avoid any major wounds, but I'm still bleeding heavily. I fall to the ground"

Thug 1: now then you little cock sucker

"The guys starts kicking me while I'm down. My ribs start to break. Just before I give up, he retreats in horror and screaming"

Thug 1: MY LEG!

"The thug's leg as completely frozen. When he puts it to the floor, it shatters: I stand up in will alone and punch kick him on the ground. Then I grab him to stand up, and his entire body freezes up. I let him go, and he shatters on contact with the ground"

Me: What...the...Oh my...did I, did this?

"The other thug starts to come to. I start to run as fast as I can. I manage to get to a phone both and call 911. Last thing I remember before I pass out is the sirens"

(What is?)(Lol could you make a HU counterpart of Lucy basically same skills but a cop who's working with Michael on the case?)

In America
Michael: I'm leading the case
Chief: Yes I'll give you all the information
Michael: Tell me everything.

Chief: This arsonist can set entire banks on fire and yeah we have no idea how he does it so good and hasn't made any mistakes. These aren't the only strange accidents in portugal some body parts were found frozen and broken into pieces at least we think they were body-parts, and some locals in egypt were found dead a bus on top of them. (Thanks to a thief named Dave a teleporter bringing in later)

Michael: It all sounds unrelated I'll see what I can do. Any questions squad?

*Meanwhile Troy is following a girl in her late teens down the road, money no longer in hand*

Troy: Hey baby, your smokin.
Girl: Get away from me jerk.

*Troy blocks her path*

Troy: Now that isn't very nice.
Girl: What is it that you want with me.
Troy: *Grin* You.

*The girl gets frightened as Troy grabs her shirt.*

Troy: How about we get to know each other better... in private.

*Troy begins to pull the struggling girl into an alley, suddenly however the girl just stops struggling, Troy grins when a brick hits him in the back of the head knocking him out. For a few seconds the girl stand in one spot, various objects floating in the air around her. All objects then fall to the ground as the girl passes out.*

Dave*Was walking around when he heard struggling teleporting near he saw something*Oh he's gonna do her this will be fun! Wait no I should help.*See's her do something wierd with bricks and knock him out * Amazing! I don't want to get on her bad side*Teleports next to her and than teleports her to his apartment in egypty leaving her on the couch he goes to watch TV*

*Later the girl wakes, she looks confused as she looks around.*

Girl: What happened... w-where am I?

Dave*Watching Dragonball Z and pauses the dvd with his remote* You don't know? Me either I heard you strugglin some guy attacked you and than you made bricks fly and knock him out than I brought you to my apartment in......Egypt..... I didn't think this through!

(Head shoot! EMBRULHA!-in regards to the flying bricks- Don't worry, I'm going to quickly bring my guys to you guys. Also, how the hell do you know what happened. Even the police in Portugal would have time to conduct a full investigation. And only then would you be able to gain access to the info. Okay, let's assume my story is a back story, happening some months ago okay? Don't try to interfere with it.)

"I wake up in an hospital. A nurse is tending to my bandages"

Me: Wha...
Nurse: You seem awake. Your parents where here earlier. I think they went for some food. You were very brave, fighting off that thug
Me: Wait...don't you mean...those

"I suddenly remember the other thug's fate"

Nurse: What do you mean?
Me: Nothing. I-

"The next second I'm standing in a apartment, with a man seemingly Japanese standing in front of me, with a katana."

Me: AHH! WHAT THE HELL!
Man: Calm down. My name is Yamairo, and yours?
Me: Well, name's Filipe. You Japanese or something?
Yamairo: Yes, yes I am. Pleasure to meet you.
Me: Where...am I? What happened?
Yamairo: Well, you're in Tokyo
Me: That's...IMPOSSIBLE! I was in Portugal just a second ago
Yamairo: And freezing a man solid is more likely?
Me: Wait...how?
Yamairo: I saw it. Or rather, a friend of mine saw it and told me. You have a gift. I suppose you read comics or manga?
Me: Yeah...so?
Yamairo: You have what fiction calls "cryokinesis". You can slow the kinetic energy in atoms, freezing the substance. I suppose you require contact for this, but I think we can work around that, no?
Me: We...work around?
Yamairo: Yes. For now, return home, heal and prepare. In a few days time, have an excuse to leave your home for 2 weeks or so. I can't let an individual of you capabilities to simply walk around.
Me: Wait...why would I?
Yamairo: Just do it if you would. Finally, aren't you curious? As to what my skill is?
Me: Well, if I assume this isn't all just my imagination and that I haven't gone crazy...Space-Time Manipulation is the only option.
Yamairo: I like you. You're smart

"The next second, I'm back at the hospital, the nurse still in the room leaving to get my parents"

Me: Okay...fucking impossible...and yet...
Nurse: What was that sir?
Me: Oh nothing.

( How do we know what happanned? Michael and the FBI don't know exactly but all they know is some frozen body parts were found I'm sure the police would find that match out considering lol called 911 before he fell unconscious. I won't interefere with your increadible flashback lol)(What do you say to the HU version of lucy?)



Crime-scene

Milo and Nate are seen with their guns having flown to the area both shocked at the destruction flames were long gone but burned bodies innocents!

Milo: We have to do something
Nate: Right but what?
Milo*Checks police compuer*Great a teenage girl dissapeared and was last known to be walking home it might have to do with the arsonist!
Nate:Right*Grabs Milo and flies away*

(No, I meant that when I started my post, things where happening at the same time as your story. Sure, info travels fast, but not that fast)

(So now things aren't happening at the same time as my story can you write the times above your post than? Well if it's a flash back why can't the FBI know it would help the plot and what do you say about the HU version of lucy?)

(Oh the FBI can find out about it, but not instantly.)

Girl: What... I knocked him out? But I didn't even have a brick in my hand?

(The FBI can find out about what?)(Anyway do you want milo and Nate to find Troy so they can fight?)

Dave: No you moved the bricks with your mind your like me were both special. anyway I'm Dave what's your name?

Sandra: I'm Sandra.

(Not quite yet, let them catch up when Troy starts making trouble again.)

Dave: Nice to meet you Sandra? You look like a teenager like me so you proboably need to get home you've been unconscious for five hours it's morning time in America. I can bring you back home sorry to take you but I couldn't leave a beutiful girl unconscious on the streets.

Meanwhile
Milo&Nate:*Fly to the Sandra's parents house where there sad thinking their daughter is dead.*

Milo:Sorry were agents of the FBI and we'll find her

Sandra' mom:Thankyou!*closes door*

Nate:*Picks up Milo and flies in the air* Dang it this arsonist is insane he might have done this or a different criminal but these strange accidents keep happening.

Milo: I know there proboably being caused by superhumans but we'll stop these criminals somehow.

(oh yeah. Now that it's a flashback sure)

"A few days later, I'm sitting at my doorstep with a bag of clothes"

Me: He said, be ready at this hour. God I hate him

"A second after the statement, I'm in a warehouse, with 4 people in it. Next to me is Yamairo"

Me: I hate it when you do that. Anyway, I'm off the hook for 2 weeks, That's all I could manage, and you were lucky

"One of the other members of the group, a girl around 18 years old, brunnet, with green eyes and dressed with jeans and a top, speaks out"

Girl: Manners. This iz a favorr we are doing you
Me: I don't need any favors

"Another one, an old man, with white beard and hair, and an overcoat on him, speaks out this time"

Old guy: Oh you don't need our help huh?

"another one, and adult guy around 30, dressed with a Metallica shirt and jeans that loosen at the bottom, speaks this time"

Guy: Next time, you might loose control near someone you care about.

"Finally, the last one, a man that has gray hair, not quite white yet, a shirt with a loosen tie and a his jacket by his elbow, is the last to speak out"

Suit guy: Now now chaps, don't loose your head
Yamairo: I agree. Sorry for this, they just like to take exception to minor things
Girl: But Yama!

Yamairo: Not buts Anna! "sigh" Okay, introductions. Filipe, this is Anna. The one with the Metallica shirt is Holst. The guy old guy is Fawkes, and the guy in the suit is William. All of them have powers just like you. Our job, is to find people like you, and try our best to train and prepare you. It is our personal belief. that something is operating under all this weirdness, and we intend to make sure of we are right or wrong.

Me: Weird...as in conspiracy and stuff
Fawkes: You darn teuten! And this ain't just paranoia. I gots my ass attacked way back in the 50s.
Holst: We all believe that world governments must know, and wouldn't just ignore it.
Anna: And we intend to make sure they don't take advantage of otherz like us.
William: We are all of different countries, and our powers are very different, but we all share the need to make sure this is just our personal fear
Yamairo: So, for now, we train you. Then, we decide if are capable of joining us. And if you WANT, your in
Me: Oh, the first thing I can guaranty will happen. I'm not sure on the second.
Anna: I supozze my part of the training is first?

"Anna gets up to the center of the warehouse, and gets into fighting position"

Yamairo: To start with, you must fight her, without using your powers. She can't either. At least for now
Me: You don't say...this should be fun

"I crack my fist and get into fighting stance as well"


(And I'm interrupting the story. I already know some of these guys powers, but I need ideas for the others. Give it a minute)

(Yeah interesting! I can give you ideas for powers via pm based on personalites and stuff. Also your organization can they go after Milo he's dangerous without control. I plan for him and Nate to fight Troy get beaten and Milo start a fire causing damage and harming people and him and Nate are arrested than bring Yamioro and the group in)

(I don't plan to keep the others. They will just be minor. Otherwise I'll end up confused. And I'm already kinda getting ideas. It has to be based on a proper team that complements itself)

*Dave drops Sandra off at her house.*

Dave: Take care.
Sandra: Thank you for your help.

*Just after Dave leaves Sandra mother and father run in the room, crying yet happy to see there daughter alive and well*

(Sandra isn't shocked Dave teleported her fm Egypt back to America and make Troy cause trouble so Milo and Nate can go after him)(Even if their minor can't Yamiaro come and bring him to the group to either be A killed for being so dangerous or B trained. )

Dave: Now I might have a girlfriend saving her life and all!

Meanwhile
Michael: Great anyway I'll take Lucy! You come with me were heading to the bank this arsonist attacked.

(Um, could we backtrack a tiny bit. The bank was already destroyed, they wouldn't have it running the very next day.)

*At a diamond business in town, we see Troy up to no good again, filling a bag with diamonds as he burns anyone in his way.*
